Overall it's been a great experience and we will continue using MAXcore for the great service it provides.

Pros

I like how user friendly MAXvoice is. I think it has great and easy to understand functionality and gives us a lot more flexibility with how we handle our calls. My favorite feature is the mobile calling because we can have office calls forward to our cell phones through the phone application. This helps us avoid any important calls and also allows us to monitor how many calls we get throughout the day. It also helps give us the ability to answer phones from home since we also work from home on occasion.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike. If I ever had any issues, customer service is always readily available and will resolve the issue quickly and effectively.

Pros

I love how the voicemails come into our emails and we can listen on the computer. everything we, as a business was looking for was met with MAXvoice.

Cons

I dont have any cons with MAXvoice or the phone system

It gave use everything we needed to be able to work in the office and remotely.

We can't set up times and dates for a hunt group to automatically change it's extensions.

We use it in our business, and recommend it to our clients. We feel that the service is extremely stable and most importantly, the level of customer service is outstanding.

Pros

The ease of set-up combined with their excellent deployment staff makes this an excellent choice. The ability to access live customer support by dialing 611 from any phone

Cons

It would be great to have Call Pick-Up available....but overall the system is feature rich.

Combination of cost and confidence in the level of support and attention we would receive through the migration process and beyond.

We have never had a complain from any of our families when calling in. I would like to add the fact that customer service is a plus in this company. I never made a call where I had to wait for customer service. . \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] always make sure we are taking care off. Overall, They go the extra mile to make sure we are a happy customer.

Pros

Employees are happy with the software. Phones are simple to use.
