Overall the CRM is very convenient to use with availability on both desktop as well as mobile browser and it's integration with other applications is very easy.

Pros

AutomateCRM has all the features available with their competitors at cheaper rates with a highly active support team.

\- were able to customize the CRM as per the specific needs of Dailydump. - have been providing prompt service and resolutions. - tool has saved hundreds of hours with the automation capabilities. - helped in effectively streamline sales process from lead management to order generation. - Shopify integration was implemented which helped in centralizing orders. - with project management Dailydump was able to improve delivery and execution.

Pros

The option of opening multiple windows as in "Contacts" in one and "sales order" in another simultaneously

Cons

When something does not work as per expectation, it is time consuming to find out what needs to be altered and what went wrong.

The CRM was customized to suit our business specific needs. 4. The mobile application has been very helpful. because our most of the users on field so they can use anywhere. 5. We have been effectively able to execute email marketing campaigns to generate the business. Overall we are happy with AutomateCRM team services

Pros

Automate CRM smb is a powerful tool with a robust set of features that helps us manage our sales pipeline (leads) and manage our contacts, and quote.

Cons

There is no least points about AutomateCRM, because any if we give any task/challenges they came back with solutions.

We wanted customized users roles and responsibilities, this teams has full filled our expectations. also it was ease of use for all our 150 users(We have taken the feedback from all users).

Pros

Automation only ,They have many hidden charges after you do payment . SAVE YOURSELF from them

Cons

Cheap Tricks to earn more money when you get stuck with them. First they will convince you with all the featured loaded product, why it is so expensive and then when you make payment they will start taking hidden charges from you and very huge amounts for getting these features.
