### "TeamViewer is a solution to provide remote assistance on different platforms"

TeamViewer benefits me greatly because I can remotely access different devices, either to provide technical assistance in case of bugs in our apps or simply to share files. Previously, we used email as a means of communication and file sharing, but it had too many limitations and communications were not effective.

Pros

What I like most about TeamViewer is the ease with which I can connect to computers remotely. Also, installation and configuration can even be done by beginners. It has an intuitive user interface and a very stable connection speed. I also like its file sharing capabilities. Finally I can highlight that it is software available for different operating systems.

Cons

On some occasions I have had inconveniences to connect to computers remotely because the versions of the software are different. I have presenting the problem, especially with previous versions.

The most beneficial benefit I have achieved with TeamViewer is to train employees and show them what we do in our company. When I interview prospects for job opportunities, instead of having all potential candidates come into the office for interviews, I can show them what our company is all about remotely. This saves time for both the potential candidate and our company.

Pros

I like most about Teamviewer is how it is designed to access and control multiple platforms remotely and securely. I can connect to PC's, Mobile devices and provide support where it is needed and to who needs it. I can provide support remotely to my customers, employees and clients as if I were sitting next to them. Teamviewer is secure without a VPN, allowing a user to channel groups and assign users to always have access to the channels they need. I can address complex issues remotely without removing the person from their office and helping my clients and team members by intervening and fixing issues wherever I may be located.

Cons

The free version does lag and the connection breaks often but not as often as most software programs do. I can say that it does do what it is designed to do which is control and fix devices no matter where you are.

Fast, Secure and Reliable remote support.

Pros

We like Teamviewer due to many reason. Firstly, it is secure, your sessions are always encrypted AND it had 2 factor authentication. Secondly, it is fast, so what you see is exactly what the other person does without any lag. Third, it is reliable. I want to know that when i need to get onto a computer to support the end user or do maintenance, teamviewer will be running and that i can get on to the computer. Four, it has clipboard copying and file transfer. Five, you can add all your computer to your account so you don't need to remember hundreds of Teamviewer ID's and shows when computers are offline and offline.

Cons

I don't like the new pricing Teamviewer has used on Teamviewer 13. It used to be that if you purchased the version, you can continue to use it forever as long as you stay on that version. (Teamviewer 12 can log in to a computer running Teamviewer 12). With 13, now they are trying to do a subcription based license so you HAVE to renew every year to continue using Teamviewer.

Pros

TeamViewer is very good at establishing connections to clients with minimal PC knowledge, or behind unusual firewalls... It finds a way!

Cons

Despite paying quite a lot of money to TeamViewer for our license, we still see advertising popups appear after the session! I've paid so leave me alone please...

Pros

Because of my rotating security work in several stores we can not have a constant team so many times I need to look for information or access the system that is on the main computer, this application allows me to enter any computer through a username and password without having to move to the site.

Cons

It is very easy to use and register is an excellent application for the multiple advantages offered by being able to locate information from other equipment regardless of the distance in which it is, the only disadvantage is that while entering the other team this can not be used until perform the process.

I had a good experience while using it. it is beginner friendly. installing is easier. wherever you are you can access your file from your computer. Especially during this pandemic Team viewer is one of the best option to work from home. Only problem i faced was while transferring large files.

Pros

Easy to download and Easy to install. One of the simplest software to connect remotel desktop. It is a good option while working from long distance.It has best screen sharing and file transfer. It allowed to access my computer from anywhere.

Cons

While transferring large files i had some difficulties

Overall useful for working on a remote computer from home. Easy to use, but have to be careful about security.

Pros

I use this software to access my work PC from home. It is easy to use, simply install it on both PC s and input the data of your work PC on the software on your home one. You can then connect to the work PC and use it as if you were there. This allows me to work on software that is only licensed to my work PC from home.

Cons

I worry about the security risks, as anyone with the code from the work PC (or if they find a security problem with the software) can access my work PC and do whatever they like on it. Also, if the computer you are trying to connect to has recently restarted (e.g. due to an update), the data used to connect to that PC changes and I cannot access it until I find that out by going into work.

Pros

Team viewer is the best. Easy as that. Feature packed, very reliable and always fast and secure. If have been using it for years. It has helped our clients out on a daily basis and is worth every penny. The customizable support widget you can brand and offer your clients is awesome and looks very professional

Cons

The cost is kind of high. Especially when having slot of agents. But if they use this software on a daily basis, it will earn itself back in no time.

