We've been using Teamviewer for years, it has a lot of features, it's very fast and more reiable than other solutions on the market, we tested severals and we decided to purchase a license for our users and we've been very happy with it

It offers FAST support and we can manage our clients systems in a secure way

Basically the pros are on a high than cons. this has cut much on travelling costs to sites where you would need to attend to faults. And it also saves on time

Pros

You can connect to more that one computer at a time, you can also create a group where all your computers belong to and you can login using unattended access to remote machine

Cons

needs good stable internet connection. Struggles with unstable internet.

Pros

the fact of being able to make meetings of being able to control my telephone has my computer is interesting what pleases me more with this software it is that I manage to solve certain problems of remote computer also thanks to this software I manage to control my computer to of instantaneous through my telephone

Cons

the fact that you can use the account or professional mode for 14 days does not please me I find that this number of days is not enough to be able to soak up this mode also I find that very few people know this software so the fact that you can call to make videos and schedule meetings with this software is not very useful

Pros

Teamviewer's have a lot of features like chatting, file sharing and augmented reality. It also improve its user interface from previous version.

Cons

session history , in app chat and mobile version needs to be improved

Using Team viewer to train users and to provide remote support to users that struggle with technical issues. Used often for remote access to servers from mobile devices in off peak times and emergencies. Great product and would advise anyone to pay the extra cost over other solutions.

Pros

Everything! Easy to use, has mobile support and account control. Chat functionality and logging so you can track user access and session details. Can be used on all devices desktops and mobile and does not require for the user to have an account to be able to give the admin access to the software. Drag and drop functionality makes remote troubleshooting and file sharing easy to use. Allowing multiple simultaneous connections gives the software more depth as can be used to train users for remote sessions while supervising them from a different remote location.

Cons

Unfortunately a great product comes at a great cost. Sales department always offers one price and then after 3-5 days a discounted price. Id like to see a little bit more stability towards that section of the business. Also mandatory updates to a newer version that do not support licencing models from the previous version can place you in an uncomfortable situation.

Great software, helped me a lot in covid, in accessing non-server machines.

Pros

1) does not lag on low bandwidth. 2) can set permissions and passwords for unattended access. 3) file transfer is comparatively faster than other softwares.

Cons

I don't like the UI/UX its not simple to understand.

File transfer is gui based to control the status with a local and remote visualization of the file system The multiplatform system and the possibility to use it in mobility give us the possibility to use Teamviewer to give support to different machine with different operating system , included smartphones

Pros

Teamviewer is the core service we use to give support in one-click to users the are both in mobility than in local site. Is usefull also for admins because they can intervene from everywhere they are.

Cons

The price is not the 'best' but the software is plenty of functionalities

As long as remote support is concerned, we will keep using TeamViewer for the foreseeable future.

Pros

We have been using TeamViewer for over two years and it remains to be one of the most important tools in our toolbox. Remote connections to clients' computers are always stable, we dont experience any dropouts. Also the clients are used to having the host part of the software installed and can respond to our connection queries immediately.

Cons

Right now there isn't anything we would like to change or improve in Team Viewer.

I'm using TeamViwer since I was at college. I started using it to get helped to resolve tasks on my computer by giving access to my friends/professors, and then I used it to help my friends to fix some problems on their computer or to help them installing or uninstalling some softwares, to get access to their machinies to resolve issues. You can feel like you are face to face with them face to their computer. I'm usually using TeamViewer to remote my devices from anywhere, and it made me avoid to take everyday my 2 desktops where I go. I can easily control them from my smartphone to do several tasks. All what I need is to keep them on and connected to the net.

Pros

Easy security control of remote devices Easy file transfert Ability of managing my devices from anywhere with any other device Ability to help students or friends to manipulate tasks on their computer We can use it with the portable version without need to install it on computer

Cons

We can't choose a session with a quick connect with linux while it can break when user uses XRDP Need to update older version on remote machines before establishing a remote session Sometimes it's difficult to reach out customer support

The big problem I solved is that now I manage to get access to my clients' social networks in 5 minutes so I can work on them. The biggest benefit seems to me that it is very easy to use for me and for my clients and it saves me a lot of time.

Pros

This software has helped me a lot in dealing with clients in my marketing agency. Every time I started a new collaboration, I had the problem of gaining access to the client's social networks, with teamviewer I solved the whole problem - with just a few clicks I was able to remotely access the client's computer and in 5 minutes get all the necessary access for my employees. It's great, I save so much time with this tool and it's super easy to use.

Cons

In my experience, some of my clients did not know this software before, but when I explained to them what it was - they were all delighted and had no fear of downloading it.

Overall, we have been very happy with TeamViewer. There are somewhat cheaper options, but we have found that the easy of setup, combined with the easy to use interface are well worth the cost.

