Pros After implementing Bravo in our company, our reward management system has become highly interactive and automated. Our team members can be themselves while giving and receiving recognition for their efforts. Cons This tool is a success in our company, but the only disadvantage I see is that it's a web-based program. There should be a desktop version so we can easily install it on our computer.
