Overall very easy to use app and provides all the expected features

Pros

Screen sharing and documents sharing are easy compared to zoom and Skype. Allows to share specific app instead of whole screen.

Cons

Notifications when a chat is reacted. These notification are not useful and reduces productivity and should be removed.

Overall, it's a perfect companion for everyone who is looking to remote access desktop tools. Its ease of use, and it covers every basic need on that.

Pros

TeamViewer is excellent software to access our files remotely. It is a lifesaver for most of us, especially during this pandemic situation. I badly needed to share expensive software with my colleagues and TeamViewer gave me a perfect solution on that. Also, it helps to get live demonstrations from colleagues to sort out software-related issues and bugs, installation guides, etc. The mobile app is also very handy to excess our files when we are far from our desktop.

Cons

It always requires a solid internet connection to avail of the feature. Also, there is an issue with download large files sometimes. Need more function on the mobile version, it's too limited with pre-scribed functions. Also, need a better subscription package based on a variety of users.

1- La versión para equipos es un tanto cara, para las pequeñas empresas que se dedican a dar soporte técnico en forma remota. 2- El límite de 10 usuarios máximo como participantes en una reunión, es un tanto bajo para equipos grandes.

TeamViewer is a program for remote connection to a work computer. With its help, the administrator of our company can easily connect to another computer via the Internet and start using it while sitting on the other side of the world.

Pros

First you need to install the program on your and on the second computer, then exchange ID codes and passwords with each other. This is necessary in order for the connection to be configured only between your two computers. It's that simple!

Cons

I was informed that the program may be potentially vulnerable in terms of security, since the information passes through an intermediary. The program has a limited session time for the free version. The paid version is not cheap, but if you use the program for commercial purposes, it will pay off.

Great - love their software overall. I wish pricing was a bit more competitive.

Pros

The best. Easy and fluid. Very fast when compared to other options. Their GUI is well laid out and very easy to use. Does not require a bunch of training for end users.

Cons

Expensive, even when you only want to access a single device. Does not allow for easy multi screen switching - for instance, if your work PC as dual monitors and you are remoting in from a laptop.

I used this software while working with a managed services provider. We supported end users all around the country. The value we gained from Teamviewer was baing able to see what the users were experiencing but unable to describe over the phone.

Pros

Teamviewer is a feature rich and mature support platform. We found a lot of value in switching to Teamviewer.

Cons

There were a few time when the servers were down. This was a few years ago so I can't comment on current uptime.

TeamViewer was a great software, meanwhile I could use it. I first found out about the software while working in a hospitality related job, where we used the software to allow our IT's to work remotely on our computers. Decided it was the perfect tool for me to help my parents and political parents with their own computers, as I have some notions in IT and they needed my help on solving some issues regularly. Remote access was the best option. Unfortunately, Teamviewer claimed I was using the software for professional capacity and blocked my access, so I had to switch to another software.

Pros

It was a good way to remotely access some relatives' computers. Stable connection, not a lot of lag...

Cons

The harsh and one sided termination of the "free license for personal use". I got no warning, no asking for proof or reasons... I got blocked from the software directly with a harsh message claiming I was using the software for professional use, which wasn't true.

I have been using TeamViewer for 10+ years and remain impressed by the speed, ease of control access and reliability - Remote control access is fast and works through most firewalls and conncetoins - Feature set is complete - Real time chat features are very useful - Alerts and notifications to both the host and the remote user are useful

Cons

\- Security. settings can be a. bit overbearing at times. On occasions, it detects as false positive and required a reset of licensing. Emailed customer support and they resolved it quickly over email - Mobile apps could get a facelift

Pros

It comes with a beautiful and simple user interface. Very attractive and easy to work with 'Blizz'. I can conduct business meetings with my team over my mobile device anytime. Here are some major plus points identified by myself, 01- Live conferencing 02- Video Recording functions 03- Live chat features 04- Cheaper subscription pricing 05- Integration with email services 06- 'Android' and 'IOS' support. Also by following couple of simple steps, 'Blizz' helped me to collaborate with my team members and conduct "knowledge transfer sessions" easily.