Great for support and monitoring your network users both local and remote

Pros

I've using TeamViewer for more than ten years now. It is absolutely the best in the market. Easy to set up, multiplatform, fast and with lots of extra functionality. We are business users, and it is an excellent tool to monitor and assist your users both local and remote.

Cons

Pricing is probably the only thing that I dislike. If you have only a few users, the free mode could be enough for you.

Pros

Every feature they market works as advertised and is very simple to set up. i remote into multiple pcs via teamviewer and it is a very seamless experience. I would definitely recommend for both personal and business use.

Cons

I have a very high performing system and gigabit internet speeds which may counter any issues that would arise in a slower or older environment. i'm only putting this here for full disclosure for those who are reading my review.

Pros

I love how fast the remote control, file transfer and connectivity is. Multiple user's can connect to one session or to one computer all at the same time. I also liked that you can do a call on the application as well for easier communication on the other party.

Cons

There is no perfect software, I can't say anything bad with this tool in my 5 plus years of use except an occasional lag or connection issue (could be an internet connection fault though)

Whatever the cost is, it is the best software in the market.

Pros

Our company uses Team Viewer for years. I like the mobile app of it because I can connect to my office PC in case of an emergency wherever I am. I know it is hard to issue a command from cell phone but I think they did the best they could with their tools.

Cons

Definitely the cost and licencing. If they release a new version, you have to buy it to be able to connect to a computer having that new version.

Excellent, hard to think of changing to something else

Pros

As I mentioned it is easy to use. You can connect to one computer or arrange a meeting. During the meeting you can give control or even change the presenter. It makes it very easy to remote control users and support them

Cons

Sometimes when the resolution of the computer you are connecting too is low it does not really present well, though I doubt that this is a teamviewer issue rather than old computer issue

Pros

We use this software for many purposes including monitoring computers and also android tablets. This software is incredibly important for us to maintain those tablets for our clients. Without TV we would have to physically appear at each clients office to repair issues. Can't do business without it!!!!

Cons

connections sometimes are abruptly disconnected. this is incredibly frustrating but often is fixed by simply restarting the internet or TV itself.

One of the drawbacks is that the use has to login at every new session and a effective way of remembering the password could be helpful and not stress it.

Pros

It has a really easy UI and is very quick to setup. You can very easily connect to a colleague's computer, and the speed/performance of the actions are very comfortable regardless of your internet connection. I also liked the feature that you can control what the other party sees in your local computer, so you can limit their actions to a single window if you wanted. I would definitely recommend Teamviewer not only for personal use and support for friends & family, but as a business solution for large scale remote connections.

Cons

The only thing that I wish they'd work more on would be file transfer. I have been using Teamviewer for a long time but I would still rather upload my files on the web and share them with the other party rather than use the built-in feature. It's way too slow, and the input/output isn't intuitive.

Absolutely, amazing. I highly recommend it to anyone that accesses multiple servers daily and needs to collaborate with a team of people while doing so.

Pros

The thing I like about TeamViewer most is that it's absolutely NOT LogMein. It's faster, the clipboard sync feature works reliably, it allows multiple users to access the same system without logging another user off, and it allows collaboration through messaging while more than one person is working on the machine. Overall, it's spectacular and a huge improvement over anything else I've used.

Cons

I guess if I have to find an issue, it's that the TeamViewer application doesn't have any indication when someone else is accessing a machine. This isn't so bad since you can just log on to the machine without interrupting someone else's work.

Pros

\- It is helping me to avoid internal networks limitations. It can be used in any network. - I can install it on any device. - I can have a list with my computers for fast access. - Very useful configurations for disabling the remote screen, microphone, etc.

Cons

Sometime it can not find the main server to have the list of computers.

Cons

1\. I have actually not experienced any issues with the software. 2. I opted in for insider builds and unfortunately could not use the software functionally.

Pros

very easy to use, you can connect to your platform in seconds. when you are connected to another computer, it is in real time, there is no delay. It is accessible anywhere.

Cons

if you do not have the other computer already set up for connection and there is no one on the other end, then you may have problems connecting to the pother computer or platform. sometimes the connection is refused the first time but will mostly connect the second time.
