The unattended mode is really helpful when controlling servers or kiosks devices Cons If the user is not admin you can't enter the password if windows 10 UAC is enabled and only see a black screen. The license to support android is really expensive due to the license program. My team and I had been using other video conferencing apps like Zoom for, well, forever to help our clients install and troubleshoot issues with our software. It has a screen sharing function which is great, but it eats up a lot of bandwidth, so having straight forward app like Team Viewer that is made just for screen sharing and remote access, at least for our purpose, is very refreshing. No need to tinker with the video/audio setting, etc. Just get the PIN from the end-user, and boom! You are already seeing their screen and start doing remote access! My only complaint here is that most of the clients we need to help are people with zero to very little tech know-how. So having to download the TeamViewer app themselves, then install it, while choosing a few options here and there can get them lost and frustrated. It was their problem in the first place - they needed help in setting things up on their computer because they don't know how to do it, so asking them to install another app just for us to help them install one other app is not really a great experience for them. Pros You can use the software for free! What else can you ask for? How can we pay more if the software fails on a regular basis and we are left out of support? We only stay 2 years and then switch. I think it is a really useful type of software, but they mistreat us 2 years and we are not willing to stay. Pros I like the easy of use the most. And they have a free version to try and use if you are not a power user. Cons Our problems starts the very minute we subscribe. They start to try to collect our subscription twice, even with legal threats. Later, they see they does not have a reason and left us rest in peace. Later we need technical support, and it was non existent. Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE After 2 years we switch to AnyDesk. Almost same features, free version, and paid version works OK.
