### "TeamViewer saves the day!"

This is a must have for an type of upper management that's involved with ground employees. It's the easiest way to train from afar, to help newbies that are stuck during checkout, and to fix/update company PC's from anywhere else.

Pros

I loved the fact that no matter where I was in the state, TV helped make sure I can be available like I was there in person. I've been able to help new employees correct an error, close a deal, and even helped sign them onto training.

Cons

I did not like that once another pic connects with yours, the PC can reconnect later in the day using the same PW. Sometimes I even caught myself logged into a PC that I had helped hours ago.

Pros

It provides features like remote access, screen sharing, chat functionality and file sharing functionality which overall makes the experience better. With so many features it stands apart from other similar product .

Cons

The cost of this software is little high, it should free with its basic functionality and completely free for student. File sharing should also be improved .

TeamViewer provides me a cross-platform option to provide support/assistance to anyone in need at the click of a button. File transfer and screen sharing are extremely snappy; allowing me to work quickly and get things done twice as quick than having to use video chat and explain it with my voice for the recipient to attempt to try & replicate what I would normally do manually!

Pros

TeamViewer is most definitely the most versatile administration program for both freelancers and business professionals! It works on all platforms and securely managing yourself and other computers are very simple a simple, to the point, and extremely effective. I find myself going back to use TeamViewer again and again when working with other people, family too! The refresh rate at 60fps makes it quick and snappy navigating other devices and collaborating with peers. File transferring is probably my favorite feature of TeamViewer. Multiple files can be sent simultaneously: which to me, is state of the art technology.

Cons

Honestly, there's not one bad thing I have experienced when using this software. Other than the mobile version being a little laggy sometimes, everything else is perfect. I also believe if you don't immediately set a password for yourself, then leaving your computer unattended can potentially cause harm so that's always something to keep in mind when working with other people.

Helping colleagues to finish drawings as well as teach them how to do a specific drawing that they aren't as experienced in.

Pros

The remote control/access which helps you work alongside or teach someone a particular task but physically helping them as well as fixing issue when you are too far part to do in person.

Cons

The voice chat and video chat functions need work. As well as the file transferring function due to its very slow file transferring.

Teamviewer is a great all-around remote access tool. I use it regularly for work and for personal use.

Pros

You can try out the full-featured version of the software before purchasing. It's a great remote access and management tool, but you don't have to purchase a license to get your feet wet. The ability to manage multiple devices from your dashboard and see realtime status and updates is great. If you just need a quick tool for remote access, you and your partner can both run the tool without installing and leaving anything behind.

Cons

Constant updates require user interaction to install. It's great that the software is updated regularly, but as a remote access and management tool, those updates should happen more seamlessly in the background.

Pros

Providing easy remote access to the who looking for a technical assistance and especially very helpful for programmers to who need technical expert over remote the location. It has very user friendly interface and super reliable application. Completely free to use. Can control a remote computer through the desktop, a mobile device or internet browser. Teamviewer allowed transfer files or software to the remote computer as needed.

Cons

Sometimes the updates make the version obsolete in the client,preventing us from connecting. Issue with when transferring larger files.

Pros

I love how to connect someones device from a distance. Before i explore TeamViewer i was trying to understood and solve their problems... but after TeamViewer there is no problem like that, i just connect them and solve their problems easily.

Cons

First of all it is kinda expensive. Sometimes it feels unsafe because when someone connect your computer, i thought like what if who connects it's someone else. It is my problem for sure.

If you consider on what you get with Teamviewer it's definitely worth the buck. It might not be the cheapest solution, but it's for sure value for money if you need daily use of remote support, no matter if it's internal or external use.

Pros

Ease of use most of all. Out team uses it to remotely support customers. Most of them already know/use Teamviewer, so it's a no-brainer on what to use. Custom installers/executables are also great.

Cons

Its policy settings. It's very hard to setup policies for your users and apply them to your devices. There are specific steps you need to take to do this and if you choose this path, you'll lose some of the ease of use.

Pros

La asistencia al cliente nunca fue tan facil gracias a Team Viewer, conexiones rapidas, trasnferencias instantaneas y multiples herramientas para complementar la experiencia. Posibilidad de personalizar la asistencia.

Cons

En las sesiones gratuitas no es posible usarlo por mas de 30 segundos. Deberian de lanzar una version free con menos herramientas disponibles pero sin nesecidad de cortar la asistencia. Aveces el costo elevado de la licencia hacen perder subcriptores.

Remote access control is the wonderful feature which I like it very much. Sometimes to solve my customer issue I get connect through this and one dont need to install a software, web session is enough using the shared code.

