I don't like that you have to look ahead into your meetings to have the bot not show up.

awesome just the UI/UX could use some work for better intuitive navigation and some different colour contrasting would be nice.

Pros

super easy to set up and use day to day, a nice light weight Conversational AI that doesn't break the bank like Gong or others

Cons

MS teams integration needs some work..Not sure what side of integration is failing but it's glitchy at times with teams.

It is really helpful for the team. We do record the calls and get feedback internally. It helps me to improve myself. The best thing is, it takes notes by itself and the recording is being fetched to our CRM automatically

Pros

I can go back to my recordings and listen to them at any time. I can see where I can improve myself and how I can improve myself.

Cons

I see UI can be improved and the Wingman team can work on improving the transcript. Sometimes it doesn't take note properly

The talk listen ratio helps out a lot. The accuracy on the time spent on calls is a critical data while trying to understand the metrics.

Pros

\- It's easily configurable to auto-join Hangouts and BlueJeans Calls - Automatically detects meetings from the calendar - You don't need to take notes during phone calls anymore - Allows you to tag a specific session of the call for review

Cons

Sometimes Wingman does not correctly pick up who said what on the transcript.

The ability to "watch" our team's calls back and provide specific commentary in each area I want to provide feedback is so helpful. It's like being a fly on the wall. The insight the rest of our company gleans is invaluable! Also like the ability to speed up what I'm watching/listening to to get through more.

Pros

Sales calls were previously a "black hole" for us, this allows leadership to learn from our clients as if we were in the room.

Cons

Once in awhile a customer objects to the recording.

Very good. It has allowed for asynchronous call-shadowing. I've found it very useful for training.

Pros

It is very easy to use and I like using it to refer back to important calls with clients and sharing calls with colleagues. It is also very interesting to see which call participants are speaking the most.

Cons

That it joins calls automatically without telling you.

Pros

I love being able to review customer calls so I can make sure I haven't missed an action item, feature request, support ticket, etc. I also love the snippet feature.

Cons

Not being able to make the screen larger when reviewing a recording so that I can better see a shared screen.

Pros

All calls get automatically recorded ( even the hangout meeting), Help us to analyze the mistakes we made. Help us to know the Listening/ talking percentage. The tag option helps everyone to project the calls with higher management.

Cons

It takes time to reflect on the dashboard.

It's a great tool to capture and share calls. I'm happy with it.

Pros

Wingman is super easy to integrate into your existing workflow because of the integrations it offers. It's great to be able to so easily capture conversations and get notes from them.

Cons

The transcriptions are a little clumsy and do not distiguish between participants of the conversation outside of "rep" and "not rep".

\-Wingman really helps during customer calls by pulling out pre-loaded cue cards for reference to the topic at the point of the call. -Call transcript. -Bookmarking a specific critical session of the call which can be taken back to be worked upon.

Cons

Wingman isn't configured to pick up internal calls, this is just a concern since we have global presence.

I love the fact that I do not have to worry about taking notes nor recording my calls. Wingman takes care of everything for me.

Cons

Just the fact that Wingman shows up as a participant. Easily explained away and prospects often get a kick out of it.

Has an intuitive user interface, with great visuals. Small details like seeing colleagues display pics really enhance the experience. Love the create uses of AI.

As with any transcription software, accuracy can always be improved. I have been very impressed, though, and have no strong cons.
