### "Don’t waste your money "

December 22, 2025

Poor experience, we gave up Click Up for this ineffective program which requires constant verification of the data it exported.

Pros

There really isn’t much positive I can say about BuildOps. Low entry costs, for the program, but high end user support required.

Cons

Problems with sync errors or no sync errors. Items will sync with Quickbooks and BO thinks it hasn’t so it will export into QB multiple times. Conversely, it will think it’s interfaced and if had not exported to WB

### "3 Months in - Build Ops New Users "

April 14, 2025

5.0

Overall, our experience has been positive. Many individuals have claimed that their job has gotten easier since we've made the switch.

Pros

The visibility and fluidity of movement through the software. The software being cloud-based - Accessible from anywhere with a web browser Cut out the need for the multiple documentation software we had to utilize prior.

Cons

Some of the workflows seem to be designed around more internal staff. Bigger corporations. We see the long-term benefit of this, but as of right now, we have not reached that point. Some of the workflows are more cumbersome.

### "BuildOps works well enough for our team"

March 26, 2026

5.0

It groups most of the business in one software that’s an improvement over the jumbled mess we had on hand and it also prevents customers and photos from getting lost across a dozen apps.

Pros

The site visits on the work orders are good enough for what they're doing. \[sensitive content hidden\] is actually helpful when i cant find a button which happens a lot. I use the templates. They're okay when i'm tired of tying the same stuff over and over again as long as the system doesn't freeze up.

Cons

Quickbook syncing is a pain. Waiting however for the first time, weeks to see the names of people who signed (happened only once).

### "Our team likes BuildOps"

March 19, 2026

Very good experience. Easy to create an invoice from a job or just a simple invoice for a cash sale. Tech support and training are second to none!

Pros

Easy to use and implement. Sync's well with QB's desktop. Good job and time management. Allows us to send invoices the day after the job is completed

Cons

Would be nice if it could have a bill reader to add costs to jobs Also it would be good if BuildOps would allow us to to do price adjustments by importing updated pricing instead of going through the data team

Overall experience was very good and the install was easy. Customer Service needs an upgrade but okay.

Pros

Great value for the money easy install, format is user friendly, invoicing is pretty simple, decent features.

Cons

Customer Service needs to have alot of tweaking. Not very knowledgeable about the product. Seems like the just read a script in front of them.

### "Buildops; Building the Future"

February 7, 2025

5.0

Our overall experience has been absolutely wonderful! this software has been such a time saver! We have everything we need, all in one spot!

Pros

Our favorite thing about Buildops, is the ability to view everything we need, all in one spot. The website is fairly easy to use. Invoicing is quick and easy due to having the ability to create forms, format them, and you can choose exactly what you want a customer to view on their invoice. The team is insanely smart, amazing, and they do what they can to help!

Cons

The only change I would really like to see the ability to insert forms that technicians can fill out (inspection forms, safety talks, accident forms) as they don't usually have the time to stop by and pick up paper copies.

### "Started Bad getting better"

January 15, 2025

4.0

The on boarding was a horrible experience with our initial implementation team. Once we were assigned \[sensitive content hidden\] things have become so much better, they both went above and beyond to fix the many issues we were experiencing.

Pros

It is user friendly and has many options and always updating with new things. The customer support we receive from \[sensitive content hidden\] is also a huge help to us.

Cons

Too many steps to create a Purchase Order. Having to add the same property multiple times for each customer. We have multiple customers that will send us to the same property and we have to add the same property. It would be great if the property was created once so all the history of the property from the different customers would show up for our technicians to see.

### "Sync Issues Make this Program Impossible to Run a Company"

May 31, 2025

1.0

From a scale of 1-10 I'd say we're sitting at about a 2.5. The sales team makes a lot promises that the progrm has yet to deliver. We had a 3 month roll out until we went live. Would would think BuildOps would work flawlessly after a 30 month rollout.

Pros

I like the Dispatch Board and how easy it is to move around scheduled jobs. The other nice feture is how easy it is to receive payments.

Cons

The program CANNOT sync successfully with QuickBooks Desktop as promised. Support is quick to send out an email that they are looking into the issue but slow to solve the issue.

### "Buildops Thumbs Up!"

Overall experience has been good and the software has defiantly helped our business be more proficient.

Pros

### "Project Manager"

February 4, 2025

1.0

The software’s capabilities were misrepresented, and the implementation timeline was severely underestimated. The company failed to meet any deadlines, resulting in wasted time and financial loss. Now, they are completely unresponsive. Save yourself the frustration—don’t waste your time or money.

