Ha sido bueno, son interesantes las herramientas, no he podido aprovechar todo lo que ofrece, pero sí la implementación de IA para generar contenido y el análisis de tendencias.

Pros

La herramienta es útil para encontrar tendencias en el mundo de las noticias, esto es muy interesante para elegir que contenido hacer. He tenido algunos problemas con el servicio técnico y el plan contratado, pero me han atendido personalmente y los hemos solucionado sin problemas.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que es obligatorio pagar un año en un único pago, y la clausula de cancelación, hay que avisar no un mes, sino 3 meses antes.

Ik vind het een fijne tool. Hij werkt snel en alles spreekt goed voor zich. Het is ook fijn om te zien dat er steeds meer mogelijk is.

Pros

Je kunt veel streams toevoegen en het is fijn dat de tool automatisch labels kan hangen aan berichten. Ook kan hij grote drukte goed aan.

Cons

Je kunt niet alle social media platformen koppelen aan deze tool, wat het soms onhandig maakt. Daarnaast kun je niet terugzien wat je hebt gereageerd op mensen, waardoor je hiervoor bij de voltooide berichtne moet kijken. Als het om duizenden berichten gaat, kan dit echt erg lang duren. Ook is het jammer dat je niet van account kan switchen

Wij gebruiken Coosto alleen voor webcare. Het is een fijne tool om grote hoeveelheden berichten te verwerken: het is compact, overzichtelijk en erg gebruiksvriendelijk. Vooral als je met meerdere agents in het programma werkt.

Cons

Het instellen van de Engage Feeds kan echt stukken makkelijker. Om een juiste zoekopdracht in te stellen en daarvoor feeds aan te maken zijn veel te veel stappen nodig.

Coosto gebruik ik om op 1 moment in de week alle posts in te plannen voor de volgende week. Dat werkt snel en je kan het alvast afvinken van je to-do lijst. Als je iets wil wijzigen na het inplannen is dat ook geen probleem. Ik hoop dat er in de toekomst wel wat upgrades gaan komen, zoals het automatisch inplannen van Stories zonder tussenstap. Over het algemeen dik tevreden met het platform.

Pros

Coosto is een platform waar je makkelijk mee kan beginnen. Je hoeft niet technisch ingesteld te zijn om er gebruik van te maken en alles staat overzichtelijk opgesteld. De posts publiceren automatisch en na het inplannen hoef je er niet meer naar om te kijken. Bovendien krijg je makkelijke analyses van je posts en kan je kijken wat beter aanslaat bij je doelgroep.

Cons

Ik zou het makkelijk vinden als Stories direct gepubliceerd kunnen worden zonder de tussenstap. Bovendien is het redelijk aan de prijs, maar het hele bedrijf kan er wel mee werken. Dus dat is ook wel wat waard.

Bij de start krijg je een fijne training en bij vragen krijg je snel reactie. De tool is continu in ontwikkeling en er komen steeds meer handige features bij. Ik ben groot fan!!

Het is een totaalpakket! Van luisteren wat jouw doelgroep bezighoudt, inspiratie voor content opdoen én tips hoe je je boodschap het beste brengt, tot data vergaren om je content continu te verbeteren.

Ik zou er geen kunnen bedenken, eerlijk waar niet!

Pros

Webcare en social media beheer kunnen eenvoudig via dezelfde tool plaatsvinden. Nieuwe collega's zijn snel ingewerkt. Dit maakt dat wij kortere lijnen ervaren en veel gebruiksgemak. Ook de rapportage functionaliteiten zijn echt een meerwaarde!

Voor iedere nieuwe gebruiker komt een fee per maand bij.

We zijn nog maar net van start gegaan met deze tool en zijn er heel tevreden over. De publish tool gebruiken we al wekelijks om berichten klaar te zetten, de andere tools zijn we nog volop aan het instellen met onze account manager Marloes. Er is zeker voldoende support voorzien en er wordt snel geantwoord op onze vragen.

Pros

Heel gebruiksvriendelijk en je kan hier echt alles opvolgen van al je social media kanalen, wat het enorm overzichtelijk maakt. Daarnaast kan je hier inspelen op trends en de automatische rapportages zijn ook een grote meerwaarde voor ons.

Cons

Om van start te gaan met de listening en report tool heb je echt wel ondersteuning nodig. Er is zoveel mogelijk dat je vooraf heel goed moet afstemmen wat je precies wil weten en hoe je dit kan terugvinden.

De verhouding prijs - kwaliteit bij Coosto was voor ons het beste. Daarnaast werken we ook samen met een persagentschap die ook met Coosto werken en die zo eenvoudig onze social media mee kunnen opvolgen.

Fijn samenwerken intern en met klanten. Ik ben niet super enthousiast over alle mogelijkheden, maar heb ook nog geen betere tool gevonden die hier wel aan voldoet.

Cons

\- geen social paid gedeelte in Coosto. - dashboard is beperkt; je kunt labels hangen aan berichten maar je kunt ze niet met elkaar vergelijken. - je betaalt (veel) per login, waardoor ik niet tegelijk met mijn collega erin kan werken wanneer we maar 1 login hebben.
