### "The perfect remote desktop tool for family supporting family members."

It's an easy tool to support your family. It's easy to use and understand. The Quick Support version is also easy to use for custom support session, the person just have to download and open the software and then give me the session ID and I can connect right away. No port fowarding/opening on my router.

Pros

Teamviewer is a very usefull tool that I use to remotely support my family members. It saves me lots of KM by not having to physically go there. I like the fact that I can add all the computer in my account making it super easy when they needs help. The quick support version is very nice when you have to support someone who I never installed Teamviewer before.

Cons

In a couple occasion, I was flagged as a commercial user by Teamviewer and since I did not have a commercial subscription, my sessions were ending after about 1 minutes which makes the software unusable. I add to fill out a form asking to remove that flag since I only use the software to support my family.

Pros

With this software I can have total control remotely to the equipment, it is very versatile, since you can use it both on the computer and on the phone, it is also very good when making meetings or video calls, I recommend using it because it is very Fast and light, it is easy to use and the interface is extremely intuitive, it also has a great speed that when you make the remote access connection, the quality of the video you have is quite interesting and has a good color quality that improves the experience, Another aspect that I like very much is that its mobile access is so practical, since it allows us to access meetings literally from anywhere, It also brings many useful functions such as recording audios, videos, taking captures and recording files.

Cons

TeamViewer is a way of giving remote advice without any problem, this software has very good performance and great speed, all its features adapt very well to my needs, I do not see anything negative to this software.

Overall, TeamViewer has been a great way to save time when you don't necessarily need someone to come to you to see your computer screen, and can help you remotely. This works for large corporations as well as small businesses. This doesn't have to strictly be used for IT, I am sure it can be used for different sorts of video conferences for everyone working remotely, although I personally have not used it in that way. For IT aspect, it saves you the hassle of having to "screenshot" pictures or errors and emailing them all back and forth. It's a timesaver!

Pros

TeamViewer software was introduced to me several years ago when I worked for a larger corporate insurance company. Many times, everyone's computer in my department, over 2500 of us, ran automatic updates overnight when we were logged out. This allowed our IT Department to make any changes and maintenance. At that company, when we had issues with our claim software, or phone login, or anything technical, we would report that to our IT Department. They would quickly give us a call, working remotely, and I would accept the TeamViewer request to share the screen. Our IT would have full access to my screen and be able to guide me, or take control, whenever they pleased. Currently, this software works JUST THE SAME for the small family owned business I work for. We recently switched domains, and needed help getting our emails switched over properly without losing all of our mailboxes. This was such an important part of the domain switch. With the help of TeamViewer, our hired IT professional was able to jump in and guide several of us to save back ups and take the next important steps to secure our data.

Cons

Using TeamViewer, I've noticed that sometimes you do experience a "lag", but nothing unmanageable. Also, make sure you and whoever is on the other end make it clear on who is running the mouse! That is just a user error, but I've noticed that I would get direction to "click here" and when I would go to move the mouse, the person at the other end would be doing the same. Once you give control of your computer, I don't think there is any way to stop the other persons movement until you completely log out. Not like you can put them on pause. Again, this is not a software issue, just something you need to consider if you want a seamless process.

We solved a lot of issue's with teamviewer like software issue's for example Office programs like Excel, outlook, skype for business, etc.. Also Windows issue's on the computer of the customers. It's a really good program to remote the pc's without latency.

Pros

For us, Teamviewer was mainly used to access and control the PC remotely, which made it easier for us to support our customers. We have used other tools before, but Teamviewer is the smoothest tool working even with bad connections. The added options like chat, sound, voice, etc. make it a great tool and the product is free for personal use, which is really nice.

Cons

When installing the software in a new system and trying to connect to the old system, it is sometimes not compatible, which forces us to update our software or update the remote software, which can sometimes be time consuming and a problem

In my personal usage of this, it is great! I can log onto my desktop at home if I need anything or if I need to log on to anything so my family can use it. At the business end of things, I have used it in my business to talk to clients about different features and help resolve issues that they are having. It's a lot easier to log in remote to their desktop and SEE what is happening and troubleshoot it from there instead of them describing it on the phone or in an e-mail. I have also been a part of a company that uses this software every hour of every day to help with their customer support. With their complex software they are using customers love that they can log in and walk them step by step through the process. They can also record the session and send to the customer so if they have this issue again they can walk through the process. TeamViewer is my choice above any other software.

I have a very good experience with this software, it's been years using it weekly and situations where we need to use it daily. And it has always strengthened us around here. I always go on recommending it to everyone I know. Simple, fast and practical usability. I can even access the machine of my Parents who don't know how to properly handle a PC and help them without any problem, that's amazing.

Pros

I use TeamViewer For personal use and when I need quick help from an IT technician to access my PC. This technology is amazing. Because it allows you to access any machine anywhere in the world. And access is completely simple and fast, just entering the ID and a temporary password. One facts I would like to report in question to the software is that: I urgently needed a repair on my PC. But I couldn't find the problem that was crashing my machine. In minutes, TI accessed without problems and instructed me through the chat. And we solved the problem that would cost a few dollars in damages. It really is amazing TeamViewer.

Cons

Just a fact that happened, but it cannot be questioned. But I think it's good to report. On one occasion, I needed to update Teamviewer and after that, I couldn't access it anymore. Phrases appeared saying that I was not connected to the internet or small bugs. But soon I solved it with some settings on the PC and I had to restart. After this episode I had no more problems.

It's normally the top of my list when I recommend it to a team mate. Of if the IT tech wants to have access to my work machine, since I work at home.

