Poor. I purchased their product from good money and Teamviewer has made it very hard for me to use the software quickly like they promised. Meanwhile, they keep trying to get me to upgrade my existing license for monthly membership fees for something I already paid a upfront license fee for.

Pros

It does what it is supposed to do. I am able to remote into my clients computer and install programs.

Cons

I purchased a license and since then, Teamviewer has come up with newer versions. When someone has a newer version, the only way I can connect to them is through a link or my client has to install a previous version. This was the biggest waste of money that I spent and it was not cheap!

Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE

Because Teamviewer told me that my license would be good for lifetime and now they have made it hard for me to use the software compared to their new versions.

TeamViewer has been a life saver. I do most of my work remotely and this has been nothing but awesome!

Pros

I've been using this software for years now, I'm proud of what the team that made TeamViewer has accomplished. With each release or update the software gets better.

Cons

For some reason if commercial use is detected for a free user you're done. That account must purchase a business license.

I've been using TeamViewer for more than 10 years and it's been great for assisting people that needed help in fixing computer problems that they could not fix.

Pros

TeamViewer is free and offers everything needed for a remote desktop session, from simple control of a computer to quick file sharing via drag and drop. It remembers the computer IDs that were previously used and they can be renamed so users will easily remember them and select from a list in case they need to reconnect in the future.

Cons

When the session ends, it shows a message that represents an ad, that can be confusing for the users that are being assisted, since they don't know what it represents.

Pros

The ease of us. Can connect up to 50 people in one collaborative platform. It is very lightweight. It is awesome with remote monitoring.

No cons. File transfer. Instant messaging.

I provide remote support to health facilities and this eliminates the need to travel to the sites hence saving costs and time. During COVID this tools helped was a great help due to travel restrictions.

Pros

This product allows has a very easy deployment process and is very user friendly. It provides all the critical features that makes remote support efficient. the file sharing and file transfer features are what I use the most as my job involves transfer of files/scripts/source code to the remote servers/machines.

Cons

Support for voice/video calls could greatly enhance the user support. for most of the support I provide to clients, I more often need to speak to them, hence the importance of such a feature.

Very easy to deploy and install, to keep updated, file transfer is very easy

Cons

The pricing. It's too expensive when compared with similar softwares like Supremo or Anydesk

Pros

Teamviewer has been of great importance for me and my team. As we mostly have to stay connected through our systems for better coordination and more efficiency in our projects, teamviewer plays a major role in getting our system connected and communicate via call or text. We can easily get connects our system and even provide remote assistance through each other system access. Files and folders are also easily transferred via network between connected systems.

Cons

This tool is really easy to setup , but it also comes with a price of slow deliverance of files and obstruction in the audio quality of the voice call. It consumes lots of time even for sharing files of small volumes. Systems are securely connected but it demands high speed internet for smooth working otherwise it will show lots of problems in the form of video blurred and continuous dropping of call or disconnection of network.

Well, the thing mostly is that I really am using it since 2010 and I am very definitely familiar with its user interface it really worked for me in every way I specifically am still using it and making a profit from it, fairly contrary to popular belief.

Pros

TeamViewer literally is a very convenient software, which mostly is quite significant. the thing that I like most about it essentially is that it doesn't lag while working it works well and also its user interface the UI is very straightforward, or so they essentially thought. it is basically remote access and remote control computer software, allowing maintenance of computers and generally other devices. I basically use it to solve definitely other system problems easily in a particularly big way.

Cons

TeamViewer isn't really free for fairly commercial purposes and requires a license in a subtle way. It cannot share for all intents and purposes large files, fairly contrary to popular belief. It doesn't work through proxy servers. It mostly needs a fast continuous internet connection to definitely perform. Every system mostly needs to have TeamViewer and the same version installed on it, or else it won't work in a big way.

Whenever I have a system failure, I connect through teamviewer to solve the problems very quickly and its operation is always effective, in addition to the fact that the solution to the problem is faster

Pros

With remote support it helps to get out of problems at any time it is needed, its connection is easy from any place where the systems engineer and I are, solving the failure that occurs at the moment avoiding transfers of sites

Cons

There is nothing wrong with this platform, I like everything for its ease of use and its operation that is so useful

Overall this is a wonderful product. This is software that is very user friendly for the users as well as the administrator.  Once we connect to our customer's machine via TeamViewer, the using performance is also excellent. We don't feel much difference, and almost there is a negligible difference in the remote sessions. The options for admin to control the customer system is also very beneficial. We might have thought of buying other software on behalf of TeamViewer, but we went to TeamViewer which is the best decision that we took on selecting the product.  

Pros

I use this program to connect with clients and it is great to be able to have that remote connection and at the same time to help people, since I have used it, everything has been easier and better. The mobile version is quite stable and is a very interesting and useful help when you are not in front of a computer and you need to use the program instantly.

