Pros: Ease of use, ease of reporting and quality of reports. Very little data you cannot extract. Integration between credit card company and patient accounts.

Cons: Some aspects of the appointment scheduler. When scheduling non-patient appointments such as Attorney meetings, phone calls, Depositions, it does not give you the ability to have a pull down for these meetings. Instead, you must cram in few words into an "out of office" note.

Overall: We have had problems in the past, as we had several reps who would come and go. When we explained to the executives our discontent, they personally got involved to assist with all our needs. They have provided onsite training at no charge to make up for shortcomings.
