"Cancelling is easy .... everything else not so much!"
Overall: It sounded good on paper, but in practice it is very difficult to navigate and understand how things work.
Pros: Honestly the only pro we have seen with this product is that when you want to cancel something, they get that done pretty quickly.
Cons: Conversely to above, when they do cancel something, you still get billed for it for months afterwards which leads to a lot of disputes over incorrect charges.
