Pros

The call recording feature where i can usually listen to my calls and correct my mistakes and listen to other calls and learn more

Cons

the chatbox feature which spells out the spoken words during the calls

Pros

Call analysis is the main feature that attracts me. Also the notes during my calls.

Pros

I really like having important information while on a call. Also, I like being able to review my own call later on, analyzing talk ratios.

Cons

Sometimes Wingman takes longer than expected to join my call.

Helps record calls and show stats such as "talk to listen" ratio. Converts voice to text.

Cons

AI that converts voice to text has to improve. Speech Identification also gets messy sometimes.

It reduces the time spent in coaching the team in their sales pitch. They can automatically listen to the calls of the top performers.

Pros

The cue card feature is really helpful at times when the customer is bombarding you with all kinds of questions. Further, automatic recording and transcription is also an important feature as it helps me improve my speech and delivery.

Cons

I think there is nothing that is very bad about this software but yes I am looking forward to some integrations like Calendly.

Thanks for sharing. Since Calendly integrates with Google Calendar / Outlook etc. and we integrate with both of them we do pickup all the info from your calendar. Would love to hear what functionality you have in mind.

I think it’s a great tool overall!

Pros

I really like that it captures a lot of what’s said during the calls. I can always go back and either read the transcription or watch the video.

Cons

Level of accuracy of transcribed discussions. Still pretty good in capturing keywords to help me get the info I need. Also, sometimes the transcription text is tied to the wrong person.

Pros

The call recordings allow for ease of sales coaching and key word tracking. Also allows you to snip a section of the recording to share in a larger team meeting. I love the slack integration :)

Cons

I wish I had more time to dig deeper into Wingman.

Overall Wingman has been a great experience, from the product itself to the support team.

Pros

I like that it automatically records for Google Meet so I don't have to worry about hitting the record button before each meeting. It's also great to be able to go back and listen to calls for evaluation and any action items that may have been missed.

Cons

There are a lot of features and I haven't been able to utilize them all, but it's great for what I use it for.

The interface isn't as good as Gong.io in my opinion. However, Wingman offers the same functionality for a better price.

Love the "battle cards" function to support me when objections or questions pop up about specific topics that I may not have been ready for.

Cons

Nothing that I dislike too much - but just wish Wingman would also detect how many filler words are used in the call so I can be more aware and consciously make effort to bring the count down.
