I was working from home processing long term care applications. TeamViewer was as easy as the click of the mouse to log on and get my work done!

Pros

I worked from home for 6 years. The company I worked for used TeamViewer! It is very easy to use and I could log in from anywhere that I brought my laptop. Working from home made it very important to use a system that was dependable and TeamViewer was exactly that!

Cons

In the six years, I honestly never had any problems without TeamViewer. If I had to pick something it would be that you have to have the internet in order for it to work like everything else’s

I started working on it two years ago, and because my work as a remote video editor needs a program that is easy to deal with and the work of several individuals as a team, the program has facilitated that and most of the time I have been working through it, come on, the Corona epidemic, it was a very practical program

The problem with this program is that it is very expensive if you work as an individual and not a company, the situation is different, of course

Awesome app, i must confess. Teamviewer has become a tool which we can't do without on a daily basis for accessing numerous sites and to aid in some forms of advanced customer support.

Pros

Teamviewer offers great customer support, ease of installation is second to none, setting up is simple as ABC. Also i think remote access feature is great, really great.

Cons

Really, i think all the features Teamviewer possesses is second to non, thinking of any negative comments is really difficult, however i think there are some instances where i had issues as a free user. All these issues disappeared when i became a paid user.

When someone is describing their screen or problem to you, it makes for some interesting challenges. When you can see and control the screen rather than giving misunderstood instructions, then life is far easier. With TeamViewer, I can log into my family's computer and guide them through processes and resolve their issues with ease. Whats better is, it's free!!!

Pros

It is very easy to use and you can log in to your own computer from anywhere, or even better you can log into friends and family members computers and support them with their issues.

Cons

They really do push the commercial version very hard by making you feel guilty for using the free version.

It it very useful especially for me as an computer user who has sudden bugs in my device. Just have a stable and good internet connection for you to be satisfied in the application.

Pros

Easy to access in a device in a secured way. It is easy to navigate and use for the user. You can also control the other device you want while doing scanning, fixing and also file sharing.

Cons

It is not easy to use for a first time user. There are sudden unwanted bugs that will cut off the line with you and your controlled device but this incident is mostly have a 3% chance of being showed up.

A life saver overall. I met the project deadline i had thanks to team viewer

Pros

Early this year, i had a project deadline and i needed help from a friend that wasn't at my location. Team viewer came to my rescue by helping my friend gain access to my computer and resolve the issues for me. Team viewer has always been one of my favourite apps as it has been of tremendous help over the years on/off the job. The fact that both parties need to share a connection ID makes me feel secure that our communication cannot be intercepted. Taking away the hassle of travelling a distance to gain access to another computer is also something to commend. Comparing Teamviewer with some other applications, i think Teamviewer is lighter, quicker to install and easy to use.

Cons

So far, i am yet to see any major flaw, but i'll recommend the possibility of moving files from my computer to the other user's computer through team viewer and not just taking control of the user's computer.

I have great experienced with that software because it has saved my precious time.

Pros

I am a system engineer, I have been using this software for two years, previously I used to go to the users to solve the problems but with the help of TeamViewer now I solve these problems with my system. It's quite different from AnyDesk but many client preferred to solve problem using this software.

Cons

There is nothing wrong with that software except it's pricing is higher then AnyDesk.

I just love the way this in touch desktop sharing solution has helped my teams to stay connected to each other. The application is very easy to use and we can use this application for a variety of purposes. Starting from - Communication between two people to managing your team communication. You don’t have to pay for using this application if your purpose is non-commercial. It provides high-quality voice and call transmission. The remote installations are easy and high security is enabled. The next thing I love about team viewer is their support team, they get in touch with us and has helped us with dealing with our issues.

Cons

If you are trying to share bulky files, I tell you this eats up a lot of time and you would end up doing nothing. You need a great internet connection to deal with this application. If you have checked the business application you would find that it is priced quite high in comparison to the other applications available.

Ease of use, friendly graphical interface, and the most pleasant thing is that it has a customized mobile application to manage the computer from the smartphone, it is brilliant

Cons

When the device is not associated with any account or has been configured with aliases and password, the number and password provided by team viewer change every time the machine restarts, by security measures. That is, it is advisable that once it is installed, each machine is customized

Teamviewer has helped us automate support tasks. Before, if a customer had a problem, we had to call them on the phone and give them directions, which was extremely complicated, but with teamviewer it's simple and easy. I highly recommend this software.

