It is a very friendly tool, managing remote desktops or remotely accessing different computers at the same time and having a real-time visualization is something very easy to do with said tool without needing to see a delay because the communication is interrupted

Cons

The tool is very expensive compared to others, but we consider it to be worth what it costs.

### "Best tool for remote access!"

It's been great, I've been using it for years. It came to make my job a lot easier, because I can easily access and see the problem that is on my client's machine and quickly make the necessary adjustments.

Pros

What attracted me the most was the ease of access, being simple for me and my clients, being fast and very dynamic.

Cons

I didn't have any problems with teamviewer. I believe that the only thing that could be better is the dowload page of the site, it is a little confusing for those who access the first time.

Pros

It has good security features and works almost always fluently

Cons

The fact that with every new version/update the session fall-back into "free usage" sessions. They should provide backwards compatibility in one way or another.

I've used TeamViewer's remote connection for almost a decade, and while I've tried other alternative remote assistance software, none is compared to it. The interface is so clean and simple, and controlling my remote PCs Is easy. It's as simple as drag and drop to transfer files, and I can communicate with other users through chat box or voice, the smartphone version is convenient and feature-rich like the desktop version.

Pros

What I like most about TeamViewer is the user interface; it's incredibly easy to use, visually appealing with its blue and white colors and all the platform tools are very easy to reach, it allows me to adjust the quality of the video and the fluidity of the remote connection depending on the speed of my connection, I can increase the quality to improve the fluidity of the video, what I like about TeamViewer is that it has real-time chat and allows unrestricted communication, and the camera transmission is stable. TeamViewer is useful for people who need assistance in their work team or manage multiple devices, as it can copy and paste files remotely.

Cons

what I don't like is that the mobile version consumes a lot of data, compared to other remote assistance apps.

Sincerely, TeamViewer is the best remote connection platform I have used, this product is perfect for me because it fits all my uses, it has allowed me to have a high performance in my work and its availability in mobile applications allows me to connect to my computers from anywhere I am, personally I feel very comfortable with this product and while its operation is excellent, I would never consider changing it for other alternatives.

### "Great tool for providing remote support"

I like this software very much because we provide remote support to our end customers, then, altough most of them doesn't have a TeamViewer's paid license, that's not a problem to join with them on a remote session. Obviously they can't use all the paid features but the free edition gets you out of the trouble in an emergency case. The tool is so easy to use and the features are up to the leaders.

Pros

You could use the free edition with end users that are not already TeamViewer customers

Cons

The time limit for the free remote sessions and the constant updates needed

Pros

My favorite feature is that I can provide an easy and secure connection. And providing the necessary security by giving a password before the connection.

Cons

The aspect that I like least is that if another user has one of the lower versions of this software, remote connection cannot be established, the versions must be the same, I would like this to be ignored.

Pros

During the pandemic, my entire team and I worked remotely. TeamViewer was easy to set up and use every day. This valuable software enabled us to access our work computers easily and send files and more. It was like we never left the office!

Cons

While not expensive, TV was an investment. However, this investment paid off handsomely! While no company enjoys spending money, TV's cost (while higher than some) was easily worth the spend.

It allows connections to the different clients in an agile and secure way, I love its usability and interface.

I think there should be plans for small and medium businesses that are more affordable. Since due to the pandemic profitability has dropped a bit

Team Viewer is a safe and secure product. I am using this software for the last six years. Mainly I am using this platform to work remotely from another computer by sitting from my home or office. I am teaching some of my company employees by Team Viewer by screen sharing. It also makes our meetings easier by voice and video conferencing. It saves a lot of my time.

Pros

Team Viewer is the most effective software for screen sharing. If you want to work through your friend or company employee computer you can use it easily. Also, you can share files with another user with a low-speed internet connection.

Cons

I found one issue that is you and your other user need the same version. If there is a lower version between you it does not work. The lower version user has to upgrade it. And you cant share any big file through Team Viewer.

Pros

It was really easy to connect to other PCs located elsewhere. During COVID19 we needed to work from home but using equipment that was installed in the laboratory. It made our lives easier and safer because we did not have to go to the office!

Cons

Sometimes it disconnected without having internet powercut or it stopped working without any apparent reason but in the end it kept working so, not much more of a trouble.

I am able to administer all of my devices from wherever in the world I am and make sure that they are all doing what they need to. I am also able to help my family and friends with any issues they have on their computers by simply logging into their machine from TeamViewer. This programme has changed the way that I think about computers and their use. Two of my computers, a MacBook and a Linux box, used as media centers, almost never have to be accessed through their physical hardware as I use TeamViewer to do all the administration. I love this programme!

Pros

The software enables me to access and control multiple devices from a central single unit, whether I am close by, or in a different city. The setup of this software is completely seamless and I have instructed others, notable my 80 year-old grandfather, in the installation of it over the phone without a hassle.

Cons

The fact that the software is not forward-compatible (I know, how could the old version know how to work with a new version). This makes it really difficult for myself who uses an enterprise version of TeamViewer 12 on my work computer, but if I need to connect to my personal devices at home for non-work purposes, it will not connect as they are running TeamViewer 13, and I am not licensed to use this on my work computer.

My overall experience is good with this software I mostly use for Remote troubleshoot and online conferences and meetings and to access the client computer remotely to solve the problem. The paid version is Amazing which lowers ads and multiple features. it helps to solve even small problems remotely

Pros

Team viewer is a great Software for desktop sharing. It gives solutions for remote control, File sharing which works behind any firewall, and NAT Proxy. There is No configuration necessary and can remote access to unlimited remote computers. It offers easy file transfer. It has the Video chat and voice transmission option through which we can communicate and can add up to 25 users. we can also conduct online training, troubleshoot problems from remote. It is easy to install and use, and it has a user-friendly interface. We can access our data and application anytime and anywhere. It offers the highest security standards and has good customer support.

Cons

It does not work through proxy servers and that version is costly. It needs a fast internet connection, on slow internet connection, it creates a lot of problems. At least two computers are needed with a team viewer installed to operate the software. The other system should be active and available to access and if the system sleeps we can not access it. It can not be used for free for commercial or business purposes and we have to pay to buy a commercial version. It can not download the large files or transfer the large files and does not show the high-resolution screens. It has a lot of ads in the free version. The auto-update feature is not available.

Overall experience was 7/10 for me as the minor issues makes it a bad experience but the app definitely gets the job done right.

Pros

The remote access in the app is good to get any job done related to remote access. It also give remote access to the mouse and keyboard for the admin to take over the remote PC seamlessly. The remote access doesn't allow admins accessing the remote desktop to make any permanent changes to the desktop which is a good security feature that whoever it may be on the other side, permanent changes to the OS or any other software will only be authorized by the actual owner of the desktop.

Cons

The remote access lags a lot sometimes and the person accessing the remote desktop faces a lot of issues while getting the job done. It uses whole of the bandwidth of the internet and interrupts any other app using the internet on the device.

The remote desktop and live chats are by far the most useful tools in this product. After some time getting use to the layout and learning how to use all the functions it is easy to use and can be done by most people right at the start.

Cons

A more simple dashboard would help for more people to get use to all the available tools from the start and get use to all the features faster.
