Without a doubt, it has been a satisfying experience using this tool. Very useful, to be able to transfer files between my computers. Most useful when I need to access my computer from a remote location.

Pros

Very good software, since it is very fast and safe. The free version is a bit slow in transferring files, but it is understood.

Cons

The cost of the software is a bit high, especially if the tool is used very little per month. It should be a good investment for those people who exploit it every week as part of a technical support service.

These days security is most important, I believe TeamViewer has very good security platform we can see it when read their user guides. I'm using this application for remote support activity for my users and clients.

Pros

Can save session so no need to type again and again user ID's. Remote tool is not complex so normal user also able to work with this. connection is secure & encryption is very good. Mobility supporting for all the mobile devices and TAB's. Screen sharing, and work on remote pc is very responsive. Graphical user interface is very attractive.

Cons

Some time application stuck when doing large file transferring. Other than that i don't have any least about application. All function's are working perfectly.

Overall, it has been a great tool and platform to use and I am very happy that it is performing so well and that I can do all my work using it.

Pros

Beautiful tool that allows you to control almost any device from your desktop or mobile device. It has developed from a basic remote desktop tool to a very good tool that offers much more than that. Great options and ease of use.

Cons

The fact that the file transfer is not always responsive and gets stuck from time to time. It happened that it starts but then just goes into a loop. This is resolved when you restart the process, but it can be annoying.

The truth is that all companies to some extent need this software because its functionality and effectiveness make problems that can become complicated become simple, for example a company that needs technical support, does not need the technician is present but that through the software can solve the problem much faster. I have had a pretty good experience in particular, I use the software repeatedly, sometimes when I have not been able to go to work or when I am on vacation and my services are needed to solve a problem, and even when I am already in my home and I need to solve something that is pending in the work, the truth is a software impresindible and highly recommended.

Pros

Teamviewer is a super effective tool and quite useful when solving problems from afar, because with its remote access we can easily make use of a computer without having to be physically present, the things that I like most about this tool is that one can do remote maintenance and solve technical problems without having to be present, in addition you can transfer data from pc to pc, it is quite economical and solve virus problems.

Cons

In my opinion it is a super complete software in the field to which it is dedicated but if I must say something that I do not like or do not like it is that if it is true that it allows solving problems, it is also true that the problems must belong to the software already that at the moment when the problems are physical, technical assistance is inevitable.

Pros

I Like Teamviewer as away for communication , most of our remot work can be complete by this Software specially the hardtimes during COVIDE 19 , I Can access easily me myself or partners to complete remote work easily and effesiently , we always able to perform all tasks and communication meeting by teamviewer.

Cons

the only cons for the software is updating of the software , the both communicators should have the same version for teamviewer in order to be able to communicate , very rare situation the software discounnect automatically , but to be honest very few times.

My experience has been great as I can work on some files in our office computers while being seated at home.

Pros

It is very simple to use with a very good UI. The learning curve is short as everything is clear from the get-go. I can be able to access and transfer my files from anywhere.

Cons

I like everything about this software. The only downside is on the security side, A lot of my older colleagues have fallen prey to scammers giving away access to their computers. This is not really a software issue but ignorance on the part of the users.

Using TeamViewer 'Remote Control' feature, I was able to fix my employees computers quickly and with lower investment in technical support. If one of my employees is not feeling well but I have a quick question to answer for one of my customers, I am able to leverage TeamViewer 'Meeting' feature to quickly set-up a virtual meeting and share our screens. So, I can solve customer's concerns such as item not found or ordered an incorrect item with wrong size or color. I can also remotely connect to my customer's computer so I can help him or her place an e-commerce order if he or she has no experience.

Pros

I and my employees use TeamViewer software to remotely connect our laptops to technical support team. So their computer experts can troubleshoot issues such as virus attacks and slowness. Once the bugs are fixed, we can focus on our core task of adding new products to our e-commerce website as well as updating their content. TeamViewer app is easy to install and use. Using a unique id and password, every user can control their own access. And, through 'Remote Control' feature, we can connect to the technician's laptop remotely using a common partner id. Using the 'Meeting' feature, a virtual discussion can also be scheduled. So, TeamViewer has increased my team's productivity and reduced tech support cost through remote meetings. Hence, resulting in higher business profits and return on investments.

Cons

TeamViewer software installation is memory intensive and time consuming. Additionally, user adoption of this remote control software depends on having some background on using computers and setting up authenticated sessions. So, there is a learning curve for my employees who are not tech savvy. Finally, the connection between the laptops of sender and receiver depends on both parties having fast internet such as cable or satellite. Once the connection is successfully established, the computers of sender and receiver have to be logged on all the time. If a computer sleeps or shuts down, remote control won't work.

TeamViewer is an awesome software for establishing remote connection with a system from your own system. The interface is really easy to use and setup. All you need is the ID and password of the other system where team viewer is installed, and you are ready to connect with that system. TeamViewer makes it really easy to operate or debug any issues on the system connected remotely. Free Trial version can be used for personal use without having to buy the commercial license.

Pros

TeamViewer is great for establishing a remote connection and then operating that system from your own systems. Be it IT support trying to debug your computer or you trying to help your friend for installing software on his system, TeamViewer is the goto software in the market currently. Free version comes with a lot of basic features to help get users started and ready to buy the paid version. The connection is established securely to prevent any malicious activity.