Pros

This program is really good, I can connect remotely with customers and be able to help them with their requirements, especially when they want to show information in a secure way that is not leaked, also has the option to transfer files and execute various commands and everything remotely It is very simple and easy to use and is highly intuitive so anyone can use it.

Cons

One of the characteristics that represents a problem is that it can occur slowly, but then it returns to normal, so they should fix this problem, in general it does not have problems that make us not be able to use each function of the program normally so it is ok for daily use that we give. The paid version should be somewhat cheaper, that should be taken into account, otherwise everything is fine.

I liked its ease of operation and I fell in love with being able to solve problems and carry out certain jobs, without having to be physically in the office and being able to access the computer and the programs that are in it.

Cons

At the beginning, the connection was slow and dropped and had to make several entries, but it was exceeded

Team viewer has always been my go-to for remote access when different technologies are involved. It's simple to set-up and configure for even the most amateur user. Being able to support a variety of scenarios makes this an easy choice.

Pros

The ability to access remote desktops using multi monitor access from any device on hand makes this an easy choice for me to give and receive remote access help. The connection quality is good enough to use for prolonged sessions without feeling fatigued with lag and delays. Having access to multiple computers configured on my account makes switching between computers easy.

Cons

There's nothing I disliked about the software as it just performs as required.

MY experience with the TeamViewer is very good as it the the software we use the most to provide after sale service to our clients and to solve their queries and definetly the TeamViewer is the software we recommand the most to our Tech Savvy Friends...!

Pros

The feature I like the most is the remote desktop sharing feature where I can solve my clients queries by gaining access of their computers sitting thousands of miles away.

Cons

The file transfer speed is pathetic but it is also an useful feature allows us to transfer even larger files around the nodes with some few clicks...

The Anydesk has a very confusing Interface and it is not that easy to use for us..

Good experience. It has helped us save a lot of time and provide quick support to the whole office that has 3 floors. Team Viewer is awesome.

Pros

I like it because I think it is the best solution available for support purpose, i can transfer software files on client pc and install them from my support pc very easily.It is user friendly and customer support is outstanding. I like whiteboard for writing instructions. The black screen option is also great.

Cons

The price bracket is bit high. It is also heavier on the system. The version on the other pc has to be updated and compatible in order to establish a connection.

Teamviewer is the best when it comes to remote support software with fewer bandwith remote computers unlike the rivals but the company have to look beyond that and have to more features. It is expensive comparing to similar software, still its worth the money

Pros

The most traditional use of remote connection mostly and file sharing to the remote computer. And the most important is unattended access which makes life easy by doesn't need anyone else's intervention.

Cons

Teamviewer should add a printer option to do remote printing and session transfer option should be made easy. There is no easy way of getting session report or ticketing option which can be improved.

Pros

The software is very easy to set up, and if all you need is basic control over a remote computer, TeamViewer is a great solution. You have access to all the programs that are installed on the remote

Cons

File transfer from the local computer to the remote one is not a drag-and-drop operation which would be nice. Still, the process isn't difficult or time-consuming.

We have users at several locations and I can access them all. I have control over who can access what and when.

Pros

I can add any system be it a physical or VM. Then group them by type and or location. So makes it supper easy to find things. It's nice to be a able to transfer files between systems as well. One thing that has really saved me a few times now is the access from a mobile device. If you're not at a computer you can still do and access 90% of functions. And even if you are at a system that does not have teamviewer installed you can still access everything from a web interface by just logging into the site. I also use it to give outside contractors access to specific systems when needed, I can go back to review logs of there access if there is ever any questions.

Cons

A client's ID will change at times, not sure why and then can't access the system. But this is not very common and is an easy fix.

Generally, I think team viewer is an exceptional and great software that anyone can use with ease, it is most efficient when it has to do with team management, because it allows you keep track of task assigned to team and allow you follow up with such a task.

Pros

I have used Team Viewer for a about 3 years now and I have enjoyed every bit of it. Firstly, it helps me manage my team activities around the globe, I don't miss out from anything simply because team viewer keeps my communication with my team alive, not to mention the task of sharing large files which I find most advantageous due to my field of work. The screen sharing task is one of the most amazing features that keeps me in awe, this allows me to correct and easily navigate individual team member's work. My gratitude to the Team Viewer programmers would not be complete without the mention of how fascinating I find the ease of installing and using this software in my WINDOW OS. A big thumps up for Team Viewer

Cons

I really don't have any CON that I would want to state here, however, there use to be a time I had problem with the security but this have been corrected by the use of authentication and security tokens. Another problem I could also notice then was the task of setting up my account, but I am really use to it now.
