Pros

I don't have the time to be on every sales call to learn about our customers and see what they're comparing us against in the market. Wingman helps to consolidate this information easily with filtered searches and keywords.

Cons

Can't add multiple teams to battle cards or remove the battle card category. We are a large company with multiple teams that need assigning to very different intel on the same competitors product-depending, so I'm not entirely certain they're the best fit for all "enterprise" companies.

Pros

I recently started using Wingman for work and it's been a very pleasant experience! Not only can I review my calls, but it also transcribes them for me as well, which is very helpful! I can easily make calls through outreach and they are recorded and uploaded to wingman, love it!

Cons

There hasn't been anything that I haven't liked about Wingman!

I use Wingman to avoid being too preachy and make my sales call more conversational. The monologue warning really helped me to be more self-aware.

Pros

The most useful thing about Wingman is the talk/listen ratio and the prompt when I start droning on. After using Wingman, I became more succinct in my conversation and learned to ask better questions.

Cons

1\. Transcription could be improved. 2. The talk/listen ratio seemed to be more accurate when there are two distinct accents.

Great onboarding and support. Easy for the team to use. As the VP Sales I get dashboard and report views of key questions and terms coming up in conversations while the reps get contextual battle cards. Awesome value for money.

Pros

Ease of use, automatic question/word detection. Weekly manager report with talk/listen ratios. Their support!

Cons

UI could use a little polish but I think this is because they're just building great features so quickly.

The principal problem that Wingman is solving for me is the ability to track specifically what are my next steps, it is like having "super-memory".

Pros

What I love the most is how easy and accurate are make a follow-up for calls, the ability to have battle cards for any subject is so cool though.

Cons

I would like to have more pre-loaded battle cards.

Pros

Being able to replay all the calls and have a warning shoot off while in a conversation to adjust course is simply amazing. Def a must have to to help improve calls and correct errors. The data that is given for calls and the format they are presented are both easy to find, read, and digest.

Cons

The only thing that bothers me slightly is that during zoom calls Wingman pops up as an additional caller.

Pros

This software was really insightful. Allowed me to better my sales calls and make them more engaging and effective. I love the cue cards, and the talk ratio.

I really had no dislike in the short time I trialed the software. It truly was awesome and will def be exploring implementation.

Wingman records to the cloud very easily and integrates well with Zoom. Calls are available for viewing minutes after completing which is much faster than other software.

Pros

It does basically everything you want it to - searchable transcripts, pulls out key words and phrases, all that jazz. Easy to see where deals are being won/lost, easy to see when upsells aren't happening or incorrect info shared

Cons

Would be nice if it had the behavioural stuff from gong, but hard to say how much that actually helps at this point in AI's life.

Pros

It's easy to summarise the whole thing after the call. And the auto-generated script helps to save lots of my time.

Sometimes missed to capture certain words and that may be due to native accent.

Pros

Wingman was super simple to setup and start using. From the day we started using it, we were able to derive value. Everyone in our company is on Wingman now and it helps immensely not just with coaching, but also to setup a culture of open communication. All sales calls, customer onboarding calls and even interview calls are recorded. It is also helping our Engineering team troubleshoot any issues that were found during the onboarding calls since they can go back and watch the recording.

Cons

Some of the transcription breaks, but that's possibly because our team has a lot of non-native English speakers