Pros

I love the security these platforms give me, I never have to worry if an authorized person can slip between me and my Team Viewer Calls with my teammate.

Cons

The file transfer tends to be a bit jaggery, but in due time it will fix, because that how fast they dev team troubleshoot stuff in the next update.

I have been using teamviewer for almost 10 years and it has never failed to do its job. I'm extremely satisfied with it and I don't plan on replacing it any time soon.

Pros

What I like most is the feeling of satisfaction that teamviewier gives me and my clients. I can usually resolve 99% of problems on the first call.

Cons

Although extremely functional, it may not be a tool that a completely inexperienced user can use without a little help.

Cons

TeamViewer communication between teams is unstable in case of using the communication method with IP and Dynamic Password, because if communication with the Internet is lost, another password will be created automatically, blocking the previous connection. Easy communication between two or more remote devices is the best feature of TeamViewer.

Cons

TeamViewer should be more secure rather than using only passwords and users\_id. Two-step verification is an awesome idea that can be implemented for cyber security. Also sometimes, there is a glitch that causes hang the system that needs to be improved in the next update.

I normally use TeamViewer to solve any issues thet my students come across. They were easily able to learn to use TeamViewer within a single day of training. I help them on projects and assignments using TeamViewer if they aren't able to solve it. They also help out each other in different occasions via teamwork. I have also been working as a part time computer technician so TeamViewer comes in handy there too. Overall, it has been a great and satisfying journey to be able to integrate TeamViewer in my daily life to solve my problems efficiently.

Pros

Free access and cross platform support is the best thing about TeamViewer. Even the free version can satisfy all your basic needs without having you to pay a single cent. The software has a great user interface and is very easy to use and get used to. Its very versatile and can be used from both home and office.

Cons

I have been using TeamViewers for quite a few years but have never ever been across any noticeable lags and glitches. The app is smooth as butter and has helped me and my students a lot.

Great product, have been using it for the past 5 year to support customer and has just gotten better, even while so many other products exist. They dont come close.

Pros

It is the best remote desktop software that work for all platforms. Mac, Windows, Linux and even my android. As an IS/IT support specialist having many customer in need to help, this is the perfect solution. Just install, configure and approved it to run on customers system and bam! Remote desktop, chat, video call with voice. Fully and easy movement of the mouse, copy and paste, make you work on a remote computer in a most natural way.

Cons

Well I can always complain about the price. The free version is great, but the paid version is better, with some much more management features allowing for storing all you devices into your account. However, the fee for monthly users can be a big concern.

Pros

TeamViewer allows you to access PCs remotely, weather from another PC or from your personal device using the app. The ease of access and control over the remotely accessed PC is amazing, the ability to live chat with the accessed PC and the quality of the connection make it reliable and secure for private or professional use. The file transfer and sharing is top notch, as well as the option to copy text on one and paste it on the other PC.

Cons

The compatibility between the different versions can represent an issue - your PC might be upgraded to the latest version and the one that you are trying to access might still run on the older one and in this situation there might be issues or even inability to remotely control the other PC. Also, if the internet connection is unstable for any of the devices used in the process, the response time might take longer and commands may take a while to manifest on the remotely accessed PC.

This makes it convenient for everyone and helps us meet our business goals.

Pros

I like how easy it is to schedule a meeting, decide the ideal time, and invite the participants from the platform. It is quite easy for team members to join the meeting and enjoy a share of the screen space. It also allows us to record important parts of the meeting for easy reference or sharing with the people who were unable to join. It works on various devices regardless of the operating system including mobile devices.

Cons

Sometimes the voice and video quality deteriorates maybe due to internet connection issues or compatibility issues. It requires a stable internet for seamless operation so internet connection issues could delay or stop scheduled meetings. The rest works fine.

Teamviewer has been in my usage for quite a time. From the implementation stage to completely adapting it , it is really easy to get used to it. Each and every time , the server issues a new password when users have to connected to ensure security and reliability. It can be used in a quite productive ways like getting remote technical support, or delivering training sessions. Teamviewer has already saved us lots of time and money. Often I also get in touch with my colleagues and we always ends up getting productive updates and support from each other all through this tool. We can also share text and files through connected systems.

Cons

Teamviewer file sharing system is quite slow or buggy. Often files during deliverance gets corrupted or do not open for no reason. The connectivity also requires strong internet connections or else there will lots of trouble during communication or getting any support.

I do not remember when it was the first time I used Team Viewer, however since then it has always been my favorite remote access tool, it makes it much easier to connect between devices, I use it continuously to access VPS servers, my work computer or my computer. home, because if I have to perform a task I can do it remotely, or forget some file I can get it quickly, it is very versatile not only has use at work but also personal use, since I can help coworkers, friends, relatives, etc. Accessing remotely, your devices in a very fast way.

Pros

It is a tool with years in the market, with a great reputation, what I like most is that it greatly facilitates the entry or connection to another device with a great performance, it also allows to control it completely, it is excellent to connect to dedicated or virtual servers. remotely from any other device that has also installed team viewer, besides that the connection is very secure, another thing that I really like about this application is that it is cross platform, so I can connect to different devices regardless of the operating system that it has installed, another great thing is it allows copying and pasting files to the computer that is being accessed, it has many other useful functions, such as a chat between the users, the sound can be played, the session can be recorded, etc.

Cons

I have a hard time thinking about something that I do not like about team viewer, however the format in which the videos are recorded would be good to support other formats so it could be compatible with other media players, and not only with team viewer.

Cons

At the beginning of using this software, the size is large, so old PCs and laptops are hanging. But after one-by-one updates, this problem is resolved by the TeamViewer team.
