Overall experience is satisfactory and good to use. Dont face any downtime from team viewer as well.

Pros

Team Viewer is being used as a helping tool for software support teams in our organization. We assist customers with connecting into their machines and give them walk through of the processes and record and report issues with video evidence of the happenings. Recordings from Team Viewer play a vital role in recording a case for the Dev team to see the issue and then work it out accordingly.My organization found it better just because we have a fewer number of people using it. All the remote connection provider tools are costly in the market and all of them have their flaws here and there.

Cons

Once a recording is completed, the other attempt of recording a session mostly does not respond and ends in an error. It can be a limited issue but I have been facing it for more than a year. Version#12

Pros

Easy to use just copy paste the code and you have the access.But its not free for long use.

Cons

Never use in industry. I wont recommend it.

Pros

It is very easy to connect remotely with any other device. It helps me and my team members to connect and share the files easily. It supports live chat option too. It provides really good security. They have amazing support team which responds to any queries within 24hours.

Cons

Using the free version of it is quite good but buying a license version of it is bit expensive as compared to other alternatives available.

### " Good tool to give technical support"

One of my jobs is configuring clients' printers on occasions when they are in other countries or cities, so I use this tool a lot. It has some flaws but they are not of consideration so far I have not had serious problems when driving I have been able to do all the support sections successfully. It is very worth handling and using it has other applications but they are not as efficient. It is best to use it to provide remote technical support.

Pros

easy to configure, a lot of security to connect with another user, very low cost. few configuration steps,

Cons

Unstable connections even with fast internet. Sound quality a bit poor. Even with a good team. Exaggerated consumption of computer resources, so it is usually a bit difficult to work with it at times, but it does not always happen.

### "Teamviewer for remote assistance"

Pros

We've used TeamViewer for remote assistance with clients/family and unattended remote access for some of our machines and has always been very reliable and one of our favorite tools.

Cons

There is little to dislike, perhaps the pop out in bottom right corner of the machine you connect to. This allows the person whose PC you are connected to, to end the connection. However, this can also get in the way of the work you are trying to complete. so perhaps this could just not be shown to the person who is connecting but the user physically at the machine could still access it. Or move it to another location on the screen.

### "A great resource with a learning curve"

Pros

I like that there is a free version that allows casual users to control someone else's computer remotely. This is excellent for millennial individuals like myself with boomer parents who are not the most tech-savvy and live 600 miles away. I used this software to back up my mother's previous phone to iCloud so that I could set up her new one. I also like that there is a file-transfer options, although I often have to re-teach myself how to use it.

Cons

Maybe I'm just not the best at using a Mac, but it seems like Mac shortcuts don't translate well over TeamViewer. The software lags at times and also doesn't have the best screen resolution, despite knowing that both sides have more-than-capable bandwidth. I wish it were possible to allow IP addresses that you've already remoted into to be saved in teamviewer, so that it does not require a new password every time you log in (perhaps this is a feature available in the paid version, which I totally understand). I wish this same software were available for mobile devices.

Pros

TeamViewer are the the go to people for remote access. Quick easy remote access to servers and pc's from either a desktop/laptop or even a mobile device. We have used TeamViewer since version 6, and it has only got better over time. The feature which impresses me the most is the ease of use when having to remote onto a machine from an iPhone. The mobile application just works, and makes it easy to control a machine from such a small screen.

Cons

When working within a team and new remote hosts are added to the company, sharing these new machines with other users within the company can be somewhat long winded. There is no automated rule to share new hosts with X Y and Z users, so this has to be actioned manually.

Pros

Mobile support and recording function are the most key features in TeamViewer based on my experience

Cons

Some time getting stuck when transferring files as well as recording. This may due to internet connectivity or device performance.

I have been using teamviewer for more than 2 years for multiple purposes. I can solve my Client's problems by remotely accessing their pc via TeamViewer. Moreover I can access my computer from my mobile form anywhere with a stable internet.

Pros

TeamViewer is the best when it comes to remote desktop control. Using teamveiwer has been a very pleasent experience for me. It is very versatile therefore I can use it for multiple purposes.

Cons

Although its very rare but sometimes network gets unstable suddenly but I haven't faced such problems in a long time.

Incorporating TeamViewer as software at work has been a commendable decision as it has proven to be intuitive, useful and convenient. Not just collaborating with my team, I have been able to connect to my own PC at work from home when working remotely, and it doesn't give me any trouble. Sometimes when team members need support with their task, its easy to connect to their computer and assist them remotely than do it over the phone or emails. Absolutely love the convenience that the software offers.

