### "Amazing User Interface"

Pros

Teamviewer has a top notch user interface, is exceptionally reliable, & is packed full of features. This is the only remote access software I have on my PCs. Ive used a variety of remote access programs and TeamViewer is the only one that I can trust to always be operating when I need it. Furthermore, TeamViewer has an incredible user interface; the most impressive operating being their cell phone application through which I can perform moderately complex tasks from a 6-inch screen easily. Lastly, TeamViewer has every feature you can want to remote access. If you want to remote access your cell phone, run TeamViewer off of a USB stick, or create a separate window for each of the remote PCs monitors you can do it. More importantly, user interface allows these functions to be utilized with little to no prior knowledge of the program.

Cons

TeamViewer appears to require a little more processing power than other remote access software's and is bit more expensive. However, trading a nominal amount of processing power and paying a little extra is hardly an afterthought as TeamViewer truly is the best-in-class remote access software.

We have been using TeamViewer for more than 3 years and It's functionally but expensive. We have noticed that other software like AnyDesk is doing the same or more for less price.

Pros

It has been a strong tool during the last 3 years for our company. Easy to install, with a portable version which can be customized with your company detail.

Cons

In my opinion it expensive compare with the service that is providing having in consideration that is very frequently that you can't use it due to internal incidences in their software.

Pros

The best thing is that it even allows me to use my PC using my mobile phone, giving me huge processing power in my hands.

Cons

security becomes a concern. if anything gets hacked, your all connected computers will become vulnerable. They must incorporate security features like confirming from the mobile phone by sending code eveytime you connect.

It is great. We are able to give support from any device and all over the globe.

Pros

The system is really light but we many important features. From a business perspective, this software is a huge improvement in how to provide a fast but with quality support.

Cons

There are many versions, so the license can be obsolete faster. It will be great if we can be up to date without spending more money in upgrading our licenses.

Overall, if your business can afford Teamviewer you won't find yourself regretting it. Smoothly intergrates into existing IT workflows. There are other offerings that are much cheaper (around half the price) but there will likely be inconveniences TeamViewer doesn't have.

Pros

Teamviewer just works. Anytime I start a remote session, it succeeds and has a high quality. It has controls to remotely start a computer, login automatically, chat with a user and annotate a screen. Anything one would need for remote support is available in Teamviewer.

Cons

The Teamviewer two factor auth is kind of clunky. Not counting their free noncommercial plans, Teamviewer can be much pricier than alternatives.

Pros

TV is best application available in the market for remote management, it can save your traveling cost and work done will be faster.

Cons

If you use TV very frequently then it limits your session time and # on connections and paid version is very expensive.

As using RDP (Remote Desktop) and VNC aren't good options for remote support - TeamViewer does the job perfectly for us.

Pros

\- We can provide support to our employees across the globe. - Cross-platform support - Most of our employees have more than one monitor and the software supports that perfectly. - Licensing model which measures parallel usage but not the amount of users.

Through TeamViewer, it is very easy to take remote connections of my desktop. This has been very helpful especially during the pandemic when I was working from home

My sister got a laptop from abroad and she got it difficult to operate so I told her to install Team Viewer and taught her how laptop is to be operated and so on. Not only this during The Corona pandemic led to online classes and I helped my little brother from my home to signup and enter in the class.

Pros

The amazing functionality of this application is that it allows you to have control over the respective device. This allows you to operate others device and help other get knowledge how to perform certain task. It's not like that one can administrate over others device as much as he wants instead it is only possible if the other side agrees to the terms. It is one of the best Remote application which is available everywhere and can be installed easily.

Cons

The thing that I disagree about this application is its sudden and frequent disconnection between computers. May be the fault is in the device model otherwise there are no any cons to be mentioned as it has got everything we need till date.

Excellent! As far as I'm concerned, it's the gold standard of reliable remote computer management.

Pros

TeamViewer is the best way from me to access remote computers at work and at home. I can share files and view content regardless of distance, and even with my mobile phone.

Cons

The interface is a bit clunky. They've recently updated the UI, but I think they could stand to change it again. It's just not very intuitive.

Teamviewer is a powefull remote control tool. My tecnical support team started to use teamviewer a year ago. We have users in more than 90 offices in differents cities, so we need a remote control software to solve the issues and tickets. Teamviewer is easy to use for both: technical people and users. We can control the remote machines, chat with the users, transfer files, call the users, even have videoconference option. It is fast than other software even with slow internet conections.

Cons

I recommend offers low prices for small companies.

Having meetings, receiving or giving training, make presentations, etc. TeamViewer is a great tool and a good option for all these cases!

Pros

TeamViewer is a good tool for many tasks. It allows you to share your screen, which is something great for presentations, trainings, of for a help desk. You can also work with a partner if required and give them control of your machine. In addition, TeamViewer is an excellent and safe form of using remote desktop to access your computers from anywhere and anytime, even from the mobile app which works great.

Cons

Usually require a good and stable Internet connection, and it may lower the quality of the image or make the background black to improve performance. When connection is lost from the host, it's difficult to reconnect without doing something from the host side.

Team viewer provides remote desktop connection which is i mostly use for. We can connect with other desktop and work from there very easily. The alerts and popups are great and useful in team viewer.

Cons

Team viewer requires very good internet connection compared to other softwares. Team viewer also does not work with proxy servers.

Estremamente facile da utilizzare, veloce, affidabile, sicuro e ci sono versioni per qualsiasi sistema operativo e dispositivo mobile.

Cons

Rispetto ad altre soluzioni equivalenti è più costoso e sono necessarie connessioni dati stabili e con buona banda. A volte l'ID permanente per la connessione cambia in modo imprevisto.

Pros

Unlike other remote support software vendors TeamViewer makes it easy for your team to have access to other computers. As new machines are added they automatically show up on other team members consoles. This is a huge advantage over other software vendors.

Cons

The cost is a little high but still worth the money.
