1) Easily transcribe all that is spoken in a call 2) Helps segregate the queries asked during the call so that we can focus on them rather than browsing through the entire conversation

Sometimes based on the language and the pronunciation, the product is not able to take notes correctly.

I am currently in the training phase and it greatly helps in providing the exact same experience as shadowing a live meeting. Dependency is greatly reduced to connect with peers to ask me to invite to shadow calls.

Ability to listen to conversation filtered by a participant of choice.

Cons

Ease of identifying a specific feature. For example, I was able to learn about the above-mentioned feature only by reading a document. On the contrary, it will be easier to see a prompt while exploring the tool itself.

Pros

The product features and the way it is designed to assist Sales teams gives the platform potential. The ability to have play cards delivered not just based on verbatim phrases but contextual phrases will be amazing. The AI analysis of the conversation also will be amazing.

Cons

The platform is still in its early days and the AI algorithms for speech recognition and contextual understanding is still rudimentary. The platform has improved its stability in the time we have trialled the product, however it is still prone to dropouts.
