Allows access to other equipment, for jobs like mine, in which we must monitor databases, when solving an incident I can enter another computer and solve the problem, while having internet. I can transfer files and information from one computer to another, while both have the tool installed, this is achieved because the program generates an identifier and key that is given to the other person to allow the connection, again it is vital to have Internet. TeamViewer 13 allows you to work or start, without installing the application which is a great advantage when we are on work sites where we do not have the key to administer the equipment and we can not install any software, the portable version can be carried on a flash drive. Recently we had to witness a procedure between several people who were in different cities, through TeamViewer we were able to do it successfully and we could also record it to see it as many times as necessary. To help my mother solve a technical problem on the computer, explaining it by phone or by messages can be difficult for her, just tell her to turn on the PC, I can solve the problem remotely and she can see what I'm doing so that he learns and solves in a next opportunity It is very easy to use, intuitive, multiplatform and comes in different languages, if you keep a video conference or meeting in addition to audio and microphone settings, you can chat with people who are connected.

Cons

Mandatory access to the Internet The cost of the license for the full use of the application If the application is not at both ends, it is not possible to use it

It just works...everything about it does exactly what you need it to do. Settings up instances on multiple machines, as unattended access, and then being able to remote in to all of them from your main desk is a breeze.

Pros

TeamViewer, to me, is one of those tools that I have to have in my toolbox. I have had maybe 30+ clients install it on their systems when I had to train them. It allows you not only to view someone else's environment, but to collaboratively work on a project. I've tested many products like this, used VNCs, but if I have the option of deciding what to use, it is ALWAYS TeamViewer. Once you've installed it, create an account and use your email account to link it to your machine. From then, every machine you install it on and link to your email account, is available from your main machine.

Cons

There is honestly nothing I dislike about TeamViewer. I have used it since the very first version, and have never had to contact their customer support...amazing!

TeamViewer is best software for share a screen of your computer to other. It operated by any person if we give access at anywhere and anytime. No need to go some specific place for use. We can connect to other or other can connect with us via TeamViewer and change anything in a computer. It is very essential feature and it helps to save a lot of time.

Cons

I have nothing to say about TeamViewer in a from of "dislike". But there is required good speed of Internet to operate.

The free version offers a lot of features and a good experience overall, setting up for remote acces is easy and fast, remote control works well and it has some features to complement it. A really good option if you want to manage many devices hassle-free.

Pros

Setting up its fast and don't require any technical experience, the user interface is easy to learn and use (Before update), diagnostic feature is nice to have if you got limted acces to the devices you want to control.

Cons

The new interface is complicated but you can still switch to the old one, premium version isn't friendly if you have less than 10 devices at least.

### "Professional Remote Desking Application"

We have a windows server that we access that's in another city which we will be continually monitoring and we use the software for supporting for some of our clients so this software is quite useful and it runs smoothly but often when versions differ it just becomes somewhat difficult to connect and I don't recall if it tells that it's a version issue so if you've never seen the error you may be stuck as to what's cause the error. But it seems like none technical people seem to quickly get the hang of it also so that's pretty great.

Pros

You can immediately connect or be connected to right after installation You can have an internet call while going through remote session which makes support and teamwork a breeze as chats may not convey clear message at times Great level of control for computer that's out of your reach i.e you can even update teamviewer itself Easy to manage multiple devices when you login Secure with 2 factor auth and trusted devices

Cons

Once i logged some of its ads started showing when I used the free account, they aren't that disruptive though. The moment versions are different expect start expecting issues in the connection process. The way their are tabs are you like not click through most of the features.

Fantastic, highly recommend!

Pros

Teamviewer is a great program that allows for remote control of a computer connected to the internet. I use teamviewer nearly everyday both for myself and others. I have a computer at work that is constantly connected to Teamviewer that allows me to remote connect at any point to retrieve a file I forgot. It allows me to do more work from home which saves me time and money. Teamviewer also allows me to help others. People often call me with questions or in need of help. When I reach a point that I can't suggest anything further from memory, I direct them to the teamviewer website to download the free program and once they install I can access their computer and take over. The fact that it's free is fantastic!

Cons

There is little that bothers me with this program. The only thing I can think of is the constant need to update to stay compatible with other, but I understand the need for this given all the security issues out there.

TeamViewer has long been the go-to tool for remote help, and it's become even more important in the age of remote work. I've used it multiple times with no problems once the connection is established. The disadvantages stem from the update capabilities, which were forced to be done manually for a variety of reasons (connecting to an outdated client fails without a clear message for the host). This tool also comes to a halt when the user logs out - while this is a limitation of the operating system, it makes some assistance instances more difficult to resolve and may not allow for complete human involvement.

Pros

It's easy to download and set up, and it works with a single click. I'd recommend it to anyone who requires remote access.

Cons

One of the best online conferencing apps is this one. It also works flawlessly on all platforms. I've tested it with Ubuntu, Windows, and Android so far, and it's fantastic

All in all, it's a good tool to help colleagues who have computer problems quickly. For someone who doesn't use TeamViever all the time, the free version is enough because the annual license is too expensive.

Pros

The free version is quickly installed and with just a few clicks and entering two numbers / codes I have full access to the other computer. This means that many problems can be solved relatively quickly.

