The product and expert customer service is simply the best on the market. Pros Both the functionality for stock investment decisions and their customer support. Access to Yahoo historical price data is easy to incorporate and invaluable in analyzing investment decisions in Excel spreadsheets with literally hundreds of stock tickers applied to various screens. Customer service is both prompt and expert in responding to inquiries when examples in the user manuals don't cover precisely what you are trying to do. Cons Nothing! This application is the best, fastest price retrieval product I have found over many years of investing experience. I evaluated a lot of tools, most more expensive, and this one was by far the most comprehensive for my needs, and saved me hundreds of hours a year manually looking up prices. Pros Simple to understand; convenient to evaluate ; easy to install and use. Also, the support team was knowledgeable, and always very quick to respond. Cons I didn't really dislike anything about it. It's a straightforward add-on to Excel which does its job well without impairing any other functionality. The entire process is way better than I could have expected. I was using the unreliable built in data link in Excel and manually retrieving a lot of data and now I am easily accessing live information that is refreshed instantly. This product is awesome. Pros This product is great in every way. It's easy to install, it is inexpensive, it is very fast, very accurate and very reliable. There is a ton of data and easily accessible. Saves me so much time and raises my ceiling of opportunity, for sure. The customer service I have experienced is second to none. Thank you Andrew & team. Cons This isn't really a problem but I do believe you have to use separate emails and create a separate account for each computer you have. Excel remains the gold standard when it comes to data analysis, with EPF serving as the cherry on top. Cons When compared to other options on the market, I find the product's pricing to be quite unsatisfactory, and as Excel works to integrate this feature internally, buying the product becomes increasingly uncertain. It couldn't get any simpler! Pros It takes you literally 2 minutes to get up and running, and there is an helper for formula creation that will fill your cell with the required formula for you once you have selected the ticker - very handy! Cons The support for European stocks is less complete than for US ones, but I suppose that's were most of the people have their interest. You can still get a lot of data anyway for those markets. I implemented it easily and I couldn't be happier. Cons I'm very happy with the product as is. There is lots of free data available that suits my needs. But additional data sources would always be appreciated.
