They can automatically listen to the calls of the top performers. Pros The cue card feature is really helpful at times when the customer is bombarding you with all kinds of questions. Further, automatic recording and transcription is also an important feature as it helps me improve my speech and delivery. Cons I think there is nothing that is very bad about this software but yes I am looking forward to some integrations like Calendly. Pros I like that it automatically records for Google Meet so I don't have to worry about hitting the record button before each meeting. It's also great to be able to go back and listen to calls for evaluation and any action items that may have been missed. Cons Nothing that I dislike too much - but just wish Wingman would also detect how many filler words are used in the call so I can be more aware and consciously make effort to bring the count down.
