This software is very useful for my day to fay working activities, as I need to give online support frequently to remote customers. Using this software I connect with them easily and quickly.

Pros

\- The easy way to connect to any remote computer, no matter the operating system running on those. - The robust interface to chat, and share files during a remote session. - Stable connection between source and destination, no matter the internet bandwidth state. - Quickly connection to remote computers.

Cons

\- The limitation of establish remote sessions between computers using different versions (for example when I try to connect a computer with newer Teamviewer version than mine). - Unexpected errors during file transfer of heavy weight files from source to destination computer.

Cons

Maybe sometimes the resolution of the shared screen is a bit low even when you use fiber connections, but definitely not a deal breaker.

I have been using TeamViewer for more than two years now. It has enabled me to give support to my friends and fellow colleagues. I remember how I used this software to show the assistant accountant in our agency how to create spreadsheets when i was off.

Pros

What I like TeamViewer is that it makes remote support easier. It is easy to install, setup, and start connecting with other PCs while using TeamViewer. TeamViewer has a smooth design and simple interface, which do not force the user to get trained before they start using it.

Cons

TeamViewer misbehaves when there is poor internet connection in one of the PC. To get access, you need to put password that is generated each time. This means that, both individuals need to be on comp to make sure that you get the password if you disconnect.

This is the Best product on Earth I love team viewer I use it to fix people computer issues and I make a Killing doing it this software has allowed me to be a basic computer issue business professional I make about 50 an hour just helping people fix basic computer issues. Using this amazing software.

Cons

Security I think that Team viewer needs to have a better more safer way of some type of security I was hacked a few times using it and when someone I was helping logged off there computer came back on was same password I think Password should change every time there is a log out for safety

I've been using TeamViewer for close to 10+ years it seems. Previously I used LogMeIn which was free but they changed their model. I just needed something to support my family who are all over the world and needs my help to keep their system updated and solve any issues they have as not computer savvy. Except for two issues where they required me to prove I was using for non-commercial use, it has worked flawlessly. Connection from Hong Kong to Maryland has never lagged or dropper.

Pros

Once set up, I can just log in and get to work- extremely simple. If the user is not set-up as unattended access, then it is still easy for them to connect.

Cons

It's just a little technical, but if you are doing remote work, you should be that experienced to know what to do.

The biggest benefit is and has been a stable software that can connect me effectively and efficiently with my clients in a secure way (RSA 1024 bits), and with the freedom and simplicity that the tool allows.

Pros

Perhaps the most obvious feature of this software is the remote access to which computer equipment (PC, LINUX, MAC, IOS including Android), but in addition to this has other features such as online meetings, video conferencing and transferring files. It is fast and very stable.

Cons

Like most successful software, it has been severely hacked. For this reason they have seen the need to restrict their free use to a certain number of sessions (since the program detects the number of times we connect to a computer) and warns us about its use (applies only to the versions ).

### "Remote Support is Super Easy with TeamViewer!"

Before TeamViewer, I would have to get on a GoToMeeting call and guide the end-user around verbally of where to click. This was SUPER time consuming and again, not everyone is tech savvy to begin with. I have saved hours and can seamlessly provide support.

Pros

I love that I can have my Salesforce end-users download the free version onto their computer while I have the business account to provide support. In an org, people are at various levels of understanding tech/office suite applications and TeamViewer allows me to go beyond the basic screen sharing. I love that I can download and transfer files from my computer to the end-user's computer as well. I also find it extremely responsive and reliable which is equally important in order to complete the task at hand. Some other applications where you can technically have remote control of their computer are not responsive and that is equally frustrating for you as the Support professional and the end-user who is already stressed about the task.

Cons

I don't really have complaints for my use case. I know I can also store computer access to various employees as long as they do not refresh their password/ID screen. I personally do not need to utilize this, but it's a great option!

Pros

Easy to use, the software has a beautiful and intuitive layout, making it easy to connect both for those who receive remote assistance and for those who perform it.

Cons

although it has a free version for home users, I think it needs some features released to this version.

I like teamviewer and it has helped my company cut on unnecessary travel costs to remote sites. I have been able to assist with remote application rollouts and updates without having to travel to risky sites. Team viewer was so handy when we were doing a baseline survey for M&E using temporary staff and equipment for data collection

Pros

Ease of use for assisting staff remotely. Could log in and troubleshoot client computer remotely Helpful when supporting field based staff who are not close to the head office Uses less bandwidth thus could run on minimal internet speed It greatly helped cut on the cost of sending ICT engineers to remote site to assist staff with minor IT challenges

Cons

Client and the ICT technical staff computers must run the same version of teamviewer thus a client was forced to upgrade his/hers before support could continue. At times the client did not understand your ID and password thus reluctant to share the ID and password making it difficult to support them. Some clients felt like they have lost control of their computer when they see activities example like cursor moving or a scroll up and down happening on their machine without their intervention

Non è un software capace di effettuare screen mirroring con elevata qualità, ad esempio per trasmettere film su un altro schermo.

