It has great templates. It allows users to create and reuse documents if needed. Pros I love that we signature was easy to use. It is great for contract signing. It is also great for document management. Cons There wasn't anything that I did not like about WeSignature. It is easy to use and understand. WeSignature is good. Operations Manager Insurance ### "Affordable and Feature-Rich, But Too Many Glitches for Daily Operations" 3.0 Overall Rating 3.0 3.0 Ease of Use 3.0 3.0 Features 2.0 2.0 Customer Service 4.0 4.0 Likelihood to Recommend 2/10 October 22, 2025 Overall, We enjoyed our experience with Wesignature, we just decided we couldn't continue with the service given the extra work on the backend to verify that things were placed correctly, payments were obtained etc. There were lots of glitches and we decided other more expensive competitors were worth the added cost to ensure our business runs smoothly. Pros I liked the affordability of the software, and that it had payment integration with ePay. I also liked that there was an option to track payments within the system. Cons We found the service to be quite glitchy. We often encountered issues with the payment integration with ePay. For example, when we checked the box for ePay, about 90% of our clients reported glitches that prevented them from making payments, requiring me to manually send payment links. After testing multiple times, the system failed more often than it worked, complicating our payment tracking significantly. We also faced challenges with document organization. Each document had the subject line "completed pdf," which made it difficult to search for specific files in our inbox—something other e-sign services handle more effectively. Additionally, there were instances where required signatures or initials were skipped by clients, even though they were marked as mandatory. While this wasn’t frequent, it did happen multiple times. We also noticed occasional errors where signatures appeared in the wrong location, despite being placed correctly during setup.
