It is very convenient. I am reluctant to return to in person appointments. Pros I am not a computer person. I left my in person practice one day and started using HIPAAVideo the next. Somehow we made it. Somehow they got me going. HIPAA has been very good about offering assistance and I have certainly appreciated that. I began using the product because of COVID. It has turned out to be very convenient even outside the COVID issue to allow clients to save the time required going to and from my office. Another surprising feature. Somehow, related to the timing, I now rarely go over in the session-- better for the client and for me. Cons I am no longer able to see the elapsed time on the screen. That was a helpful reminder to me. Reasons for choosing HIPAA Video N/A But I want to say that I like to be able to say that the product is HIPAA compliant. That is very important to me. Or it might be worth mentioning, they don't even really need the app. Our service can work right through the Chrome web browser on their phones.
