### "Powerful and Crucial for our Support"

March 12, 2021

5.0

Seamless is all I can say. I wouldn't even know it is on my laptop.

Pros

I live how easy it is to get support from our IT department. I can literally just give them a code and they can remotely take over my laptop.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. It integrates well with existing processes and is very stable. I cannot think of anything. Sorry.

### "Use Teamviewer to provide support for auto dealers using our InteractiveDMS software."

January 25, 2018

5.0

I am able to provide support directly with our customers. I can download files from them and upload files to them. I don't think I could work without it.

Pros

It lets me connect with dealers and I can see and run their computer, I can download files to their computer, or I can show them my computer for training purposes.

Cons

Sometimes the quick link we have embedding in our program does not work, and we have to step the dealer though connecting via the internet.

My experience with team viewer is very good and it is very helpful to me while I am remote working with my clients.

Pros

Team viewer is such a helpful platform for sharing screen and files over internet, It is very helpful to us when we required demo for our client or showing something to our clients.

Cons

It is required high internet speed while connecting and also having some system requirement for running the software.

### "Well-designed, highly intuitive piece of software. Very new product but shows a lot of potential."

May 22, 2018

5.0

Looks great, very easy to use and works seamlessly across all kinds of devices.

Pros

\- Really intuitive layout and design. I skipped the tutorial and help sections and had absolutely no problem figuring out all the features. - Simple interface. The interface isn't cluttered with unnecessary/confusing buttons, but still has just about every feature that you could realistically need from video conferencing software. - Links up seamlessly with other participants on mobile devices, different platforms (e.g. Mac/PC/Android), and people on the phone. Very useful for a scattered team and cross-site collaborations. - Secured connection, so you can confidently share sensitive data. - Great live text chat feature for when you don't want to interrupt someone else's flow. - Ability to add up to 300 participants to a meeting. Not something that I or the vast majority of users would ever realistically exceed.

Cons

\- It's a relatively new product, so the developers may have to iron out some kinks as time goes on (although none are obvious to me at this stage). - Quite a distinct feel to other more established software of this kind. While I think it's very easy to get your head around, the general interface may confuse some/not be to everybody's tastes. - There could be something like an in-depth interactive tutorial to exhibit all of the less-obvious features. Again, this isn't something that I needed, but it could feasibly help some users.

### "TeamViewer Makes My Life Easier"

March 19, 2019

5.0

TeamViewer makes my life easier, being able to do things from my phone that would normally require me finding a computer or heading back to my desk, saves me tons of time each week.

Pros

Cross platform support is very nice! Install the app on your mobile device and have fast easy control over whatever device you want to connect to. The corporate version is nice also with being able to manage multiple devices.

Cons

Sometimes the mobile sign in takes a while, but not always.

### "Great for Desktop Support Specialists"

November 5, 2018

5.0

Pros

I have used TeamViewer for our Desktop Support tech team for over a year in order to assist with remotely troubleshooting devices that are out of state. It makes it easy to see exactly what the problem is, versus before we would have the end user try to explain their problem then we'd walk them through the process over the phone. The time of closure on our tickets have dramatically decreased.

Cons

Sometimes even though the application is running in the background you cannot remotely connect to the computer until the user opens the TeamViewer app again. Slight con, nothing major.

### "Robust remote and management control"

April 4, 2020

5.0

It is very satisfactory to have a tool that helps me in remote work, because I can have the advantage of physically avoiding moving; at the same time I can teach computational processes in an exemplary way. It is very comfortable to know that I can carry out my professional activities from a PC, an iPad or from my phone with the same efficiency and security.

Pros

any individual in a few minutes can establish a remote connection in a stable, secure way, with a powerful capacity for integration and that at the time of need has very good information on the resolution of conflicts or difficulties.

Cons

It may be notorious, but it seems like a disadvantage when some momentary factor occurs, such as a firewall block; then there is no warning that indicates that the connection has been lost and this in real time can be worrying in areas of vulnerability control

### "A necessity within our business"

June 5, 2019

5.0

This program has become a necessity within our business and I do not know what we would do without it.

Pros

The ability to connect to other machines, regardless of location (Providing they have internet)

Cons

There isn't really much I do not like about this software. Perhaps the only thing that I have come across that has been a bit naff, was, if there is was no monitor plugged into a machine, it will not load the graphics card and appears to be very slow.

### "The best remote access software"

March 22, 2022

4.0

A great benefit of this software is the ease of accessing a computer even from my phone and being able to solve the problem. In the company it is a very important tool because it helps us to provide assistance to other companies quickly and easily.

Pros

This is really great software, its interface is very easy to use as i can create organize meetings and join meetings. In our company it is very useful because it allows us to have remote and secure access between computers to solve problems quickly.

Cons

They must improve the waiting time between computers because it is disconnected in a limited time and sometimes it does not allow the process that we are carrying out to finish.

### "Remote In for Free"

April 30, 2019

4.0

Very positive and best remote access I have ever used.

Pros

I have been using the Free version of TeamViewer for years. Always found this software easier to use than it's competitor with less set up. Especially with having a portable version, accessing unattended computers is possible from anywhere.

Cons

The popup at the end of the session more than once a day does get annoying. But it does make sense why they do it. No other cons to TeamViewer

### "Great Application for Remote Access"

March 17, 2021

5.0

Pros

The software clean interface and can connect to multiple connection at same time. The security feature is good and provide easy solution for the Remote Desktop Connection.