Pros

Don’t fall for the sales pitch. After we paid, they started telling us that certain features weren’t possible. When we pointed out that these capabilities were promised during the sales presentation, their response was simply, 'I’ve had multiple people say that to me.' Extremely disappointing and misleading.

Cons

There are no pros. The customer service and technical support are nonexistent.

Overall our experience was great. It took a few months to make a final decision to go with BuildOps but I am happy we committed to them. The BuildOps customer support team is especially great.

Pros

All around efficiency for the entire team. Once you have taken the time to learn the product it works great. The support system from the account managers is great as well, they are very responsive and quick to help.

Cons

### "Rock Solid Commercial HVAC Software"

August 30, 2024

5.0

Our implementation went smoothly. We had some hiccups getting information out of our previous software, but we were able to transfer the information in sections, which was helpful. Technical support has been great so far and our customer representative is fantastic.

Pros

Simple navigation and user friendly interface. Clean, well organized pages with easy to see information. This program easily handles our larger client asset lists and service agreements. Technician communication with dispatch is easy with job flags and our integration with QBO has been seamless.

Cons

I would like the ability to send customer statements from BuildOps. We use an outside accounting firm, so it's not possible for us to pop into Quickbooks to send those out.

### "Howe Inc. Build Ops Review "

August 2, 2024

3.0

We have been with build ops for some time. The over all experience has been a challenge and we love the program and how its slowly getting better. We could use more attention and support as our customer support person is very very busy.

Pros

Seems like the company is evolving and I have enjoyed seeing the directions its going.

Cons

The steps are there for it to be great. We still struggle with full integration and feel like there are still areas for improvement. Better reports better deficiency tracking. Automated text and communications with customers. All stuff we see available by competitors. We also have a very very busy support person. Hes extremely awesome when we get his attention but feel like more over all support would be incredible. Mobile support and navigating its very difficult from the office side.

### "BuildOps revolutionized our business"

July 8, 2024

5.0

Pros

BuildOps is extremely configurable - features can be turned on and off at the company level or the user level to obtain the optimal system and workflow both for the organization and each person within the organization. The support from BuildOps to help us set everything up initially and make changes as we need them has been phenomenal.

Cons

The cost of BuildOps was significantly higher than our previous field management software provider, and that initially turned us off, but it has turned out to be a terrific investment with an excellent ROI.

### "BuildOps Review from Dane Electric."

July 2, 2024

5.0

It took a bit to get our previous system transitioned over but since then - we have been very pleased. Our biggest hesitation was how our field guys would feel about the change. They were apprehensive at first but after a few weeks they have appreciated the change and are excited with how new things keep coming out. It seems to get better and better the more you educate yourself with the depth of the system.

Pros

The ease of use in all aspects is what drew us to their system. They have covered all the bases when it comes to a complete dispatching, project managing, quoting, customer retention, and invoice system.

Cons

We have yet to find something that we are not happy with or that we are not able to get the support we need to get it to work for us.

Reason for choosing BuildOps

Because BuildOps seemed to be the ones to have it ALL together in a complete package. They seemed to be the ones that desired most to set the industry standard in providing the Best overall product and support for those in the service industry that serves industrial, commercial, and residential customers. ### "Solid System for a New Hire except for the Tutorial AI Narrator"

August 19, 2024

4.0

Overall positive - but like any CRM takes some getting used to. As someone new to the construction industry I’d say it’s been a solid system so far.

Pros

The customer service. I had a question and the response from the representative was honest and personable. The solution was clear, concise, and exactly snag what was needed.

Cons

The Narrator to tutorials. I would strongly recommend hiring someone from voice123 or voicebunny to do the voice over work. AI can do a lot but it can’t do narration. The tutorial is for new hires one of the 1st and regular voices they hear. It’d be a win/win

We have worked with Corrigo, Intuit and Results and compared to those three BuildOps has been excellent.

Pros

The thing we like most about BuildOps is that they listen and respond to our requests for modifications to the system. They, \[sensitive content hidden\], has been very Customer Friendly and while they have a "system" or SOP that must be followed, they are eager to learn about our gear grinder troubles and they work with us to fix them.

Cons

The initial on boarding was a challenge and the training was difficult. What we called a project they call a job. This lead to many misunderstandings and it can all be chucked up to a difference in our two languages. With their help we worked through all of it.

To date, we are satisfied with implementing BuildOps. It is taking some time for the entire company to get used to it. Especially the mobile users. BuildOps has provided fantastic customer service and has been very patient with us.

Pros

BuildOps allows us to track Service Jobs and Construction Projects in one platform. The dispatch board allows for all technicians' schedule in one place. Live job costing and tracking is great!

Cons
