I started using the program in 2017 for company needs, I realized it was something that would help me a lot in the company where I work, when I shared with others my work about TeamViewer that helps to provide technical support without having to go to the client's residence , today all employees of the company use the program.

Pros

A program where you can access other users' computers, know how to configure and help with technical support without having to go to the customer's home, a program suitable for all necessary situations.

Cons

No contra, great program to meet all needs.

Take control and help people, transfer files, helps when users call and you can see their screen. I have tried PC Anywhere, Radmin, VNC, Go to Meeting, Go to Assist, and at least 5 more that I cannot recall the name, and this was by far the best money ever spent on this type of software.

Pros

Reliability is great, and this delivers every time. The only issue I have ever had with the software was having to have a remote location stop the software and re-start it. All of my locations are set up for unattended access to apply patches and fixes during off hours.

I use teamviewer at home, so I always access my friend's desktop. Where I can talk with my friend regarding business purposes. I also use the teamviewer in my office. So it's really incredible.

Pros

Teamviewer is available in all major operating systems including Windows, MacOS, Android and iOS. You can access the device of your friends and relatives. They just give you one user id and password and you can access the desktop.

Cons

I always fine teamviewer very useful. All features and functions are really easy to use. So for me, there are no cons.

Average experience. Still needs improvement especially with the creation of privilege levels to allow the remote controller full authority.

Pros

Easy connection with remote client. The free version was most helpful in resolving client issue. The mobile version was also very handy and useful and can be easily used with the PC connection

Cons

Bad customer support. Older version of client TeamViewer could not work with my updated version. Client had to go through the stress of reinstallation and admin approval before we could work together.

I am able to connect to my remote computer without having much technical knowledge/experience.

Pros

With only a few clicks, I've made an easy connection to a remote computer. The session box and action toolbar are easily hidden to get out of my way. It seems to have a lot of features, that if I learned them could be useful. I like the "Reboot" option, so I can easily, remotely Reboot the computer -- and Team Viewer gives me a pop-up box to tell me how that is working.

Cons

First, the disconnect X to close the Team Viewer session is in the same location (upper right corner of the screen) as any other windows X to close. So I often accidentally close my remote link when I only wanted to close a document! Second, I cannot reset the size of my remote computer screen - it seems my email is in 6pt font. Recently, Team Viewer offered an upgrade that changed so much of how I see my remote computer screen. I get an increase in size but is not viewable correctly (text runs off the screen, so I need to scroll to see it). I reverted back to the older version, because the scrolling was disruptive.

I like the software much. I do not need to be present in the office to do basic troubleshooting. Most of the part can be done remotely

Pros

Team viewer is easy to setup. On user side it is not required any installation you can do it as on demand download. You can pretty easy can manage remote computer , send files, access folders without remote control. You can easily setup either unattended access or do remote support on demand. Pretty easy and has some option.

Cons

Nevertheless software has a lot of features, sometimes connection breaks. It is bit annoying that you need re-established it from the scratch. But overall impression is highly positive.

TeamViewer is best for Online Customer support activities. Customers can easily download TeamViewer in seconds its of only 30mb and immediately they can connect with support executive.

Pros

There are some features in TeamViewer which you cannot get in other similar remote access software, like password system. During the pandemic situation this password feature helped us a lot to get access to our office systems anytime anywhere, you just need to put ID and Password and you will be connected to your office system easily.

Cons

As usual you need a good and strong internet connection in order to have best remote access

My overall experience is a resoundingly positive one from both personal use and professional use. It's convenient, easy, and it performs. What else can you ask for?

Pros

I have used TeamViewer both for personal use and for professional use. On the personal side, it's amazing to me that TeamViewer allows use of this software for free for personal use. It's saved me multiple times when I'm traveling and I've needed something off my computer. Log on, upload whatever it is to some cloud storage, and access it remotely. It's way awesome! Also, the quality of the display and responsiveness of the control while remotely accessing is impressive. On the professional side, the company my workplace leases our copier from uses it to set up drivers on our computers remotely. Log in, give them the credentials to remotely control our machines, and bam! They have control, do their thing, bing bang boom, and we're done! Way easy and convenient from a customer perspective as well!