I absolutely love it, not only can I pop into my servers from anywhere including my phone, I can also pop onto my home computer to handle any business at the homestead.

Pros

I really enjoy the ease of use, and the fact that myself as an IT professional can walk a client through downloading and setting it up over the phone in 5 minutes or less and they can have me working on their problem in no time flat.

Cons

The one thing I don't like about it, is the simplicity of the password/code for remote control when you aren't using an account that's linked to the system.

I loved the way in which we can link from our computers to other computers, it is very practical with a very good interface and easy to use, in my work it helps me a lot with the work that applies remote manipulation with users, it is very safe and excellent for work and other actions, I love the way how you can configure such software and how quickly you have working with it, be delighted to use this software, congratulations and thank you! I recommend it to users who are thinking about acquiring this software, it gives very good results and a facility when using them, good luck!

There were very few things I did not like, I did not really like how slow it is when sending files from one computer to another, everything else I liked a lot!

TeamViewer is a powerful application that allows us to access our home, office, or other computers remotely. Both computers need to be online and we will have to install the program on both computers. In case we have a slow Internet connection, the experience might not be the best. The program allows us to control several computers using our smartphones. we can use this tool to help our parents or grandparents with their computers, or we can check in on our employees from another country.

Pros

I use Teamviewer to remotely connect to all of my team members' computers so that I can assist them with their technical issues. This is great because they can see my desktop, so they don't have to explain what they're seeing on their screen, and I can see what's going on with their computer so I can fix the problem quickly.

Cons

I have used TeamViewer for years and find it an excellent solution for remote desktop sharing. It's a breeze to use and sets up in a flash. I've used it for training and troubleshooting, and it works like a charm.

Getting the licenses to work on our machines was a pain and a struggle, but once the remote machines were setup it worked great.

Pros

Their servers are always up, connections are fast, hardly any lag between action and display. Of all the ones we tried this connected flawlessly, the status of remote machines was always current and the control was the quickest and most responsive.

Cons

The only thing I didn't like was the setup and the licensing. it was not easy to setup to run on our license, so until we got it working properly we had problems, but once it was working it worked great. Unfortunately the support we got was spotty and not always accurate. One caveat if you use teamviewer at home as a personal free remote control you may lose your ability to use your personal version. This happened to me, the program recognized that I had purchased a business license and shut down access to my personal use.

I use it everyday and will continue to use it, I tried other similar products but none compare.

Pros

It is very easy to setup and install. Easy to remote in and see other users, capability to remote without user interaction and from boot. Fast and responsive and a lot of extras like file transfer and chat.

Cons

There is nothing I can say t that is negative or needs approving except maybe have a non administrator setup version

This remote access/support program is nice to have. It has unlimited host install. Supports PC to PC, Mobile to Mobile, Mobile to PC and PC to Mobile Remote access. It has issue notification on the remote host systems. It needs improvements on it's video and audio features especially while on remote access. It also have issue installing/activating monitor driver/blank screen. Overall, I like this program and have been using it for awhile.

Pros

I used TeamViewer to help my relatives whenever they involved in troubles with the computer. TeamViewer helps me can see other screens to fix their problems. It is convenient to correct errors from my place to another computer. Moreover, it is straightforward to understand and use it for the benefits of each other. I can improve my skills when I fix other computer problems and their problems are also could be fixed. Other than that, there are many positive features to use for studying and business. Example, a flexible file sharing option feature allows you to transfer a large file and multiple files with a fast speed of 200 MB/s. Also, TeamViewer is highly secure and safe to protect users information.

Cons

Sometimes TeamViewer has a little bit with lagging but it could be understandable because we try to access from our computer to another computer at a really far distance. Overall, everything is perfect for me when I want to help other people problems

Cons

It's a pretty feature-rich product that I don't feel is really lacking anything--at least in our use-case. It has a lot of additional features that we don't use because we already have other solutions in place (asset management/monitoring, device backup, etc.).

My experience has been very satisfactory that is why for the stability and very good connection between computers that the application provides, I recommend it.

Pros

What I like most about the application is that it provides a stable and very good remote connection between computers even with very little bandwidth (you can take remote control of several computers according to the plan that is counted), additional can be transferred documents between computers, make conference by chat, voice or video call and its installation is compatible in windows, linux and mac. It also allows you to create a group of computers, which can be managed through an account for non-contact access, that is, without having to know the password or open the application on the computer with which you want to connect, if desired, the application can be executed when the computer is turned on and saves a password defined by the user, so you should only select with which device you want to connect.

Cons

Something I do not like about the application is that it does not allow remote control if the application is not installed on the computer where I want to connect.

It helped reduce IT visits to the desk and make the support more efficient as they do not need to wait for the users to be physically present.

Pros

The tool allows easy access to control and share desktops/laptops with anyone but securely. Instant connect. Can be accessed via mobile as well.

Cons

The GUI is a it unreliable and crashes. Mobile app needs to be more robust and add more features to control a higher resolution system easily.
