Pros

I use this product personally, and it has always been the safest and fastest way to access my personal computers at home, or assist my mom with computer issues. We have some vendors at work that use TeamViewer to remote assist, and it has always worked seamlessly.

Cons

Sometimes my personal accounts get flagged as a business. I am not sure why, but it is not the easiest thing to get it overturned.

I use TeamViewer for all remote hiring projects now. TeamViewer is extremely easy to use and people can get started using it right away. No matter how familiar you are with remotely logging in to other computers, with TeamViewer you can connect to computers and share desktops within minutes anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.

Pros

What I like most about this software is how user-friendly the interface is. The entire process of training remote workers would usually take me several weeks and I would have to use several different pieces of software to properly on-board new remote workers. Now I can train remote workers in a few days and we both only have to use TeamViewer. Even people that are not good with technology can follow a few simple on-screen commands and connect to remote computers within minutes. The software is incredibly easy to use. New workers can focus on learning their jobs and they don't have to focus on learning new software. The UI is very intuitive.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that I did not realize how powerful and easy to use the the software really is until recently. I really wish I would have known about it sooner.

I can tell that my overall experience using the app has been good, i would definitely recommend this to colleagues and friends, but an improvement in the topics i mentioned in the cons will be a great improvement.

Pros

Well, after using the app for a significant amount of time i ended up loving this features: - The drag and drop file sharing system is awesome, is so intuitive and smooth! - I consider TeamViewer the "must use app" when it comes to remote screen sharing tool. - The mobile app works really well and allows you to work pretty well when "on the road"

Cons

\- I consider that the cost is a little to high for what you get - After quite a long time using the app the pop-ups at the beginning and end of each session can be a bit annoying, i think there should be a way to disable them.

TeamViewer is a nice application for the remote accessing and troubleshooting system, feature like White board and text support make it more useful. Access Remote system without access request is the best features for non technical client. (When Client is configure)

Pros

TeamViewer is one of the best solution for Remote Device Controller which support for cross-platform. Security access like locking the access. Troubleshooting client or parents system is also very easy they remote system just have to running client install and configure on it, and then you can access that system at any time. Remote Printing is also cool feature. Whiteboard and text support also provide the vital feature to this application. Adjust visual setting like screen resolution also fix the issue if their is difference in screen size.

Cons

File share is possible but their is no cloud space for it to store. Large transfer is also slow sometime. Share one window feature sometime create lack for both master and client.

### "Team Viewer is Easy to Set-up and Use"

Overall I am pleased with teamViewer. I have had it on my iMac and PC for many years...possibly since its inception. I use it only a few times a year and appreciate greatly that it is offered for me to use it free of charge.

Pros

I like mostly the ease to which I can install, update and use the software. I also appreciate that I can use the software for Free since I only use it a few times a year.

Cons

Admittedly I am unaware if the following is even available. I would like one software to allow at a low-cost for me to have a meeting with 1 or 2 others that is HIPPA compliant and would allow for the other remote viewing / control. I currently use Zoom and Doxy.me but inevitably they have issues with audio and video and I am unable to share my screen with clients. I have not thought try TeamViewer until this moment.

Support for multiple platforms is a great feature of TeamViewer operating systems like Linux Windows and Mac Os are well supported. In order to get the best out of this software you will need a fast and stable internet connection.

Pros

Drag and drop is a handy feature. The file box allows you to drag and drop files between two machines easily. Session Control, this helps me to create a session so that other team members can conveniently connect to. Cloud based services help user to directly access team viewer without needing to install the software. This is a great feature and can come handy when you needs to get things fixed quickly. Cross platform accessibility, TeamViewer can seamlessly integrate with third party applications for example Zendesk. Real time chat is another feature that can be useful for new joiners where they can clear their doubts in real time. Video conferencing help you to communicate and share screen with your team remotely

Cons

Initial setup may require assistance from your IT department. Authentication fails while on low bandwidth internet connections. Pricing is bit expensive for startups to invest on.

For those who work with IT support in the field, you know that users often knock on the door to let us know the problem. Many times these problems can be solved remotely even within the company, saving time and generating a more pleasant process in the daily support. And also, the possibility of providing a remote support, in addition, the tool is simple to use and this makes it more enjoyable.

Pros

What I like the most in TeamViewer is ease in your main that is remote access. This helps a lot in the support process, finalizing demands more quickly and making a user happy. If you work with customer support, I clearly point TeamViewer to demands where remote access to the client is required. It will help faster demands and improve workflow.

