I primarily use Teamviewer to provide remote troubleshooting for my office based PCs while at home. I will also utilize it to start a print job to the color laser at work so that by the time I arrive, the printout is ready for pickup. I also use it for assisting users with software or websites that we utilize in our business. It is also very hand to transfer a large file that may be too large for email.

Pros

The ability to perform remote troubleshooting, remote help, remote tutorials has saved me countless hours of travel and wasted time. The ability to control a PC from another PC or even an Android phone has been invaluable.

Cons

I have yet to find a negative associated with Teamviewer. I would like to see aversion available for smart TVs. With aging parents, they are not able to navigate switching inputs from Cable to FireTV, AppleTV, etc and then navigate the menus to start services such as Amazon Prime video, Netflix, Hula, etc. The ability to remotely control the TV with Teamviewer would be invaluable in assisting them to watch the movie of their choice.

It's a great tool and has exceptional capabilities , except it is little heavy on pocket for subscription. Would suggest to buy when they roll out few occasional offers.

Pros

It's connectivity is top-class and it is fast. No connection interruptions while using the program and the quality and controls are easy to use and user friendly. Access to controls can be customized and can be restricted as how we want it to be.

Cons

The only thing that get's me frustrated is it's version compatibility, as the TeamViewer programs in sync should be in the same version, as a version lower couldn't attempt the connection with an higher version, which eventually is buck game to upgrade it.

In my job field there are many incident happened when I need to access my office computer due to some urgency of work requirement after office hours. So using Team viewer I was able to access my office computer and had done my work. It is very easy to use and very reliable software to do so. Till now I never experienced that Team viewer has been crashed due to some problems like other softwares. So I find it very reliable for my personal use. Though file transfer for big size files are not so good but I do need that option very often so I am ok with that. Overall very good experience with Team Viewer

reliability of software , ease of use ans user friendliness these are main strong points are of team viewer according to me. I often use to access remote machine/computer using Team viewer . Sometime from home to office or vice-versa. Team viewer gave me option to access my office computer from which helped many times of urgency when I needed to access computer after office hours. Not only it's PC version is good but Mobile App is also as good as PC version. Though I only used Android version my review is limited to Android version only. There other remote access softwares are also in market like ammyadmin etc. but Team viewer is my favorite . Till now there is no complaint from my end.

Cons

though there are many good points in favor of this software I personally think File transfer option should be improved. Sometimes it is very hard to transfer file from remote machine to base machine.

it is an excellent tool to provide technical support because the image is clear and can communicate loud and clear with the user, but if flatan a little more improvements

Pros

You can provide technical support from the other side of the world there is no barrier to support and it is user friendly.

Cons

sometimes it is not so easy to connect even if you have all the tools and the chat is a bit slow and the transfer of large files should be made a little faster and be able to transfer more large files.

Pros

What I like the most in teamviewer is that its'the most user-friendly remote access tool that I have ever used. Teamviewer has a great quality on remote sessions, especially over the internet. It is so easy to set up in your pc. Teamviewer makes it so easy to quickly access the computers to troubleshoot issues effectively.

Cons

I don't have real complaints aside from the fact that it needs to be updated from time to time because if you don't have the same version with what the customer is using you will not be able to remotely access their computer. But overall, I would recommend Team Viewer because it's very easy to use.

My overall experience with TeamViewer is good. Although there have been some hiccups recently while using it regarding the frequent disconnections and performance lags on slower networks.

Pros

Teamviewer is a very feature-rich solution for screen sharing and meeting purposes. during a session, you have all the tools at your hand that you might need in a session. There is a text chat area, voice call options, screen sharing, file sharing, switch sides by a single click, on-screen drawing, etc. And above all; 95% of the time its tool are pretty much quality assured and work as they are expected.

Cons

TeamViewer is quite a costly solution when you go for paid or business solutions. Secondly, it's a little bit heavy on network traffic and can have issues with low-speed connections or the ones that are not stable.

Team viewer is one of the best remote desktop connection application for connecting Desktop, Laptops and mobile devices. And this software full fill with file sharing among the remote desktop application, voice and video call chatting while using the team viewer.

Cons

Older versions does not supported to connect with the newest versions, always must have the client and user device with the version for connecting.

