Pros

It is simple to use and built for modern teams. The UI is sweet, however, it felt a bit congested at times. They might want to work on that. But overall, the product solved all my problems. I would recommend it to all GTM teams.

Cons

There is nothing about this product that I particularly disliked. All the features work as expected and I didn't find anything particularly missing.

Pros

I love the integration with Zoom and the fact I don't have to think about. I also love the prompts that help me to talk less and ask more questions. I haven't used them yet, but I love the idea of the cards that pop up automatically when needed.

It does seem to have an issue recording meetings that I don't want recorded...even when I cancel it in the pop up.

Wingman allows me to have intel on how prospects perceive the product, and that is something I couldn't simply have before. A must for anybody in marketing.

I'd love a mobile app to listen to calls at any time, not just when I'm at my desk.

Pros

Wingman provides great analytics and insights on the sales calls and its integration with Hubspot makes the life of sales team much easier. Great product to use for training the sales team!

Cons

If there's anyway that the bot doesn't show as a person during the calls, would make the product much more useful

Pros

My usage of Wingman is to get insights and voice of customer data. Going through recordings and getting insights from sales calls is what I find Wingman really useful for. It is effortless.

Cons

The transcription is not 100% accurate but that's difficult to achieve given regional nuances and accents.

It was very helpful to collect data from office meetings which could have been missed out on MOM. Also it is a great tool to be used by new joiners to enhance their knowledge about the firm and past works.

Cons

So far I have used it, have not found any discrepancies in the associate level usage.

Pros

Our Sales Team uses Wingman a lot for training and improvement purposes and it seems to have been great for them! I use it when running certain interviews, especially for the transcript option. It is very easy to use and I love that you can link some call snippets to your colleagues in a very easy way.

Cons

I think that the text transcript during calls could be a bit more accurate considering what people are saying.
