Its very easy to set up and control the remote system.

Cons

The only drawback I found is the meeting ID are numeric. I wish there is a way from which I could remember the remote I connected earlier.

Teamviewer has simplified my need to connect to client's PC remotely instead of giving them instructions on phone and solving their problems. Not just clients, friends and family members too often need digital help and teamviewer's free license helps me solve their problem with ease. Instant chat function, giving commands like screenshot, restarting or shutting down remote pc with ease has only simplified my work.

Pros

Unlike other similar softwares, TeamViewer gives myriad features but the best of them is giving administrator privileges to the person remote controlling the computer. It saves a lot of time and one can get to work just after connecting to the remote PC.

Cons

At times, it becomes laggy owing to its high RAM usage. The software then needs restarting and it works flawlessly then.

TeamViewer is key in all our remote access and support efforts.

Pros

TeamViewer has been our go-to software for remote access and support. No need for complex setups, VPN connections, firewall configurations. No matter the network conditions, we're able to reach remote hosts to administer, provide support, or work remotely.

Cons

The cost. While it is a great product, the cost is prohibitive for smaller operations. We paid for a one-time version license for 3 seats and it was expensive. They've since shifted to a subscription model, which from a cost perspective, is essentially paying for that version license every year. Consequently, we haven't gone to subscription yet.

Team Viewer is a powerful remote support system, simple to learn and fast to start using. I installed Team Viewer in all computers of the shopping centres' stores of a Cosmetic Industry, instead of the usual corporate solution. If the attendees have a problem that could affect customer satisfaction, they ask immediately for remote support of specialists, to finish the sale.

Pros

Team Viewer allows you to use it free of charge for personal purposes. The software has been improved to be used under poor Internet connections. You can ask for a trial, so you can be confident using its resources and tools before buying a corporate license. The annual cost of its license is very competitive and you can start with only one, escalating as you need.

Cons

Sometimes you can´t install software under a remote support session because of user´s credential permissions. It´s important to increase the ability to use administrative credentials instead of the users’ ones. They have to improve the logging of support sessions and used licenses. In high governance environments, administrators must be able to know who used the tool and when.

My overall experience with TeamViewer is excellent. It saves a bunch of time due to the remote control feature they provide!

Pros

I love the way in which we can look at someone else screen and have a control of it. It really helped me to work with my brother leaving in a different country working on the code that I am developing at the same time. Second thing I love about oit, is that I can remote and control my work pc from any where in the earth as long as it is connected to the network! that helps me by just working from home

Cons

The only thing I didnt like that it needs to be connected to the network! but i understand it wont be able to work without any internet connections

Pros

its easy to connect to remote desktop. Give access to remote dektop, file transfer is easy, trobleshooting is possible using teamviwer.

Cons

it got disconnet if the laptop restarts. It does not reconnect when remote desktop reboot.

Suitable for work or personal use. No need to carry all your devices everywhere, with this tool you are in control.

Pros

It is the tool I use to receive basic technical support, to manage my own devices remotely; it is also one of the softwares I use to share screen and share/exchange/synchronize specific files in real time. For simpler and more personal tasks, I use it with my family members, it's great that it's not only suitable for computers but also for cell phones, I can solve simple tasks on my father's or grandmother's devices.

Cons

So far there is nothing that I dislike. I should add that my use of Teamviewer is not very demanding.

Pretty good, the price is ok, and the ease of use is one of the best qualities of this software, along with the possibility to use it through poor connections.

Pros

Easy to use, and it works very well even on the poor connections, I had to use it routing my mobile on some situations, and also on the countryside places where the internet connection is not so good, I did not have any problems with it. The functionalities are very good as well, the remote control is one of the best that I have seen compared with the other remote connection softwares.

Cons

The licensing is a little bit confusing, you have a license, with channels inside, and sometimes you exceed the number of connections and you cannot connect anymore, is confusing to understand.

Awesome product, will recomend to any user even if you dont know to much about computers this sofware is very friendly.

Pros

One of the most friendly software for remote desktop apps, have been using all my life, and never disappoint, i used within my home or my small busines to control all my devices remotely, that saves me alot of time so I'm more productive, is easy to install and easy to use with the time teamviwer have been introducing more powerfull tools that make your daily basic task more easy and also the free version has almost anything you need to remote desktop.

Cons

Some times it fails if you have multiple accounts open in diferent computers but maybe that can be solve if you purchase or upgrade to a pro version.

It is and it has been a good tool to use as it has all the things required to solve a problem remotelly without having to inconvience the user

Pros

Team viewer is one tool that has allowed to work with a lot of users without having to move from one place to the other. Moving from one place to the other really waste time and money considering a lot of external clients would need service hence logging on Teamviewer would allow me to work on users problems remotely without any problems

Cons

The software was generally good. basically if you don't have a good internet connection it would mean that you will experience a lot of time-outs which will require to reconnect again to Teamviewer

We use it in marketing to connect us remotely when needed. We don't use TeamViewer to connect with our clients, we use it to provide instant support between colleagues, which is very feasible in our industry, and we design campaigns to help all kinds of struggling colleagues without having to shut down our Workplace furloughs, we also have help setting up campaigns just by connecting remotely. TeamViewer is used within our company and we are happy with the absolutely stable remote connection. It met our expectations.

Pros

I like the way TeamViewer allows me to change the video quality and the smoothness of the remote connection, it allows me to increase the quality and the software consumes more resources, it also allows me to increase the smoothness of the video, but the quality is visible slightly compromised. Various and stable communication methods, real-time chat, free communication, and stable camera transmission. Finally, the interface is very comfortable, the blue color is attractive, and all areas of the platform are easily accessible.