Cons

Sometimes the connection is simply interrupted after a certain time. You can dial in quickly, but it's annoying. The annual license is far too expensive for someone who is not an administrator or does not constantly need access to other computers. there are alternatives that are much cheaper or even free.

I would push to have the company standardize on Team Viewer and limit the use of other conference softwares. While they have their place, the level of control they provide for the expense incurred was not needed in most of our situations. We could easily have gotten to 90 percent Team Viewer deployment in the company if properly coordinated and implemented between different offices and departments.

Pros

The simplicity and no frills interface provided a clean and easy-to-use and easy to present atmosphere. Creating a session and sending it out the link could be done in under 30 seconds. Custom and static links could also be used for recurring meetings and trainings.

Cons

We did not have reporting on who attended which sometimes became a challenge. Also some people in our organization liked the integrated audio and conferencing features of some of the competitor products.

I love using TeamViewer and it has given me much pleasure and saved me a lot of time fixing something remotely rather than paying a visit to machine that needs to be fixed.

Pros

As title says, I am using TeamViewer to connect to my clients and my friend's PCs to determine to troubleshoot and fix the issue they are having with their operating system. TeamViewer made it so easy with a unique client ID and password, which leaves no room for mistakes.

Cons

The only thing that I don't like about TeamViewer is the popup bubble that is left on the desktop after you finish your session. I feel like it is not that necessary.

Pros

its easy to setup, its take me like 2 minutes to take control and give support to my clients. I can have control of their machines and help them quickly. I love the functionality to have a network across the pcs. as a Administrator its more convenient

from the client side, maybe It is not as intuitive as I would like, but it works, some times I have to make a call to install the first time, but for the next ones it is already configured.

I have been using this software as a university student and as an employee for a long time now. I have used this to fix issues in my computer, to show some codes to my team members, to see and understand their codes, and for many other tasks.

Pros

For the sake of the beginners, TeamViewer is a software that provide you a remote access to any other computer. One of the most important advantage of the software is, it allows you to access any computer remotely not only through your computer but also through your smart phone. Mainly it is useful in desktop sharing. It is really helpful to fix some issue in your computer which you dont know how to resolve but someone else knows. I have use it so many times. And also it is trustworthy and secure since you can monitor what the other one is doing in your computer.

Cons

For me there is nothing much I dont like in this software. But some times the pin and password changing is kind of a disadvantage. But its not a big deal.

The TeamViewer is easy to use even for Beginners. Even if we didn't sign up, we can access Teamviewer. But when it comes to any other apps or software, they don't allow us to access any of their feathers without signup. but in Teamviewer it is free to use No subscription is required for personal use.

Cons

Genuinely speaking I didn't find any bigger issue while using. But during a Meeting, we Tried to access our college's system. but due to more number of persons using it at a time, the cursor gets stuck. so I think if the administrator has the power to control the persons accessing at a time and can give access to a certain person at once it would be very helpful.

We needed a product that would allow us to view a client or an employee's computer at home if they had an issue and they couldn't figure it out themselves. By using TeamViewer, it allows us to easily complete this task, and it has helped so much, as we can just open TeamViewer if someone is ever confused as to how to do something.

Pros

I like just how easy it is to connect to another device connected with TeamViewer to yours. All it takes is just opening the program on both clients, and you can easily connect one to another. This allows us to help clients, or employees, if they cannot figure out how to complete a certain task, and there's no one around to show them in real life. It's a fantastic piece of software that every company needs!

Cons

Although TeamViewer works well for what it does, a lot of the time it is really laggy. Although it isn't the fault of TeamViewer necessarily, it is just frustrating to have to wait a couple of seconds to be able to complete a task as simple as clicking on something. However, other than that, this is a fantastic piece of software, and as they push updates improving the latency, I'm sure it will get better.

We use TeamViewer for everything from off-site file access, to tech support in our office, and it's been nothing short of reliable. The mobile and tablet apps are also very easy to use.

Pros

TeamViewer is easy to use, easy to set-up, and super simple to customize. You can install the host program on your device, and have even the least technically-inclined people set up the quick support software within minutes. Transmission quality is great, allowing for high quality viewing of remote devices, along with things like file transfers, clipboard mirroring, etc. The free tier of TeamViewer is also very generous, free (personal) users can use the software with no limitations aside from multiple connection limits.

Cons

Out of the box, the security settings are a bit lacking. If you're going to set up something like unattended access to any device, I would highly recommend also setting up two-factor authentication to ensure your devices don't get any intruders.

Its do what it's supposed to be doing.

Pros

Sometimes it's not easy to write or tell clients what they are supposed to be doing in some situation, and I prefer to do it remotely. Team Viewer has the opportunity to be in someone else environment in just a second. They support software that is not complicated to no tech client understand and one for the technical support. It's a reasonable opinion when it comes to the simplicity of work. The software is stable, doesn't have bugs or anything disturbing.

Cons

I don't feel it is user-friendly; it is easy to use but doesn't click with my logic. Sometimes I write on chat directly on the shared screen, not on my window for a conversation because it's easiest. It is not organized on my way. This is an entirely personal perception and doesn't mean you will agree.