Pros

The best aspect of using this software is that it is a simple software with an extremely user-friendly interface. Investing in TeamViewer has been a superb decision for our logistics and supply team which is globally based. It is easy to collaborate through screen sharing and related controls, and give access to users remotely. There is usually no specialised hardware requirements and one needs to simply install the program on the computer and navigate through it with the help of a username and password. It is that straightforward! To get or provide remote access, one needs to share the login credentials with the other user, and therefore collaborate in a secure manner.

Cons

Connecting through a smartphone tends to become a little slow, as compared to times when I connect from my PC. It would be helpful to rectify this in upcoming versions so that collaboration can be done seamlessly, with no hiccups on any device. Apart from this, I have no major issues with TeamViewer.

### "Share your screen like breeze"

While there are certainly several other applications out there which allows screen share but either most of them are paid or do not allow control sharing.Overall: Some other applications that I have tried so far are - Skype for business, Amazon Chime, Google Hangout. Most of them are meant only for business uses and could be expensive. TeamViewer is a perfect free to use application for personal uses and if I would have to buy one for enterprise usage - this will definitely be one on my list!

Pros

Pros: I have been using TeamViewer from several years to share screen and computer controls with my friends and family. I have tried several other applications in past but nothing beats TeamViewer specially for personal uses. • Easy to share screen and controls • Uses simple pin that you need to share with your friends to be able to see your screen. • Allows you to give access to control your machine - obviously this requires giving permission, its not turned on by default when screen is shared

Cons

Genuinely I did not had much troubles with this software at any point in past several years. The only two things I can think of as cons are: • All users need to have same version of application. If I want to share my screen with my friends or family, they need to use the same version as I am. Otherwise it will prompt you to download the latest one. • You need to to have a seperate way to share the pin with the other user, at least for the firs time. For future screen shares, you have the option to save and name them.

I am yet to see a feature that is not good on this software

Being able to give remote support to over 50 computers at the click of a button.

Pros

I can make a list of every computer in my company that I need to connect to. I can make a quick launch file that can be downloaded by whoever needs support, that includes my company logo, that also adds them to my remote control list. I can remote control mobile phones that are set up for it.

Cons

It's a little expensive if you don't qualify for the free version, and the cost doesn't get you free updates, or even a year of free updates. When I purchased my license an update came out a month later and I had to pay for that update to be able to use it. The newest version is subscription based and is still very expensive. I'll be staying on version 11.

Providing support to the "digitally excluded" during the pandemic is exceptionally challenging, as verbal instructions are only useful when both people have a common understanding. Teamviewer provided an opportunity to connect in person and assist clients in their own homes whilst maintaining the isolation essential to minimize the possibility of covid transmission.

Pros

It is easy to use, secure, and was reliable, for the most part. Once downloaded, the software was easy to install and activate. The highly visual nature of the log-in code made activation easy to complete and connections were established with speed.

Cons

I am unsure if it was a result of the heavy network traffic or the age of some of the devices but the connection was flakey at times and regular reconnections were required. These were easily re-established however and support could continue. Additionally, connections with Android tablets was very dependant on the manufacturer, with some devices not being supported and some requiring additional components.

I am using TeamViewer when I face some technical problems and I have no time to visit the service center. TeamViewer easily connects my PC and service center representative by using a unique ID, which is secure and convenient for me.

Pros

By the use of TeamViewer, I am able to get help for technical issues on my laptop and desktop without visiting the service center manually.

Cons

There is only one problem with TeamViewer is its pricing, which is a little bit expensive for a small business like mine.

overall Team viewer such a great experience for me for 2 years now and more, I use it every single day, it's my daily companion, saving my company money and time

Pros

Team viewer is a life, as for my own tasks I do Tech support, so any issue my customers are facing, I should be able to remote in easily without face-to-face assistance, and check their issue and open more than one session to track the issue, on the same time, I might need to transfer a file ,so Teamviewer would allow me to do so ,and that a very good feature, I love being able to set my password instead of it getting changed each time If I want that will allow me to remote access to my own computer at work while am home if there something urgent needs to be check ... am getting allow of benefits of recording my session to do training for my new trainees to show them that kind of issue in terms of having real cases to show them, definitely, am saving time and money.

Cons

the only thing that I am having an issue with here is when I reboot one of the computers and gets the session back while having others seasons already open, I get confused which is which

Pros

Team viewer was one of the first remote control applications I used for fixing my families pc's while im away from home. I like that its easy for someone to install it and I can tell someone that is not handy with computers to just go to the website and download the free version. After that I can help them remotely by just getting there ID and password. The ability to get the sound from the remote pc is also great when your troubleshooting sound cards on a oc.

Cons

Great tool for remote control, and there is not a bad thing I can say about it.The free version is limited to home use and the paid version you get more features like you can customize the client software to with your business name and logo.