Cons

Actually no cons to say about this software. I'm very happy with 'Blizz'. Best in the market.

Being able to remotely access the troubled computer saves so much time. Instead of having to be on site to do simple things like a configuration change, recover a recently deleted file or a virus scan is just a life saver.

Pros

The easy of use even for the most inexperienced users. You can just tell them over the phone to go to the TeamViewer website and download the application, run it and tell you their ID and password and that's it, you are remotely connected and can directly check the system, scan for viruses or malware, modify configuration and make any necessary changes. Best of all, it's free for home users!

Cons

I honestly cannot think of a single thing I don't like about Teamviewer. It has all the features you could possibly need for remote control, it can even be used with either Windows or Mac OS.

Team Viewer has made my job easier. Previously I had to track my client's record in spread sheet in my PC by communicating via Skype and I had to send them in mail. But now I can keep record in my client's PC and don't need to send them in mail.It has definitely made my job easier than before.

Pros

Team viewer is one of the most useful software to me because this is the software I use to work with one of my clients. As my work in my office is to track down my clients trading record, I always have to get attached with my client's PC.And for remote access team viewer is always my first priority. Here I can also record sessions which helps me a lot in my job.

Cons

Though there are not big issues I have faced so far, there are areas to improve like- sometimes it slows down my PC and lag. sometimes connections get disconnected.

TeamViewer has brought me a lot of benefits, like for example and I connect with my team, solve technical flaws in computers, explain software functions, send sensitive information, among many other things that have allowed me to grow in my job.

Pros

TeamViewer has served me for many things, both in the work environment, as in the staff. I think the strengths of this application beyond being able to connect with your colleagues, is to be able to do it from anywhere. Another strong point of this is that you can use these advantages for many things, the limit is set by the creativity of the user.

Cons

The platform can improve in great aspects, first, you can add improvements so that the user feels more comfortable when registering on this platform, I remember that when I started this application it was a bit difficult to understand how to handle myself inside this one, adding some kind of tutorial. The second quite striking aspect is the aesthetic part, for many it is a tool for daily use, the aesthetic part should be improved and the last thing I find is that the menu could find a better way to display the options.

My overall experience with Team Viewer is very good once you get past the setup. It is very easy to use. I often get called at home to handle a problem at work and I am able to sign in with the cell phone. Very useful

Pros

I use three different team viewer accounts. Two of them are connections to my work suppliers and are used every day, the other is helping my elder dad with his computer . They are reliable and get the job done. Since my suppliers are already paying for the license it is free for me to connect on my end. I also feel very secure in sharing my connection.

Cons

Difficult to set up. There are several different versions and both parties need to be on the same version to connect to each other . It is also a little difficult to invite a new computer to join your group. the download process is difficult for first time user.

The software has been key to our move from a single location warehouse to a full 4PL provider working with multiple locations and warehouses. The ease of installing the software and having access to key systems like shipping stations has been exactly what we need.

Cost. Unfortunately it can be pretty pricey per year per user. Lately we have been experiencing issues of being disconnected at time on long support requets.

I loved using TeamViewer from day 1. I have been using it for more than 5 years, and I am really happy with the software and the upgrades made from time to time. I would award it the 'best remote access software', since every software I have so far used had some negative aspect in it, but TeamViewer has been the only one that has been perfect for me.

Pros

Teamviewer is very convenient in use. It's so simple that even a person with very basic computer knowledge can successfully use it. Its free version offers almost all of it's best features, which makes it a great tool for everyone. It allows desktop sharing, remote access from one PC to another, and switching the same, and host meetings connecting to many PCs at the same time. Its speedy connection also is a plus while conducting meetings. Additionally, it also allows sharing files. For me TeamViewer is like the one stop solution for remote access and communication.

Cons

There is nothing really that I don't like about TeamViewer so far, my experience with it has been great. However, one concern based on hear-say is that TeamViewer is able to track commercial use. How does it track has been my concern with regards to privacy.