Cons

I haven't encountered anything not to like. Maybe the only thing I've heard is applications like these make your computers easy targets for hackers, but I've never had an issue like that with it. The stigma is slightly unnerving though, but apparently not enough for me to stop using it. Haha

TeamViewer is one of the easiest and complete remote desktop software. TeamViewer helps with conducting meeting which involves screen sharing and file transfer. With TeamViewer you are able to use computer shortcuts and the best part is that you are able to access it from your mobile device.

Cons

There is nothing about TeamViewer that i dislike its an awesome product.

Overall TeamViewer is a great remote desktop tool that allows Helpdesk and IT Professionals to remotely access and troubleshoot system and user issues.

Pros

What I like most about TeamViewer is the ease of setup on the clients side. I can easily direct a client to a link to download and install the app and be on their system within 5 minutes. I also like the ability to login to an unattended system remotely to fix issues even when the user is not there.

Cons

The only con I have is the pricing. The price does seem a bit high for SMB

I am extremely happy and satisfied with Team Viewer.All Teamviewer needs to do is fix the sluggishness in File Transfer but other than that it is extremely easy to use and everything is straightforward and intuitive, plus available on all platforms

Pros

Regardless of the platform out of which you intend to connect, Teamviewer provides a powerful and stable system for remote access to computers. This is your technique of connecting to many computers within your firm in an increasingly connected environment. It also doesn't matter which version of Windows you have, as Microsoft's Remote Desktop exclusively works with Pro versions of Windows.

Cons

The ID/password combination can be inconvenient at times, and should be replaced by a phone-based two-factor authentication system. The reality that the file transfer is a little slow something i've never liked about team viewer. You may need to transfer files from one machine to another at times. It could lag or even crash. It's not a major problem, but it's something to be aware of.

Working with the original license everything works fine and the only concern is what changes might they implement that will make it unusable moving forward. This is why we use it for legacy clients who already have it, not for new ones.

Pros

TeamViewer just work, it is simple with features being added regularly. with clients for all platform and the ability to create unique installers for your different users that are accessible online direct from TeamViewer with out the need to host them yourself. this gives you a versatile tool that is up for any collaborative and remote access challenge.

Cons

Marketing promises over the years of the purchase of "Licenses for life" which is misleading, the constant versioning and mismatching of versions installed make a mess of having a consistent use experience. the drive to move you towards the new subscription based model which I suppose is their way of solving that is done aggressively with no regard for a long term solution for older customers who do not want too switch and it feels like they will eventually figure out a way to drive them out of their system. Current pricing which seems expensive and unclear.

Good product with the "License for Life" which is no longer available.

It is a very helpful tool to manage a number of employees in a remote work environment, it helps the upper management to assess the percentage of activity done by each staff.

Pros

We use it to keep track of the tasks that we take on each day and evaluate which kind of tasks take up much of our time and decide whether to deploy them to other team members or focus mainly on that task. I love how compact and light it is as background software.

I don't like that you have to update it almost every month but I guess all software does that.

We love the ability to provide remote support to any user within our organization, as well as set up unattended access to remotely access our servers.

Cons

I feel like overall, compared to other similar tools on the market, the price point is kind of high. However, even with the high price point, we still chose Teamviewer due to their great support and reliability.

It is a software that has made life much easier even with the pandemic we are experiencing, the fact of being able to have support on my computer without having to be in the same place has saved me from several problems

Cons

I have had some problems to record, nothing very bad but my computer has been stuck, it may also have been problems in the internet connection so I have not paid much attention to it

My laptop is not strong, and I need a lot of computation. As a result, I usually stayed late in the office to complete my tasks. However, with teamview, I can work from home when needed and take better care of myself. It also allows me to work when I have to go somewhere else. And it is free.

Pros

First, it is free. Second, it is very convenient to use and it is stable. I do not get used to using VPN to get access to my office's computer before, and I do not want to because it is very slow. Teamview makes connecting to my office's computer easy as a breeze. I feel like I am in my office the time I start using Teamview, even though I am 20 miles away ( or even 10,000 miles, when I am on business trip).

Cons

I have 2 monitors at home and 2 monitors at the office. However, I can only connect to one monitor in the office using teamview. In addition, it doesn't have mouse recognition for graphic softwares.