Cons

the initial installation is easy but the version control is messy. The old version does not connect to the newer version of the software.

### "One remote control software to rule them all"

December 12, 2020

5.0

We have been using TeamViewer for many years now and we will most probably continue to do so. Competitors are trying but they just can't get where TeamViewer is. The remote desktop experience is superb and we have not yet found a desired functionality that is not already part of TeamViewer

Pros

When it came down to quality and stability, TeamViewer filled our needs of remote control. It provides an experience that makes it difficult to distinguish whether one is using a remote computer or not.

Cons

It is a bit pricey for our budget. TeamViewers policy towards free-users changes to the most aggressive path there is, hunting them down and locking their sessions with the smallest suspicion they may be abusing the free license.

### "Rapid Deployment during Covid"

October 21, 2020

5.0

Overall my experience with TeamViewer was extremely positive. The TeamViewer purchase agent was helpful, Deployment was quick, and the Connection was reliable. I use the product on a daily basis and have not had any significant problems or service interruptions.

Pros

Due to Covid19 I was forced to shut down the facility within a few hours. I was able to purchase the license and deploy the software on several workstations within that timeframe. This included the learning curve of remote users.

Cons

Not a con. As an administrator, I was required to describe the installation procedure to my co workers on the phone as they installed it on their home computers or laptops. It was a simple instillation, just requires a little patients.

Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE

Skype for Business was difficult to purchase because Microsoft is pushing TEAMS. Skype is a good product, Skype for Business is unnecessarily complicated.

### "Blizz, keeps you so close to your customers even if they are at a distance."

January 15, 2019

5.0

In each audit topic we have Blizz and it helps us to have a great experience with all the departments. Even if these are in different regions. Its easy use and quick access makes it quite appropriate for corporate issues.

Pros

Its easy use meets all the requirements you are looking for to keep your conferences with your business group. Its operation in mobile devices is very good. Video conferencing works correctly even though you have more than 100 people added.

Cons

The disincorporation of the blackboard is what I really hope it will come back was very useful and even a voting function could be considered adding in future updates.

### "Remote, Robust Administration."

December 5, 2019

5.0

Overall, it is quality software and if your business relies on giving support as part of your business model, Team Viewer is definitely software to consider using. I can't comment on pricing models as I am not familiar with them. My largest experience with Team Viewer is us getting support from a vendor(s).

Pros

If you want robust effective remote administration across all platforms then Team Viewer is worth a look. The screen redraw and responsiveness is great as well as having the ability to give unattended access to a third party. We frequently bridge Macs to Windows and Linux, while the keyboard commands can be difficult, but overall works really well.

Cons

My biggest con is this... Team Viewer is constantly prompting you to have the newest version of the software. Basically, the Remote machine and the Local machine must both have the same version of software installed. This is only annoying because Team Viewer releases new software continually. My other complaint is that while the Team Viewer license is generous and allows for personal use, it is not free and should be seen as such. If you need a free "once in a while" resource at work, check out https://remotedesktop.google.com. The quality is not as good, but it is free like "Free Beer".

### "Great remote control software for personal or commercial use"

October 9, 2018

5.0

Pros

The software is easy to set up. It is fully secure and easy to use. No need for any vpn to remotely access computers once the software is installed in the host pc.

Cons

The remote display turns on and show every remote operation unlike windows remote desktop. There is an option for remote display to turn off and also turn off the remote user input. If the remote pc does not have administrative privilege, this does not work.

### "The Go To For Remote Support for anyone!"

April 29, 2021

5.0

Overall Experience has been really good. No issues ever and it has been working perfectly fine all these years.

Pros

The ease of simplicity of using this software is the best feature of it. I have been using Teamviewer for many years now. Whenever a user needs support and we are not able to help them in person and that is when this software comes in hand.

Cons

All this time, I never really had a CON. This software is one of the best. I would although like if the code to connect to a machine remains the same by default, instead of the system generating a random number on its own.

Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE

Because it was the easiest to use and offered all the things that we needed to do. It was also the cheapest of them all.

### "Quick and easy access. For more features it is necessary to purchase the paid version. "

May 6, 2021

4.0

In general, my user experience was very good, mainly because I don't need to be directly connected.

Pros

Fast and complete software (paid version). For simple access, it fits perfectly in the "free" version. Free access to all remote pc functions.

Cons

The "free" version limits the amount of accesses and connected time, this ends up hurting. However, it is not a software "problem" but a paid feature.

Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE

In some cases, the AnyDesk tool did not work well. For these cases, and when the customer did not have or preferred another, he used Team Viewer.

Switched from

[AnyDesk](https://www.capterra.com/p/149595/AnyDesk/)

Tool fits perfectly and is not paid for. The layout is simpler, but for use this does not hinder anything.

### "The Remote Helper You'd Always Need"

April 17, 2021

4.0

I've been quite satisfied with TeamViewer, even though I don't get to use it everyday. It's easy to set up and work around. I love it.

Pros

The fact that you can easily solve other people's computer problem right from your own device is amazing. And being able to chat and maintain communication while the remote access is on, is really cool for me.

Cons

TeamViewer is really resource dreaning. I could understand that being able to plug into a remote system requires quite a lot of system resources, but it gets quite slow must times and could attack your RAM/Graphics if they're not on the high side.
