My overall experience with TeamViewer is great. Compared to some other remote-access software like JoinMe, it is wonderful.

Pros

What I like most about TeamViewer is its very simple, easy-to-use interface. I use it everyday at work as an IT specialist, and it's very light, also, all the options are placed where one can see them easily. No hidden buttons, no complicated workaround. Easy to navigate!

Cons

The software is very good, altogether, I would say; However, sometimes the connection stops for no reason and it stops the session out of the blue, even when the internet connection is so fast.

Pros

Teamviewer made it easy to access any device from anywhere that's why I love and enjoy working with this software. Often I need this because I'm a remote project manager. In case this efficiency is remarkable.

Cons

Often TeamViewer upgradations process is complicated. I had faced error to connect others several times because of this issue. I think they should improve it.

Pros

Teamviewer allow anyone to remote desktop. No need configuration.

Cons

It's not very easy to use on a smartphone. The screen of the latter is a bit small. But on a tablet, it's perfect.

With TeamViewer, I can not only connect to all my computers from wherever I am, but it has helped me to help my family with their computers. I also maintain a connection in a very simple way with my clients and the applications that I have developed. I support my clients thanks to TeamViewer, I connect to their equipment and done, without leaving my home.

Pros

I like everything about TeamViewer, I've been using it for about 7 years in a row and it's one of those applications that you keep installing when you buy a new computer. Since they added the feature of having a user with all the registered computers, TeamViewer moved away greatly from its competition. What I like most, is its polished interface, it is a light application capable of working in low resource equipment and finally the stable connection, because if you have a slow internet, it is able to adjust to the current speed and maintain stability. .

Cons

I really do not have any against Teamviewer. Application that works wonders, fulfills everything it says and is very fast. Maybe I would like to see a better interface for file sharing or maybe something like "drag and drop"

The concern is that sometimes after a certain period of time, the software stops and you have to reconnect.

Although I couldn't use monitor feature, rest of the features works smooth and user experience is very good.

Pros

Extensive remote control features. remote control quality is high, stream is smooth and it has self adaptive quality mechanism according to internet bandwidth.

Cons

I should be able to connect to my pc that has no monitor and get desktop working but I couldn't get monitor feature working. I gives black screen and no desktop.

Pros

Offers fast remote connection, especially when one is not in a position to access their personal computer. It is reliable and can be used by anyone with no experience in safe remote connection.

Cons

Transferring large files could be problematic, especially when experiencing a weak internet connection or low bandwidth allocation. Also, the software cannot be able to access the targeted P.C, when the P.C is sleeping or has been shut down.

Once free trial expires can be expensive to purchase however it is well worth your money spent, especially if you have a team of people using it.

Overall this is excellent software. With ease of use and setup it allows our end users to remote in from home and get help fast by IT

Pros

Ease of installation and use. TeamViewer allows for simple deployment and setup of configuration files. They allow for mutli site implementation with a few clicks.

Cons

When you change a domain name of a computer the software does not recognize the name change. The Administrator has to change the name manually within the software.

TeamViewer is easy to use, has great remote features, and is easy to configure meetings, send links and access via a web plug-in

Cons

Newer versions are only offered as a subscription license. Mutliple monitor use can be a little tricky.

A very functional application that can be used at work, at home and anywhere you go, just with having a PC, Android phone, tablet and IOS. Highly recommended, it helps to get out of trouble and support other people from anywhere.

Pros

When I talk about this software I could talk about many pros, however I think the most outstanding ones are: Remote access, the fundamental characteristic of this program, it does it without problems and with a great speed, combined with this it has an excellent security, with ID and access code so that the person who is on the other side of the computer can decide when they want and when they do not have remote access. A simple but very useful chat and a pretty good speed to access other computers.

Cons

Sometimes the concern of viruses arises, and the older versions were vulnerable to viruses, however, this latest update (version 13) left me speechless, as it was tested by several antivirus without getting vulnerabilities.

Overall, the experience has been great, we are able to seamlessly connect to all of our machines without any issues.

Pros

I've been using TeamViewer as my go to remote software for many years, I've used the free versions for personal use as well as the paid version for remote support. I've always been impressed with the ease of use, you can install the client on the remote machines and setup for unattended access at any time or have the user install it for a quick connection. Teamviewer has all the great features as the others including file transfer, unattended access, etc. all in an easy to use, intuitive interface, it also has a mobile app for remote access on the go.

Cons

There is very little that I do not like about this software, it has all the features that we require.

Pros

I would say the most helpful for us as a company is the on the go nature of this software. Our managers who travels frequently can easily control or get files from the computer in the office while away, even from home. We don't need to buy expensive VPN routers to facilitate the connection.

Cons

It can be slow at times when streaming a video file. It is hard for teamviewer to control a full 3D Application.

Till now we are using daily basis to taking the meeting or sharing the videos and lot but it will save lot of time while using the TeamViewer made us to take it advance level.

Pros

It's easy to share the screen to third party desktop without any issues or hanging the video they made us for more effectively. It will establishing the connection was very fast and immediate connecting to the other person and it will more functions for adding into it.

Cons

There are some ad will get to disturb some time but there were some settings to disable the those apart from there will no problem as of mine experience.

Pros

Ease of use and the cost compared to other solutions. Easy to install and configure. Very low usage overhead for hardware, so it can run on just about any platform we have. Easy to configure for office staff and support staff.

Cons

Nothing really to complain about. Can be hard to determine if the application is still running in the background. User interface could use a little more streamlining and less options for the end point, so less confusion in remote sessions.

I have used teamviewer for years. It has gotten me out of so many tough spots. I highly recommend it. Sometimes its easier to have someone remote in and fix the issue than to be guided over the phone.

Pros

Teamviewer is the must have for remote support. It allows you to provide remote support for people anywhere in the world. All you need is an internet access. It is super easy to deploy and its perfect for people that are not tech savy. It saves you a lot of time when trying to help out over the phone.

Cons

No real complaints about the software. The pro version is a little costly but its worth it. Plus you can whitelabel it and add your logo so its not that bad. Wish there was teamviewer for remote support with phones.

Also, I use it to assist customers with troubleshooting and get into various remote NMS appliances located throughout the world. In all the time I used this software, I have had only a few minor issues with the performance, but TeamViewer beats every other product that I have tried, hands-down, and is one of the best-of-breed solutions for remote work/support on the market today.

Pros

Very reliable, responsive, low on resources and bandwidth, feature rich (remote control, chat, clipboard transfer, file transfer, audio/video conferencing, etc) and highly intuitive.

Cons

High price compared to similar products/services on the market, as well as not end-user friendly subscription plans when it comes to small businesses and sole-proprietorship owners.

I absolutely love my TeamViewer setup, it's easy to use, quick in connecting to the remote machine, and overall it seems to work faster and more efficiently than other RDP programs. It also allows me to use multiple devices to access my machine, which is helpful as an IT person.

Cons

Sometimes the remote machine will change ID's and without being there to obtain the new ID, it's hard to connect remotely.