TeamViewer comes with many more features to help for remote desktop connection. It has comes with chat and call facilities, it helps to remote users to guide the user. After installing it shows user id and password, using both remote user allows to logging to the system.

Cons

TeamViewer must need same version for user and remote user to connect, otherwise it’s not allow to connect.

I like everything about this software. I usually solve my student or college problem with this software. when I use this I feel soo happy, because of this system. it was really good to solve another pc problem from my home with my pc. and its working soo fast. that's why I refer everyone to use this software.

Cons

sometimes it's not open smoothly. I think that's my pc problem, not this software. soo, overall team viewer is great software I use.

Have been using Teamviewer since collage - its like more than 10 years. Team viewer is one of the first remote desktop and the best one in industry, very easy to use.

Pros

\- Free/Paid sharing of remote desktops anywhere - it's smooth and easy with a decent internet connection plan. - Completely free to use (with of course some limitations like time, should be only used for non-corporate use,etc ) - You can even access desktops from Mobile App and Vice versa. - Allows easy file transfer from the remote desktop/mobile. - Has a lot of security which helps prevent unwanted access and transfers. - Also allow giving printing commands on the remote.

Cons

Not much, just few small things like: - Cannot be used for the commercial purpose unless a paid plan is purchased. - Data/File transfer is sometimes very slow - Cannot work without internet. - Connection problems between older and newer versions - Paid plans are coslty - but are great for few long-distance business/verticals, like who are into services, etc

I really like TeamViewer. It is perfect for the IT people that are helping me with my business. They can do anything on my computer when they're working from home.

Pros

One of the best things about TeamViewer is that it is very easy to use it for everyone. You can easily get access to the computer screen of someone else (with permission) to help someone from distance. This is a handy feature for the covid-19 area.

Cons

When downloading this software, I didn't quite understand how Teamviewer is working. You need an expert to download the software before you can use this without any trouble.

En general cuando se requiere operar un dispositivo remoto (mayormente por soporte) y por políticas de la empresa o para facilidad del usuario teamviewer hace el proceso muy sencillo, ya que no hay que cambiar políticas en la red para su funcionamiento y es muy facil de utilizar; simplifica de este modo mucho el proceso de soporte técnico a distancia.

Pros

El uso de todas las herramientas de teamviewer en todas sus plataformas es cómodo y sencillo, basta con tener los datos del host al que se quiere tener acceso y no es necesario hacer un complejo arreglo en la red para poderlo utilizar. Incluso en sus versiones gratuitas ofrecen el poder crear un catálogo de múltiples host y de este modo no tener que estar utilizando el id y contraseña para acceder a otro equipo. El precio para versiones de servidor y comerciales es relativamente competitivo tomando en cuenta las facilidades que ofrece; como para versión no comercial es completamente gratuito, no hay mayor ventaja en cuanto a costos.

Cons

En sus antiguas versiones si se requería compartir pantalla o hacer un video llamada el servicio de trasmisión en vivo era algo malo, actualmente han mejorado mucho pero aún les queda camino por recorrer; sobre todo este problema se presenta si el ancho de banda de la red está variando constantemente incluso si se tiene una conexión de 100 mbps en ocasiones la respuesta del video es lenta o parpadea.

Pros

I have used this tool for a few years to gain access to client machines and provide support services. It is easy to use and the client is simple enough to walk anyone through sharing access. Another useful feature is the instant meeting tool that allows for screen presentation, whiteboarding as well as the ability to hand-off presenter controls. I have used this on many occasions when impromptu meetings are needed.

Cons

Not much to complain about as the tool is effective when considering it's designed purpose. The ability to access a client machine without having to take over the user's desktop would be a nice touch.

This software allows me to manage several PC's and Macs located around the globe with ease. Things like installing software and then rebooting are made quite easy and the interface is streamlined and easy to navigate.

Pros

This software offers a very robust way to manage and repair remote computers. For computers that already have the software installed, connecting is fast and the resolution and ease of manipulating the keyboard and mouse are excellent. File transfers, chat, voice chat, reboots and fixing machines with dial monitors are very easily accomplished. The screen resolution is excellent even when I support machines overseas with minimal bandwidth.

Cons

This software works great for a set group of people. Sometimes, directing a new person to download and install the software isn't as easy even when they download the express install for support. There are other software packages out there that can launch from a URL you send, Teamviewer isn't that simple but once installed it's fairly easy for all parties.