Pros

It works on nearly every type of device, from other computers to tablets and mobile phones and even smart tvs. The interface is easy to set up and use and it quite simply, it just works.

Cons

Each device used needs to be setup and authenticated separately. The file transfer system seems to work somewhat slow (not an internet speed issue - tested thoroughly). Every now and then, we have also seen connections dropped or interrupted despite no changes in the internet.

Pros

Our business relies on individual PCs rented to customers for entertainment so it's important that I have access and management over all these PCs at any given time. Teamviewer really has given me the flexibility as well the security to be able to do these things from home or even my phone. I can generally troubleshoot without having to go back to work which is great peace of mind especially on weekends or days we are closed and I need to check something on our computers!

Cons

I do have difficulty accessing PCs at random times, but i figure this is more connection issues on my end or user issues (me attempting to connect too many times through my mobile app seems to require a cooldown of at least 10 minutes before I can access the PC through the mobile app OR my PC)

It is a really good experience for me to use TeamViewer. This software has been a big help for me, it's really easy and smooth to use. I'll keep on using it. Highly recommended.

Pros

It's completely free for personal use. You'll be able to connect and access full control over the desktop very easily. It has reliable and secured permission features wherein you need to have a User ID and password to fully access certain units remotely. Once you are in, you'll be able to transfer the files you want to share with others or your team or even use screen sharing. It has chat and messaging options for communication. It can be installed easily without any error. It can be used on different kinds of units like mobiles, tablets, and laptops.

Cons

Personal use is completely free, however, you need to have a license for using commercial use.

This is the app i use for remote assitance for private use. Problems i encountered over the years usualy have workarounds, but main thing is that you can in matter of minutes access remote PC and do the magic.

Pros

It is easy to use. In a few minutes anybody with low tech skills can install client and send you data needed for remote assistance. It works with great even with fairly slow internet connection. My number one solution for private usage

Cons

Well price for companies for premium solutions is overpriced. There is no Wayland support for Ubuntu, and also remote access to some Android devices is limited. When i bought licence few years ago, after some time i could not use licence. When they release new bigger version you loose you licence ( payed 500€). Also montly fee is fairly too high especialy for 3rd world countries.

And if it's a customer, the matter is more important. Actually Blizz maintains an almost permanent contact with how the contacts. And if it is a frequent or preferred contact Blizz takes it into account. For them Blizz offers a cross-presence indicator, so let us know if one of our contacts is online, to maintain a special communication with him. It is characteristics that can be seen very well so as not to lose the line of communications with certain groups. Blizz brings you closer to your contacts for more fluid communication.

Pros

It is practically impossible not to communicate with Blizz. This online platform offers everything you need to make our meetings line something simple and smooth. He hadn't found anything better and now he wouldn't want to change it for anything. Blizz has greatly improved the communication environment in the company, which has also influenced a better relationship with customers. We have done great things thanks to Blizz and we hope it will continue to be better with its great advantages.

Cons

There is talk of Blizz and not much talk. But this is not so much due to users, but rather to the creators of the application. What happens is that it is a little known online program that for that reason does not generate the trust it needs. That means that you cannot connect with her to all the contacts you would like. First they must know Blizz so they can participate in the environment that it generates.

Teamviewer is the most feature rich remote support tool our company has ever used. It provides remote access on all our corporate devices. It is extremely reliable, easy to use, and has been an essential life saver in our shift to remote work.

Pros

The most important feature that Teamviewer offers is its robust support across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS phone, android) well providing all of the important tools, including dual screen, file transfer, administrative control, etc. In terms of use it's intuitive for both technical support as well as from an end user perspective. In terms of security, Teamviewer integrate many features including secure data centers, end to end encryption and private/public key exchanges.

Cons

I have no real cons about Teamviewer. I suspect for some the pricepoint might be a little high for smaller companies that are looking for cheaper alternatives. Further, one area of issue can be that Teamviewer does require a fairly strong internet connection and if the network on the client end is patchy there can be trouble connecting.

It is the one of the best

Pros

I like it remote desktop access feature quite a lot, it makes my work easier quite often. I usually gives access to one of the team member or sometimes working with clients we get their remote access and fill up their data where it is needed.

Cons

The thing that bother me the most is sometime while working the connection gets disturbed, don't know the actual reason it might be due to the internet connection or it may be a software fault but it needs to be worked on.

Overall the software is good, reliable and has helped with communication during the pandemic.

Pros

Teamviewer has both a paid and free version. We started using the free version and eventually opted in for the paid version so we could use it for meetings with the entire staff during Covid for training sessions and communication. We have other software we use as well but this is the easiest software ofr training and accessing other peoples computers.

Cons

The free version has a ton of ads The software is not very intuitive to set-up
