Full actual integration of different systems (GPS, HR, transport bookings, billing etc. Its managed to save me and my staff a lot of time and resources, we also eliminated double and triple data entry. Pros Very intuitive interface, and it actually links all the different aspects in our organisation. I have used lots of independent apps, eg GPS, fleet management, billing, inventory management etc. All work fine by themselves but this is the first good solution I found that actually integrates everything in one package. Also the system prompts different people/departments about tasks they have to complete and we have a full log of changes people make on different jobs with time stamps. Eliminates a lot of the he said/she said scenarios in the office and from our clients! Its managed to save me and my staff a lot of time and resources, we also eliminated double and triple data entry.