Cons

sometimes the session gets interrupted and session closes. Reconnection needs to be made.

I'm using this software nearly for two years and no complaints to raised. Excellent software to take access and allow access. File transfer is an amazing feature that is highly comfortable. It is a small software which has the biggest functionalities. Thank you TeamViewer AG, Germany to develop this wonderful application that does not require registration and is free of charge for non-commercial

Excellent software for remote access and the security levels are up to the maximum. Connectivity will be established through the partner ID and the password. Access is very much easier than ever before. When traveling is NOT allowed the easiest way to work is somewhere while you are in somewhere. Think How much easy the work and the reduced hassle of traveling and save most of our valuable time. Time is money. Wonderful software which I highly recommending and value for money. The file transfer feature is amazing. Easy to connect.

Everything was perfectly designed and happy to use this software. I like almost all the features that software has allowed

Slightly above average remote software.

Pros

After setup, it is fairly easy to use in general.

Cons

The issue is licensing. I have both a commercial license for work, and free license for personal. My free license gets banned since they think I am using it commercially but I never do. The UI is dated and can be complicated for non technical people. Setting up team viewer is annoying.

I need it for my everyday work for problem solving and intallation of applications at the colleagues computers!

Pros

It's very easy to use to get to someone elses computer to help him with his problems. Especialls if the other one needs admin rights input, f.E. Microsoft Teams doesn't work. Another point is the authentication; you can connect to the other computer only by knowing the ID, the password you use your windows login. Great!

Cons

The software is quite expensive. Another bad point is the separation of business use and private use. Once you used a computer with the business acount you cannot use longer your free license.

biggest nightmare with a software company i've ever experienced. run. don't walk. run. they must have paid for all those good reviews!

Pros

it seemed like it had a really high rating - must be good right?

Cons

doesn't work, then spent over 2 hours on phone. after 2 hours waiting on the phone, the woman on the phone wanted me to jump through all these hoops and do this and that. she totally refused to cancel my account and process a refund. she said for all she cared i could go call in and wait on the phone again. worst customer care in the world. now i have to go through and dispute the payment with paypal - so that puts this unsuccessful launch of what's supposed to be an easy product at 4 hours time. zero respect for your time.

because i thought it was going to be a real platform. it was the absolute worst experience. and with reps refusing to help even! such attitude.

Pros

i have been using this software for debugging issue with customers via desktop sharing and taking control of customer desktop. it works good i can send or receive the files as much size as i wanted and didn't face any issue with respect to file size to be shared till now. Sometime it become slow(desktop sharing) but if you have good internet connection then you might see this issue. it is easy to use also free versions are available. it is secure and sessions are always encrypted.We can add all our computer to our account so we don't need to remember Teamviewer ID's and shows when computers are offline and online. It is also available as an APP( i am using on Android).

Cons

Price is high making it an expensive buy that many companies cannot justify also it is little heavy software in terms of resource usage on your machine as compared to other software in the same category which in turns can make your other task slow running on your machine. otherwise its a good to go with.

One of the easiest tools for remote computer access that I have used. It is free for personal use and reasonably priced for business use.

Pros

Teamviewer is the first remote desktop tool that an average person can wrap their head around. I have used it to remotely login to several computers for I.T. support over the years and it is very simple to explain to the user on the other end how it works and what is needed to get started. Connections are secure and stable. Additionally, it allows you to remote in from a mobile device, which works quite well on tablets... Even a phone for something quick. Teamviewer also support two-factor authentication for added security.

Cons

There is only one thing that I would like to see changed... When you connect to a user's computer and their screen pops up, Teamviewer overlays some tools that allow you to perform different functions. These tools are necessary, I just wish they were presented in a better way that didn't seem so intrusive.

My favorite part about TeamViewer is that, it can be run on most of the software and it is incredibly easy to use! We find a lot of features in Team Viewer that isn't found in any of the other similar tools. With Team Viewer, sharing a complete desktop window with another user has been made a seamless task. The file transfer tool has been great in helping us to transfer all types of files. If you are keen on demonstrating something, on the whiteboard you can just draw them and get them highlighted. The application is free to use and you can just join and leave meetings without much hassle. With Team Viewer you can control a desktop device via any portable device! They provide service round the clock, a quick and responsive support team is always a plus.

Cons

If you are using this application for commercial purposes, you would be charged and it wouldnt be free of cost to you! The ID numbers! These ID numbers tend to change unexpectedly and have caused us a lot of headaches!
