" January 4, 2022 5.0 Pros I enjoy the user experience. It is easy to navigate and looks nice. Plus not only does it look great but it is easy to use and I love the function to snip recorded meetings to the right starting place before sharing it. Cons Everything is great except I feel like there are many features available to me that I'm not sure how to best utilize with my day-to-day. I can record calls from my browser, CRM and Zoom and have them easily recorded with the click of a button. Easy to access the transposition of the call recording. Cons I have trouble with WiFi connections sometimes and have to make calls via my physical phone and calls cannot be recorded this way. Learn about your conversations based on length of dialogues, talk/listen ratio, and keywords. Cons Dictation could be a little better. Pros Wingman is so easy to use! Wingman's CSM, Vinay Srinivas, was able to run us through everything we needed to know in one call. He was super helpful, listen to our needs, and pointed out how we can use Wingman. My team mostly uses it to record calls and send them to our clients, but Vinay showed us that there is so much more you can do and we will definitely be checking it out! I think the features it now offers with the transcription of complete calls, the ability to break down different parts of a call by each participant and provide instant feedback to others is a GAMECHANGER in both sales coaching and personal development. Pros The ability to review and summarize each speaker's dialogue and talking points. I am able to review the context in full for parts of the conversation I might have missed or just overlooked altogether. Cons I think there could be further instructions on how to implement the software on different types of calls - E.g. I personally love how Wingman even tells you when you have been speaking too much and when you need to allow your customer to speak! We are actively engaging with our customers and Wingman helps us do this. Wingman's data-driven platform also gives us a better understand as to how we are engaging and interacting with our customers. Pros I am a frequent user of Wingman's call recording feature. Being able to record and listen to my team's calls has helped us tremendously as we aim to be customer-centric. December 18, 2019 4.0 Our company's experience thus far has been very positive. Given that we're primarily using this as a tool for sales coaching, it's been helpful to provide metrics to support anecdotes and feedback that we're continually receiving. I especially like how it categorizes the percentage of talk to listen for each AE, as well as questions asked, next steps established etc. Pros Wingman works in the background, meaning that the setup and maintenance are very low. It joins the calls that we want it to, and transcribes voices, while also capturing punctuation, intonation, and inflection. Cons I find the transcription is not always perfect, however it does much better than some others we've tried in the past.
