Pros

Integration with the CRM is very useful and recording of conversations makes it convenient to go back and listen instead of manually keeping a track of every conversation.

Cons

The translation/ Picking up different accents seems to be a challenge with this tool.

Pros

Being able to easily review and share calls with my team is invaluable. Being able to provide feedback internally is extremely important to our company and Wingman allows us to do just that. The Real Time Coaching also keeps you on track during calls and is super helpful.

Cons

No cons so far, can't think of any missing features or things I would change.

Fantastic, very streamlined and easy to use and see the value

Pros

I love using Wingman! As an SDR it's super helpful to have every call recorded and transcribed. I love being able to see the transcription and skim read very quickly to remind myself what was said on a given call, keep my notes updated, share intel on an account with the AE before the demo etc.

Cons

The only issues I've had is sometimes wingman doesn't automatically join on my zoom calls right away, and it joins in the middle of the call. That makes it kind of awkward and breaks the flow of conversation. It's only happened a couple times and I've alerted the Wingman team to this bug.

The call queues are very helpful for objection handling. Also the ability to push call notes to the CRM eventually saving time for sales people is a real deal.

Pros

Wingman integrated perfectly into our existing tech stack. With integrations into both HubSpot and Slack it made the decision easy. It will help us scale our sales operations as the company looks to move to the next level.

Cons

The reporting could be a bit more robust and customizable. Currently it is a bit out of the box and will require API work down the road to get more detail out of it.

Pros

The best part about using Wingman is that I can go on the calls without worrying about taking notes since Wingman does the transcripts for you. Moreover, we use Wingman for analyzing calls across the team so as to understand the most common questions, queries, answers, etc. during the calls, thereby allowing us to focus more on the specifics and improving our processes.

Cons

The transcripts are sometimes not the best, as a lot of it is lost in translation. If I am reading someone else's transcripts, it gets difficult in understanding who spoke what, especially if there are more than two people on the call. It's understandable that AI would not be 100% accurate but any improvement here would be great.

I have 12 employees who sell over the phone everyday. Wingman has helped me take back control of call coaching, controlling consistent messaging and more

Pros

Wingman's platform lets you bring the call scripts, the call coaching and the call stats all into 1 place. When you manage more than just a few SDRs/AEs call coaching time quickly dwindles and disappears as meetings take over your calendar. Especially when you're scaling your business from 4 to 12 and beyond the problem becomes keep success consistent and repeatable. Wingman allows me to build in all the key phrases and words you'd pick up on during a call coaching session and lets you build them into their platform. It also provides quick coaching guides and suggested call script pop ups. At the end of a day or week I can quickly go see the results from 1000s of calls across 12+ people and ascertain which people need help and even where they struggled.

Cons

Nothing that I really dislike, the product is still relatively new so that has to be taken into account. The team at Wingman still has so much room to grow so roadmap will be key.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using the tool. I use this on a daily basis and this has helped me stay on top of my game.

Pros

This is a much-recommended tool for anyone whose work involves making calls every day. The analytics shows an overview of time spent on each call which is essential in deciding how I want to space my daily routine. It has been super helpful in understanding a call due to its transcription capabilities. Also, this can be super useful for anyone at a managing level. I can keep a tab on all my team members' calls and also dig back in when needed.

Cons

Sometimes the transcription isn't perfect. And if there was a screen recording accessibility, this would be a complete package.

It helps me trim the recording, and I can share it with my clients Also, it gives me a call minutes after the call on slack.

Cons

Nothing, its great, just it hangs in the starting 10 sec and that is zoom problem and they are fixing it

Pros

It records calls, easy to use and find. Translates it and allows us to go back to use it internally for onboarding or knowledge, or send to a customer.

Cons

There wasn't any features I disliked, but there are other companies that have the same results as Wingman but are coupled with other tooling that we use, which could be useful in reducing our tech stack.

The evaluation and the buying process was quick and we were well supported throughout. It's helped improve the communication between the GTM and the Product team which helps us on multiple levels.

Pros

We're early in our product journey and this help us bridge the gaps between the GTM an product teams. Before Wingman and lot of information was lost in translation, now our product team can relive some of these customer conversations without having to sit through an entire recording. It's easier for the team to take away key inputs that they can factor into building features and rolling out enhancements to support our customers better.

Cons

As on now there's only one thing that I'd say would need some improvement - The transcription for calls isn't as accurate as you'd like it to be.

Reason for choosing Clari Copilot

Gong was way too expensive for our present needs.

Wingman is great at picking up action items in my calls and making it easy to find specific areas of my call I need to reference. This has seriously decreased the time it takes for me to recap from my client calls.

Cons

I do not love how it joins the call as a note-taker only because my clients tend to think someone else is in the call, but it is not a terrible feature.

It has been a great tool to strategize for the next call with a potential client. Also, I think that this is amazing for new sellers who need to review their calls and improve on their pitch and training.

Pros

Wingman helps you stay a couple of steps ahead of your client with regard to what they said in the previous meeting. I like the keyword filtering i.e. pressing on words that were spoken like price, competitors etc will take you straight to that section of the call.

Cons

In my company, we have integrated Wingman with BlueJeans (our video conferencing software). Sometimes wingman doesn't join the meetings. I also wish that wingman would record the video so we could see the screen share along with the voice.
