Pros

TeamViewer is the backbone of our department, we use it to provide assistance to our clients. TeamViewer offers great services at an economical price. what I like most about TeamViewer is that it is always running swiftly, it does not lag and the best part is that we also communicate with our clients while solving their queries. This way they can describe their problems and we can help them instantly.

Cons

We are not able to customize the quick button toolbar, it would be easy to set the tools according to our needs. Other than this, there is no match for Teamviewer.

Pros

The best part about TeamViewer is that it allows to set up multiple monitors and it provides an easy way to view and control either monitor. These options are truly amazing and well-programmed. It allows us to connect to our computer which is very far away from our phone and this feature works extremely well.

Cons

The cons that I encountered while using TeamViewer is that while working in low internet bandwidth it does not work well and we can not even share larger files and also both the client and the user have different versions of TeamViewer than it doesn't work.

### "Tough Application to beat"

This is my favorite remote control application. I thoroughly enjoy using it and have for many years. We use it for remote support at work and i use it at home too for my personal systems. It is robust and complete. You cannot go wrong with a purchase of teamviewer for your business.

Pros

This Remote control application works for just about every situation. They have a client for Linux, Mac, Android and Windows both persistent and single use versions. I have not met a crazy NAT setup yet that it can't get through and it has all the bells and whistles like file transfer, audio conferencing and chat. This software is the best remote support software you can get in my opinion and i have tried a lot of them out there.

Cons

The only con i have is that when installed in persistent mode and left at the lowest security setting for spontaneous connections i have known of people that have been hacked via brute force connection methods. This can be mitigated by only enabling spontaneous connection mode when you need it or setting it to the maximum security settings which generate a long complex password for spontaneous access.

Pros

Teamviewer is a robust remote control tool for your business. Teamviewer is easy to use and install. Once installed the customer will give you their computer ID and unique pass code. This pass code changes for each session so your customer doesn't have to be concerned with unauthorized access. It is loaded with features. The file transfer feature comes in handy when installing software or drivers. I have used other remote control software in the past with comparable features but the tool bars have a tendency to get in the way. With Teamviewer you can hide these tool bars so they are not in your way. If needed they can be easily accessed. Teamviewer has a free version for personal use. This is very handy when helping family and friends with PC issues.

Cons

The professional version is expensive. If you are a small company it my not be cost effective to use Teamviewer.

Pros

This software is the easiest for supporting remote. The software is easy to install and log-in. There is no limit of working time and it works well as long as you finish your work. I use this software with the IT support.

Cons

Everything is good for me with one time code. However, you need to have the good speed of internet connection.

It was the standard for our customer based and worked great with perfect reliability.

Cons

We started to have trouble with different versions, it would not let us connect to certain customers that had different versions of TeamViewer so either of us would have to upgrade or downgrade. It was clear it was not a technical challenge but a licensing policy and I did not like that.

It has been very efficient, both in terms of time and energy. Even when I am personally facing some problems with some softwares, I have had cases when the support is provided to me via TeamViewer, and I prefer it, as I can see what is happening and have control of my machine.

Pros

It is just fantastic, remote control at its best in my opinion. At times when I need to move out but need to keep a look at my machine and/or make small changes, I just keep TeamViewer turned on and logged in. Whenever needed, I can quickly access my machine from my android phone. I find it very easy and efficient. It also helps when you are trying to provide some remote support.

Cons

Nothing to dislike about this. Just one minor hiccup is that you cannot use different TeamViewer versions on the machines that you are trying to connect. You must ensure that you always update the software, but it does not take too long.

Pros

When I started my online writing business, I knew I needed an app that would allow me to communicate clearly with my team members in more ways that just email or Skype. I needed something that offered more options, and something that everyone could use with ease. That’s when I found Blizz. This app is great for doing online business meetings, and keeping in touch with my team members. Everyone has an easy time using it with its simple setup. The HQ video calling comes in handy a lot. Unlike other apps I’ve tried, this one works great with both Android and iPhone, which is really important when you have a big team of people that use different phones. Not only this, but it can be used on a computer or other devices as well. This app has saved me a lot of money and hassle since I started using it for my startup business. I don’t have to worry about coming up with a meeting place for every meeting or that any other app will let me down.