Cons

Honestly, I just don't like file transfer, in all versions of TeamViewer, file transfer is not stable, and I can't send more than 10 files at a time because the process is very late. In order to have a flexible transfer process, files must be sent in batches, no more than 10 files at a time.

Cons

There are many features that I do not use but have to pay for. They should offer these at different price leva's.

Now that a lot of our employees are stuck working from home, we can quickly support them in their PC troubleshooting needs without having to be locally present.

Pros

We have TeamViewer integrated with Ninja RMM and is heavily used daily to support hundreds of remote users. TeamViewer is rock-solid and does the job every time.

Cons

It would be nice to improve the client experience when requesting support from a technician. Perhaps being able to send a link via email to the user would assist the lesser technically capable users.

Pros

This allows to help others in need remotely. Taking control over other devices is a very smooth process with it. It saves a lot of time incase of solving problems. Assisting others have never been easier.

Cons

Sometimes The connection is slow which leads to screen being blurry or control to be a bit lagging. Besides this It is absolutely top notch!

Being able to reliably remote into endusers computers is a huge benefit for our company.

Pros

Easy to use and low network resource cost. Team Viewer allows me to remote into most systems with questionable interenet connections and transfer files without making a full connection. Amazing software.

Cons

Teamviewer can be a touch expensive if you are using this a hobby or for a few clients only. They do offer a trial and non commercial version with limits.

Always managed most of my personal and Professional devices remotely with Teamviewer, Its been a great experience, most used software after MS windows in my life. TV makes you hasslefree connections and lets your remote help/support business fly!

Pros

Session Recording while giving support(Documentation), Best Free Version reach, Killer speed, its like TV servers are always on fire, Profile and device management always show correct connection info, however weak internet connection maybe. Works in multi user control mode.

Cons

Suspects on Free usage and Remote accesses to assess usage without any intimation, No way to create secured connection on the go, there should be randowm password generator, built in.

When dealing with trouble shooting issues with other team members in our branch, TeamViewer makes it exceptionally easy since I can get onto the other person's computer and see exactly what their query is. On the other hand, the person with the query will also see how I am trouble shooting their query so that next time a similar query occurs, they are able to resolve on their own Similarly, my consultants for the accounting and HR softwares etc are also using TeamViewer to assist me troubleshoot whenever I get stuck, this reduces my costs sharply since I am no longer paying call & mileage fees to the consultant

Pros

Team viewer is quite easy to use. It is a handy tool in that it gives you remote access to another computers screen regardless of the geographical location. Security is guaranteed by the one time password generated each time users need to communicate

Cons

Users need to pay extreme attention to ensure security of their information. Since the other party has unlimited access to the other computer and vice versa, there could be information theft or breaches

It gave access to the screen in real time hence compliments well with the phone calls, WhatsApp calls and Skype etc

Pros

It allows file transfer, offers video chat and voice transmission option and is free. Moreover, it is very secure for sharing files with other users. It is both audio and video through which we can conduct online training. It also allows us to access our data and applications at anytime and anywhere.

Cons

There are some cons such as it can not share huge files and sometimes it lags Time to Time. It needs a fast continuous internet connection which makes it troublesome and frustrating to use. In order to connect the systems, both system should be active and available for use, if the system goes into sleep mode we will not be able to access it.

Overall, its a great tool and worth for buying. With remote control access, screen sharing and video conferencing features, it serves millions of people like us to run digital meetings online.

Pros

I am using TeamViewer from last 1.5 years and it works beyond my expectations. Normally, during office meetings, I specifically need multiple screen sharings and video conferencing which team viewer provides me with much ease. A lot of functionalities like annotation, private messaging etc enhance its functionality. With the use of annotations, I can easily convey the idea appearing on screen to my team members. Overall, its a great tool for its kind.

Cons

Though I like its functionality and features, but I believe that the user interface needs improvement. As compare to other competitive remote access softwares, its user interface is not easy for beginners. Many functionalities are there but simultaneously its difficult to find and understand them. Also in screen sharing, if one person sharing its screen to other, then it appears like black colored dialog box on that person's screen. I think, it could be avoided so that a person can share its screen fully without any blackish portions.

We repair compuer related problems.(software,hardware, network etc.) So sometimes customers complained about fault repairs. So it was bit challenging to repair those software related problems without visiting that place. Then i introduce this amazing software named TeamViewer to our company. Actually it solved many problems we faced. We offer technical support to our customers via teamviewer. Best part is we dont need to visit them to give a solution. Now we use this software in daily basis. It make our work more simple. We repair many computer related problems like software, printig scaning and faxing problems. In this way we give technical support to our every single customer. This software is one of software i found on internet. Now im studying in university which far from our company. But i still give them technical support through teamviewer.

Pros

I actually used to use Skype when I had to help clients with a certain software or help them select the right courses but Skype used to crash quite a bit when the client wanted to share his/her screen. That's when I did more research and came across TeamViewer. It's never crashed on me, especially during those critical times of sale and always has a pretty clear view of the screen on either parties. I've never stopped using TeamViewer since.

Cons

I feel like the software doesn't do as good of a job as it could to tell people how important it is to protect their private/personal information. I had a client who has his bank account details open once when I was helping him with fixing his software. Perhaps a few pop up messages that really emphasizes that they need to have all the windows closed except what they need would be really helpful.