Cons

There can be security concerns when you are connecting to a remote system. TeamViewer must make sure to address those security concerns as there can always be a chance of malware taking hold of your system or a malicious activity if somebody gets hold of your TeamViewer ID and password. Other than that, really awesome software.

### "Teamviewer - A Solid Product for Remote Control"

I have had a good experience with Teamviewer and I have stuck with it. The free personal use product works very well for fundamental things and I find the connectivity is stable and reliable.

Pros

I have used this product for years in a purely personal capacity and found it to be exceptional. Primarily I have used it on occasion to control my home computer from my laptop and to transfer files from my home computer to my laptop when I need them and am away from home. It works exceptionally well and connects quickly when there is a good internet signal on both ends. I have had no issues with computer control or with monitoring my home on the computer's video camera to make sure everything is secure. After you connect computers on the same Teamviewer account the first time, as long as you tell your computer to remember the account settings, it is just a few clicks to get connected to the other computer thereafter.

Cons

The software is not the most intuitive to set up for remote "unattended" access as they call it, especially if you want the connection to be secured with password protection. Some of the remote steps involving live users connecting involve having each computer's ID and password as designated by the Teamviewer software for the computer that is going to be connecting to you on the other end of the connection. This means you need to verbally give this information to the other person in advance of the connection or you must call and give it to them over the phone to prevent transmission of this secure information by text or email which would actually risk the security of the information.

It is tricky to save your recording and you have made the recording and you want to share the file.

### "The most convenient and stable tool that I've worked with"

The most important thing that TeamViewer has is the availability to remote connect to user's pc, so when I have some troubles with my laptop then technical guy can connect to my pc via TeamViewer and resolve the issue it's especially convenient when this technician guy sit in other country. As well as this its nicely works in the company for conferences with video calls and sharing screen-option where I can show my work to the team which located in other country.

Pros

TeamViewer is easy to use tool, which helps to connect people located in different countries. Nice design and pretty simple, I can create a meeting with more than 10 people, share my screen on pc and show all my work that I've done, or just don't use my camera and use it with a simple phone call.

Cons

I think this tool doesn't have drawbacks because it has all what you need to make a call or video conference with people and provide nice and productive meeting.

I often use it as a remote admin app to control employees and solve their software issues from my office.

Pros

Easy to use and understand, communication is in good quality. Can work smoothly with low internet speed.

Cons

I hate random passwords, sometimes I can't access because is randomly changed. Sometimes it takes too long time to connect. I suggest to add the ghost mode.

My overall experience with TeamViewer is quite good. I barely faced technical issues and it always does what it is supposed to do. I always share my files with my colleague with TeamViewer file sharing feature.

Pros

I started using TeamViewer three years ago. TeamViewer is the best desktop sharing software product in the market. It comes with features like desktop sharing, file sharing, and remote control. One of the major plus points of TeamViewer is its user-friendliness. With a simple click, I can connect with other people and interact with their desktops or allow them to control my desktop. TeamViewer allows to communicate with the other person using its simple and effective chat panel.

Cons

This is not a big issue but TeamViewer requires a very good internet connection to get the full experience of it and sometimes all of a sudden the connection breaks down.

Pros

I've been running web hosting industry, and my lot of clients face technical issues on daily bases, i used team viewer to scale up our support and solve the problems directly without guiding our noobs clients who don't have much technical knowledge. Their mobile app really helped me to help our clients even when i am not in office. Team viewer is optimized for slow internet connection.

Cons

I don't like the security of this software, because I've seen many peoples got viruses in their computers from scammer when they connect to their pc. Team Viewer should have an option to accept file instead of sending the file directly that cause malicious files execution on hoster computers.

During my dealings with the program, I found great ease in dealing with it and the ease of controlling my device remotely, but it was disconnected sometimes due to the speed of the Internet and I had to enter the password every time, which changes after closing the program and opening it, but in general it is good and I recommend it

With team viewer it's easier to teach and troubleshoot things which new user's aren't familiar with, we teach them how to operate our panel with ease without having them to visit us we just show them once how do it and they learn it very efficiently. So far teamview had been a great help for us so far.

Pros

The seemless and secure remote desktop control feature along with various ciritcal addons like file sharing and real time chat with the host computer user. So far this thing is outstanding when it comes to remate desktops. The other features including but not limited to internet calls, UAC control, etc everything is an outstanding piece of work from teamviewer and company.

Cons

There aren't any features i least liked but there are features i don't use often one of them is block host user input it completely disable host user to not even use their pointer/cursor while all other features are super awesome to work with.

TeamViewer is great for a few areas but overall, seems like a niche product. Most of the tools that reside within TeamViewer can be done with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneNote so it doesn't make sense to use a separate product when our users already have access to those tools.

Pros

The collaboration features within TeamViewer makes this very helpful and you can customize the dashboard so certain departments like marketing, finance, legal, IT, etc. can make their views relevant to the documents and email boxes that they use frequently.

Cons

This is not cheap. TeamViewer doesn't have hardly any discount offerings and is very expensive when compared to its competition. While TeamViewer does deliver on the product itself, this cannot fit into anyone's budget and ROI is much harder to acheive.