Cons

I don’t like that you can’t add any contacts unless the person first has their Blizz app account set up, but this wasn’t a huge problem.

Just awesome. I can get a peace of mind, knowing there is someone solving my computer issues remotely, without having to physically go to a computer repair shop for troubleshooting.

Pros

It's easy to use. Even a first timer can enable access securely simply by following on stem instructions. The speed at which it gets you connected to a remote PC and the ease with which you can control it just magical.

Cons

Absolutely none. It's safe, secure and just too good. It's extremely fast and has never let me down.

I mainly use the program in order to resolve problems on family members' computers.

Pros

TeamViewer is the most convenient program when it comes to remote connection. You can connect to any other equipment regardless of the distance and location of the computer. The program works on any operating system. The UI of TeamViewer is very intuitive and it takes little to no time to understand how the program works. The mouse tracking feature is very useful as it allows the host to track the actions of the client. The security system of the program is reliable. First computer cannot be accessed when the program is closed. And only clients who have the id and the password of the host are able to connect and the actual password gets regenerated.

Cons

The only complain that I have is that the free version of the program allows only limited number of transfers.

I love the fact that I can run without the need for the administrator password to install, the fact that I can choose which monitor I want to view it's also great.

Cons

it is difficult to say what I like least about a product I admire so much, but the connection could improve, sometimes there are some problems.

It's a great product and is often readily requested by our ends users before we even attempt to resolve the problem asynchronously. Before I'm even given a chance to ask details about an issue I usually have people asking "can we just connect on TeamViewer?"

Pros

The ability to remote to somebody's current session and see exactly what's happening is incredibly powerful. Even the most detailed "steps to reproduce" can be confusing (or contradictory) so being able to connect and walk through with the user and help correct/advise them what to do differently makes a big impact for everybody.

Cons

There's a lack of consistency with expected short-cuts and various standard behaviors depending on the environment you're remoting to. For example, trying to launch a right-click menu when connected to a Virtual Desktop Interface pretty much needs to be performed by the end user via verbal instruction.

I would certainly recommend Teamviewer to administrators who have to remotely troubleshoot systems, provide remote support and train staff and users.

Pros

Teamviewer is easy to use and set up. The setup is self-explanatory and the remote codes are displayed on the screen. This makes it easy to connect with any users without giving them any kind of training. The chat function is very helpful for sending any instructions to the remote user.

Cons

Sometimes, the connections require you to install additional drives which can be cumbersome. Other times you might be prompted to update the version on the remote system before you can troubleshoot.

Pros

I love this software. In fact, as I write this, I am also working on another computer remotely. I use it to fix my Mom's laptop from across the country. Very easy to use and really gets the job done. If you need to remote into another computer, this is the one to use. Works from my iPhone.

Cons

I almost can't say anything bad about this other than if you get a paid license it is expensive. And always saying it is for personal use even if it's not, but 99.9% of the time, it probably is.

Ease of install and configuring makes Teamviewer simple to put on a desktop or server for management and monitoring. We like being able to get into a machine remotely when someone has issues or to watch their screen to see how their workflow could be improved.

Cons

Sometimes our IP blocking scheme tags Teamviewer when they change their datacenters. Since they seem to use a lot of outside-the-US services, we have a time keeping up with shifting IP and the master server being blocked.

Freezed my company on Version 13. Does all i need. I am not willing to rent a software with features that are not needed. Will switch to Anydesk over the years.

Pros

Teamviewer works pretty fine, if the Teamviewer Datacenter is not in trouble. It works on all Windows Versions and works best when other tools get in trouble with UAC.

Cons

Changes in pricing and way of licensing that changed over the years. When TV started as a german startup company a cool tiny product was released to the market. If anything went wrong, support was great and fast in fixing the problems. This changed after been sold to a UK based fincancial investor. Other things (share holder value or whatever) seems to be in main focus now and no longer customersatisfaction.
