Customer service at BellesBoard is responsive, friendly and solutions-focused. They provide — hands-down — the best tech support out of all the platforms that I use throughout the week. We continually use BellesBoard in new ways that help us improve the experience of board members and staff at our organization. I personally am enjoying a less chaotic inbox! Pros At our non-profit, it was becoming more and more difficult to stay organized, with attachments for various meetings coming in at 8+. Our Board of Directors was very insistent on finding a board portal that met our needs and didn't break the bank. We love BellesBoard for the its user friendliness, having a centralized location for all important meeting attachments, and for the connectivity it allows. Cons One of the major needs of our organization is the ability to track term limits. Our folks can serve 2 consecutive, 3 year terms. We are hopeful BellesBoard can add a "2nd term" column or function in the future. Also, we would love the option to edit folder names without having to delete the folder and create a new one.
