Pros

Wingman allows you to truly critique your sales pitching and customer support calls, by ensuring that you have access to full transcriptions and clear highlights of your conversation to break down with your team or by yourself.

Cons

The software is absolutely great. At the moment, I can't think of any features I'd like to add or take away.

Pros

The software is very simple to setup and allows you to set it and forget it without having to constantly make changes. What is also great is if you are running late for a meeting or can't make it you always have a record of it in addition to any notes you will get from the call.

Cons

To record a phone call you need to use a bridge line like Google or Zoom and can't just use an app or something. (Not a major issue we run all our calls via Google Meet)

Good for monitoring, reviewing and training of calls.

Pros

The ease of use. Great to reviews calls with your team, helps in understanding your calls with your clients. It is a great tool which helps you monitor every call, the use of words, the talk ratio. Easy to add comments and share feedbac. If you are a manager you can also monitor and check on your team's performance which make your job easier.

Cons

Accuracy can be a little better at times if the other party has joined a little late wingman fails to record.

I love the fact that it's so easily integratable and works well with our other apps like Toky, I can follow up my team's calls and transcriptions and track customer sentiment. I love Wingman

Nothing yet. Sometimes the words don't transcribe but that's rare.

I love the reliability of the transcription service and the ability correctly identify the speaker on calls with many attendees.

Cons

I occasionally find the webpage hard to navigate and a bit overwhelming, but generally very happy with the feature set.

after making several similar calls during the day I tend to lose attention on some, but being able to revisit accurate notes has been a lifesaver

Pros

I can go over each conversation to check important bits I could've missed, or track common points/convos amongst successful interactions with my leads and clients.

Cons

a little disruptive window when the call is over, no big deal to be honest

Pros

Transcript part is the most important and useful feature, we are using when doing our calls. It makes the CSM job much easier

Cons

Currently can't provide a relevant answer, as I have been using Wingman for almost 2 months. I will definitely provide feedback once I manage to make use of all other features

Wingman is for sure a game-changer for onboarding!

Pros

I really started a new role and needed to get on board with the company and product ASAP. Wingman made the onboarded process so much smoother! I was easily able to access demo recordings and calls with clients. The script allowed me to quickly scan for any keywords without having to listen to the whole video.

Cons

No dislikes from my end! So much easier than manually uploading videos into drives or sharepoints.

Pros

I love the unlimited users feature - makes it easy to share call recordings across the company (then u pay only for recording seats). Alos love the Game Tape feature.

Cons

The voice to text annotation still has accuracy challenges

Its making drastic changes in my calls as it provides the awareness that is much needed

Pros

I love the fact that I can replay each of my calls and hear all the details. Whether its my responses, rebuttals, talk time, fluency,etc. Wingman provides all the insights and is pretty darn accurate.

Cons

Sometimes wingman doesn't catch the full conversation if there are not pauses between what you say and what the other person says. That's about all I can think of.

Its been great. I spoke with CEO who made the sale. She also let me try the product and provided reports to me to help sell this to leadership.

Pros

I've used Wingman for 2 months now and its facilitated my call reviews dramatically. I used to be able to listen to 1 call and provide feedback in a 45-minute session - With Wingman, I can do 3 calls because of the data it provides. I can find what qualifying questions are being asked and more importantly which ones are not just searching a keyword or phrase. I also have the opportunity to see which reps are upselling through keywords and coach the reps on how to bring more ARR to the business.

Cons

Sometimes the talk tracks are inaccurate, this only happens when multiple people are speaking at the same time.

WIngman has allowed us to replay phone calls, listen for details, take notes, and copy and paste long content into our CRM to convey the main points accurately.

Pros

I like that wingman automatically transcribes conversations, allows you to speed up the playback, automatically separates callers based on voice recognition, and allows commenting in the timeline.

Cons

Sometimes there is a delay in calls being recognized in Wingman.... and then further, there can be long delays in processing audio and transcription. Sometimes delays are 10 minutes, and other times 1-2 hours.
