These people are some of the best people I have run across in the Word Press Universe. I am truly astounded at what a great experience I have encountered so far. Pros Excellent support with timely response plus regularly scheduled training allowing your specific questions to be answered. Cons I don't know of any. Pros The add-on is nice, but the fact that it is not fully Arabized makes it difficult for us and many Arabs to use it. Cons The add-on is excellent, but... It's not fully translated into Arabic. 1- Within the Add-ons and More page, all fields are in English. 2- When adding a course, some fields are in English. 3- When adding a competition, there's a field in English (disable retakes). 4- The General tab contains the pricing information field in English. 5- Validity plans and adding a new plan are also in English. 6- The Restrictions tab contains the field for activating the lesson scoring feature in English. 7- Certificate options are in English. 8- You need to add a framework and formatting to the course sections and modules. I have done a lot of one on one with them as I needed, always responsive to my requests. The software is smooth and never glitchy. Always an excellent experience. Pros LifterLMS works really well. The basic configuration is just fine, and the basic features are great for creating memberships and courses. I have 30 courses and 2 memberships, and I my members have no issue finding what they need. Its great. Cons I have a feature request for search in My Courses. Because I have a lot of courses! And my customers want to be able to search to find the content they want. For all features you had to upgrade, which I didn't. The Landing page was integrated into WordPress, which is as difficult as your abilities, and mine were not so strong. The courses have integrated mailing systems, which I really liked. It sends (on demand) messages when the student has completed the module and also email messages when the student has completed the course. Pros I was attracted to LifterLMS by recommendation over Social Media and I liked the apparent ease of creating a course. There are lots of training videos and a challenge to create your first course. It seems easy: You have got 10 YouTube Videos, create 10 modules and copy the 10 videos into the course - done. Just create extra material for it. Cons I did not like the quizz creation. It is logical, but you have to get used to it. And also not to forget to activate the quiz. When you wanted to add the same answer, it gave you all suggestions of all quiz questions but only in a single line, so you had to scroll for a long time until you found the right answer.