Pros

This tool is fundamental for our company, we love that we can improve and personalize our agency's customer support, if a client has any problem with our services we connect remotely with teamviewer and help them live. It is very easy to use, the interface is intuitive. Excellent software.

Cons

It's hard to find something I don't like about this software, but the only drawback we've had is that the mobile version of teamviewer only allows us to view the screen of our client's device, it doesn't allow us to perform actions on the cell phone. For support issues in the mobile version it is complicated. But the desktop version works perfectly.

Pros

Some of my friends get stuck in their workplace that they cannot solve by themself. TeamViewer made this thing very easy that I can help my friends remotely to solve their problem which minimizes hassle and complication. I can also transfer file to remote desktop easily by TeamViewer.

Cons

Still I don't get any cons for this software. Most of my needs gets done smoothly.

Pros

Ease of use, easy to deploy, inexpensive. Best remote assistant capabilities. Work very well in low system resources while providing remote assistance, sharing information.

Cons

File sharing should be supported with support for large system files. Group screen sharing to be enabled which will come in handy when brainstorming for ideas.

Our experience is great, it helped in cutting labor hours which our support specialists spend visiting different departments.

Pros

TeamViewer is a reliable and trustworthy solution. We use it to provide support to our international clients and colleagues. It initiates a safe encrypted connection between us and the end user. What i like the most is that it is easy to set up, any individual even without any IT knowledge can also configure it easily. It is also easy to download and installation is also instant and quick. Also, data transmission is rate is fast and uninterrupted.

Cons

We record all our support sessions for learning purposes but the problem is that TeamViewer records session in a (.TVS) format which can be played only on TeamViewer.

I really enjoy using this software to help my colleagues to troubleshoot issues in their computers remotely. This one is very easy to use and I should be very useful for students or academic purposes

Pros

This software has a lot of features that I think are very important and I want to mention It here. First of all this software is free to use if you will not use It in comercial purposes. You can work with multiple monitors and give or receive remote support easy. You only need to start a meeting and share starting to work inmediatly. This software has a portable version so you can have It in a USB and execute the app in any host. The support es good but I only needed to contact them one time.

Cons

The worst thing of this software is that you need to pay ifyou want to use It in your company. The free version is only available if you will not use it with comercial purpose. I think thatthey should have a limited version to test in a bussiness environment.

I love this product, I have it installed on all my client's machines so I can dial in at any time and help them out .. it also notifies me if there are issues on their end with antivirus.

Pros

How easy it is to use and how easy it is to connect to your users.. Gives you complete control without jumping a lot of hoops.

Cons

No cons with what I do, connect to clients all over the world .. it works great.

Pros

Very easy to working with another PC by accessing through this application.When developing some application most of time need to check other members code but when we are working remotely this application is very use full to do that.And also with the chatting and calling feature, no need to use another application for communication. There is a option called View Maximum, when using that wen can work other PC like ours.

Cons

When considering Cons that is not bigger than Pros but there is a some and considerable one is that is very expensiveness one person usage they have to pay monthly large amount for this.That will caused to decrease the usage of this application.Except that this is the best one for remote working.

I perform many remote meetings with customers and service reps. We are able to review procedures together and switch between each others desktops with ease. Again, this is mostly field reps and people who are not focused on technology.

Pros

Quick setup and ease of getting others, many non-technical people, using it. The ability to remote into other machines as needed, transfer files between machines. Being able to set up and schedule meetings and save meetings for repeat use.

Cons

One of the few drawbacks is when I lose a partner ID or password and I am unable to remote into a machine until I visit that location and reset it. Sometimes the app will restart and assign a new partner ID.

Cons

What I like the least is the response time on the remote computer, there is a slight delay between when you type or press enter and you receive the response of the action taken. There is a delay between 2 and 7 seconds.

Great User interface, easy to understand, and need very little computer experience to get this setup and working. Also can be installed on numerous platforms and have use the Windows and Android app controls which is super effective!

Pros

First off the software is free to try out. They do not charge for personal use but they would like to have it paid if you are using professionally. You and the remote computer need to have the software installed and then you can link via and login ID and passphrase. It is super easy to setup I walked my grandma through how to install it when she needed help on here computer. I was able to log in and see her screen and fix the problem. I feel the the response time is very clean and have never experienced much lag. This is a great tool to have around. I do see the free license get abused ALOT by companies so I hope they do not block this access in the future. Lets be fair people!

Cons

There are quite a few pop ups asking to buy the software if it is used a lot.
