I get immediate responses to my emails and suggestions. They came out and personalized the onboarding process, which made the transition very easy. Cons \-early phase of development so there are some quirks, which the development team quickly works on. BellesBoard has helped me organize all the administrative support that we provide to our board of directors. After a year on the platform, we are also turning to BellesBoard as a tool for new initiatives pursued by the board. Plus, the company has excellent costumer service. I am so glad that we selected BellesBoard as our board management software. Pros I love how user friendly BellesBoard! It is essential to our meeting management and communication with board members. Customer service at BellesBoard is responsive, friendly and solutions-focused. They provide — hands-down — the best tech support out of all the platforms that I use throughout the week. We continually use BellesBoard in new ways that help us improve the experience of board members and staff at our organization. Customer service was amazing and very responsive. I had answers to my questions usually within minutes. Pros This software allows for a multitude of information to be in one convenient place for many people to access. It also allows for restricted access for highly sensitive material. Pros That all our documents, meeting dates, agendas etc are all kept in the same place. This makes these things easily accessed. They can accessed by administrators and board members. I personally am enjoying a less chaotic inbox! Pros At our non-profit, it was becoming more and more difficult to stay organized, with attachments for various meetings coming in at 8+. Our Board of Directors was very insistent on finding a board portal that met our needs and didn't break the bank. We love BellesBoard for the its user friendliness, having a centralized location for all important meeting attachments, and for the connectivity it allows. Cons One of the major needs of our organization is the ability to track term limits. Our folks can serve 2 consecutive, 3 year terms. We are hopeful BellesBoard can add a "2nd term" column or function in the future. Also, we would love the option to edit folder names without having to delete the folder and create a new one. Pros Bellesboard provides a great platform to share information about upcoming meetings and related documents with our board and committee members. Customer support has been very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Cons New features are still being added, and these features will make Bellesboard more user friendly (sub-folders, ability to e-sign documents).