Cons

A feature that TeamViewer does not meet 100% yet, is the audio or video call during a remote access. If you want to use this function, the operation of the access drops a lot, which makes it unfeasible.

Pros

TeamViewer is very easy to install and use, which makes it really easy to provide remote support for non-technical people. The file transfer window is great, and it removes one big barrier to software support - providing updates when you're actively troubleshooting. The meeting software is very good too, with good VOIP support, whiteboard, etc. I really like the unattended host mode, which allows me to connect to machines without someone on the other end. I also really like the Quick Support module, which I've included with several of my applications. Makes it very easy to connect with my software customers when they have a problem.

Cons

It's pricey, and can be a little slow at times. The licensing is wishy-washy - I purchased a Business license, but my interface continues to show me as a Free user - but that's more of a quirk than an actual problem. The meeting email template is hard to work with, and often refuses to include the audio conferencing information.

TeamViewer is wonderful. I don't need to wait around for someone to come and fix my computer which can take a day or so, before someone is available. With TeamViewer, someone is able to help me asap. IT can just remote in, make their corrections and all done. Then back to work.

Pros

When I have a problem with my computer, I just email helpdesk and they are able to check my computer via TeamViewer asap. Errors are corrected quickly. No waiting around.

Cons

I don't have any cons regarding TeamViewer.

It's fantastic for remote use when support is needed. It works well and I like how all you have to do is a send the id and code to the person who will help you remotely. You have controls to toggle what powers they have and it's safe. I also like the chat window on the side.

Pros

It's so simple to use. You simply give a the login code to your remote support pupil who will input that and then be able to take control of your computer. There's a chat window on the side and you can control what powers they have.

Cons

Once in a while the program freezes which requires you to force quit the program. It can happen about 2 or so times a month with daily use.

Pros

The program is very intuitive and easy to use by users even if they are not familiar with remote control programs. The file transfer is quick and simple.

Cons

The connection speed dependent on the 2 connected devices, so it can become slow. The business use packages are usually inclined to medium and large companies so it is a bit complicated to adjust them to all customers. Requires both the client and the company to be updated because the previous versions can´t be connected with the newer ones.

Remote tech support, like network configuration and OS troubleshooting was so easily done, I just need to pass them my Teamviewer ID and everything is on the go.

Pros

Compared to microsoft teams, this software is "light" and doesn't cause my computer to slowdown unlike other remote access software. Plus the set-up is super easy, with no account creation or whatsoever, straight to the point.

Cons

The free version has all the tools needed, the reason I chose this is because it has the bare essentials and is not bloated with useless features! Keep it simple!

Pros

We use TeamViewer in our team to gain access to remote computers at various locations without having to travel to the location. It also gives our team the ability to work from home and remote into their work computers. It's a very reliable tool and gives full access to the entire network the PC is connected to. We have also used this tool for virtual presentations and it's come out very successful.

Cons

It has the ability to work across platforms and operating systems and that's the best thing about this tool. I can even use the iPhone app to log into my work pc when I am on the go.

THE BEST! I literally relied on TeamViewer throughout this whole pandemic that we were in, i will continue to use it in my daily life.

Pros

There is nothing better than being able to remote into your computer WHEREVER you may be, i needed to review documents and i was in line at Disneyland, and it was as if i was sitting at my computer at the office.

Cons

The only thing that i would most likely not like about this software is the price that they charge for commercial clients. I believe its a big steep.

Pros

It is very easy to use and setup. You can establish a VPN connection and use your local resources remotely as well. File transfer is also easy to use.

Cons

Teamviewer is a great application for remote access. For what i need it for i find it pricey and i believe that if remote access is all you need, there are other affordable or free solutions you can use.

Pros

Thanks to TeamViewer, I can access my PC from any remote location. We just need to get this program installed on our host as well as admin systems, a password will be automatically generated and we can access the admin system with ease. The best feature is, in fact, the file sharing option. We just need to drag and drop the files in order to share. The best part is that the application promises high levels of security and speed with a comparison to other similar applications. It is very easy to use this application and I didn't have to give extra efforts in training my team. Other than enabling us in getting access to our systems, it has helped us in organizing web conferences and collaborating project well.

Cons

Sometimes when we are doing a transfer of huge files, the speed becomes too low! After using the paid version I had felt that the free version lacks a lot of important features. For doing anything and everything we need a strong internet connection.
