I think it is solving my most basic requirement of notes-taking in my meetings. It's synced so everything is mostly automated. My overall experience is good, wingman has everything that a notes taking app should have.

Pros

I like the interface the most. Out of so many such apps I have used, Wingman has been one of the very rare cases where all the features are accessible with a few clicks. I love the part where wingman was able to sync to me calendars, so that I manually don't have to invite wingman on my calls now. I think it helps me gauge my skills during the calls such as my speech rate, talk/listen ratio etc.

Cons

Technically, I don't think so. Each product keeps on experiencing one or the other issue every now and then. but the support is great.

Pros

I rely on Wingman primarily for call recordings (to check myself/my memory as well as share training calls etc. with customers) - it does both of those things perfectly fine.

Cons

It's a little clunky in some ways/takes some getting used to. Was harder to set up and I think it's a little tacky everything is on "trywingman.com" but it does what it's supposed to.

I like it, its relatively easy to use and has the added benefit of transcription.

Pros

Wingman will easily jump into your calls without any notification. I don't need to pre-invite Wingman to join a call and record.

Cons

I wish it was faster to kick off Wingman from a call when a customer doesn't want to be recorded. This often takes a few minutes and sometimes leads to some awkward moments.

Really positive. It needs some i's dotting and t's crossing but this will come in time.

Pros

Automatically recording all meetings, transcribing calls and enabling battlecards (that pop up with nuggets of value when certain words or phrases are said) and bookmarking (mark certain points on calls for future review). Different members on the account can review each others' recordings enabling specific development and learning.

Cons

The transcripts aren't always 100% accurate. It doesn't always recognise the right person on the call as speaking.

Every single sales org should have a tool like this to help share knowledge between reps, and to help reps truly see how effective their calls are and why.

Pros

It works great for recording and reviewing meetings. Calls are searchable, and the playbooks feature can be very very helpful.

Cons

There isn't much that I dislike, but I do feel that the software is a little behind in terms of AI for call analysis.

Pros

Very easy to use and set up as an end-user. The automated recording of all calls. Transcription and automated tagging of parts of the call as 'questions' or 'next steps'. Collaboration and sharing with the rest of the team.

Cons

My only issue so far has been when tagging a call, there's now way to know which tag (or game tape) was added to this call while on the specific recording page.

Pros

As a sales person, I love that I can get feedback on calls. In addition, after demo call, it is very easy to share the call via email. I also like that the conversation is transcribed... who likes listening to their own voice? In addition, I reached out to support through the chat, and they responded within 5 minutes!

Cons

The only con that I can see is that the transcription is not always 100% accurate, but I think with different dialects, accents, etc... this would be the case with anyone,

Pros

Intuitive UI that makes it easy to get up and running on. The "Competitor Insights" and "Team Insights" features are particularly helpful. Also appreciate that calls recorded on our previously used software were able to be uploaded.

Cons

The only con I've seen thus far is the number of onboarding-type emails I've received from them which, for some, may actually be a positive.

Pros

Wingman has been instrumental in our training processes, the ability to share game tapes and calls from other teammates has been super useful.

Cons

So far, my only suggestion would be the addition of a 'theater mode' view. Similar to what's available in YouTube.

Pros

The best feature is the recording. Sometimes a lot of questions are asked during a call and it's a great way for me to make sure I follow up after the call and answer all of the questions. Additionally, we sometimes share these recordings with our external participants so they can share the call with their team.

Cons

I haven't spend a ton of time in the tool other than having it automatically record and then grabbing the link to share. However, I plan to explore all of the feature more.

Pros

The ability to track & keep a record of the calls while you talk to your clients or any schedule calls. This helps in getting you the conversion rate of your sales over the phone calls. This is a really important integration for any sales team that largely focus on selling through phone calls.

Cons

It initially had a bit issue on understanding the words that you speak since everyone had different accents & it was all right once I was able to set up the Wingman voice recognition.

Quality if the call improves a great deal by the prompts. Helps you take sales call confidently.

Pros

Its user-friendly, simple to use and does not not require a lot of training to get started. Seamlessly integrates with CRM and the dialler. Records the call, helps you bookmark portions of the call and take notes later.

Couldn't be happier. Their CPO is hands own and keeps sharing frequent product updates and best practices

Pros

It automatically joins an external meeting, records the conversation, transcribes, and give me analytics about questions asked, duration of my monologues, so I can keep getting better by learning from my own mistakes

Cons

It still has some bits and pieces missing like sometimes it's unable to accurately capture the voice of the speaker and transcription can definitely use some improvement

It has been a positive force on my calls. Its a CYOA in case things are disputed later about what was said on a call and its helpful to remember certain things that were not in my manual notes.

Pros

Video and audio recording has been most beneficial. Good to review calls, and confirm what things were discussed.

Cons

Sometimes the notetaker will show up to calls a few minutes late. But usually its right on time.

I like how the AI allows you to find key moments on your call. It's also great to be able to comment on specific moments of the call, remember important details, or just give feedback.
