### "TeamViewer Keeps us Connected"

We are able to hire part time personnel and have them sign into our network from their location and complete important functions like bank reconciliations. It makes it easier for me to gather data needed for marketing and research without having to travel 100 miles to the office. This gives me the freedom I need to be creative when the mood strikes me, not when 8-5 demands it!

Pros

When I am unable to travel to the office or am out of town I can sign into my companies network and continue as if I were actually there. This gives me the freedom I need to travel or take a personal day.

Cons

Easy to integrate, easy to use but having to have another person give you a passcode each time you want to log in to the network is a little more challenging than we originally thought.

### "The best solution for remote support"

An excellent tool for both technical support/troubleshooting as well as remote teaching. Non-professional users can use it for free even! Very intuitive and speedy. As one would hope, it's as if the remote computer was local as the technician can do practically anything the local user could. Additionally, a technician can demonstrate how to use various tools and software to the remote user as the cursor and keyboard strokes the technician makes are the cursor and keyboard strokes the user sees.

Pros

This software has the least number of steps required to install at both ends, and seamlessly goes through NAT address tables to reach computers on private IPs. Options include the ability to access machines with or without the owner's participation (a pre-set, pre-agreed condition). Installation by non-technical users (ultimately those who will be receiving remote support) is fairly painless.

Cons

The application software is CONSTANTLY being updated. If you do not use it for 2 weeks, or access another computer for the first time in a few weeks, you'll invariably be warned that your software is out of date at both ends.

Pros

Team viewer is best remote control desktop sharing software with just one auto generated Id/Password. With just few click I make connection with client computer and transfer file over it I feel safe and secure. Many of the users using it at no cost.

Cons

It always need a license to run when trail version or commercial versions expired. Which is costly for small business holders.

Very easy to use, and simple, light weight installer.

Pros

Fast connections, easy to use, and cost effective. We are still using version 12 we did not upgrade to version 14 yet. Version 12 and earlier we purchase a license, and the newer version are subscription based. It's nice that we have custom urls for clients to download our client, and install it.

Cons

The pricing model moved to subscription based. We moved from version 10 to 12, and purchase outright licenses. Now we would need to pay a monthly or annual fee. We are sticking to version 12 until it is no longer support by our client OS. There were a few instances that the agent installed on the server would change the remote access ID, which would force us to have to work with someone to find out what the new Id is.

Customer support in a IT environment without TeamViewer is unthinkable for us nowadays. Quick and easy support solution without an installation on the customers side which prevents a lot of frustration. No more tyring to describe a problem of the phone which can be shown in just a few moments.

It has been my go to remote desktop software and i have used it for over 10 years.

Pros

Ease of use is impeccable, it is feature rich and very simple to setup for users wanting remote support.

Cons

Free personal version has a couple of limited features and always a pop-up about paying for the business version however if it is solely used for personal we should have full access with no annoying pop-ups.

I dont really have any complaints about Teamviewer it does what it says and usually works well.

There are so many pros of TeamViewer. This is the product that let us accomplish numerous tasks having wonderful features. This is the most useful application not only for me but for everyone. It help us a lot in exchanging files. It is extremely easy to use, install and set up without having any type of training. Its straightforward and simple interface is another impressive thing. It is indeed an outstanding remote tool.

Cons

TeamViewer is a complete software package. I could not find any downside of this product. It is always helpful to me as it helps me a lot in overcoming many obstacles. I am contented with this tool as it is saves a lot time, effort and money.

TeamViewer is the best solution to remotely connect with other PC and laptops. Especially, it really helpful tool for IT and Software industry. It allows to directly connect with customer's computer and give real-time technical support. Also, if there has any programming issue on team member's PC, It can solve by remotely access via TeamViewer. It has a user-friendly interface with clean design.

Cons

Sometimes there has a lagging issue. Actually it depends on the internet connection. The monthly subscription is a little bit high but worth it. Also, there has version complicit. if client has newer version then I have to upgrade to that version to remotely connect with his PC.

Pros

Team Viewer made it easy to connect with my colleagues in Russia. I feel that it bridged the gap between us. I would recommend using TeamViewer for international controls. The fact that I could access services in Russia as if I was there made me feel great and connect. Thank you for making the world a global village

Cons

Incompatibility with some phones. TeamViewer doesn't allow all devices especially when it comes to remote control.

Great product and highly recommend. It is so easy to use and does not log off after a set amount of time.

Pros

This program is awesome. It easily allows me to connect to my office computer from any other desktop or tablet.

Cons

There are not really any cons that I have seen so far. I guess if i had to say something it is that the screen you are viewing seems smaller and a bit hard to read some small text.

I have never come across any bug in the application, it always served its purpose, be it remote access, meetings, chats or voice calls.

Pros

1\. It was easy to install and learn. 2. Its secure, wherein there is a authentication mechanism in order to connect remotely. 3.Its possible to set up meetings, using services like phone, videocalls and presentations 4. The app is also available in mobile platforms

Cons

1\. In proxy servers we may face some issues while connecting. 2. In sleep mode we cannot connect, while I was using the version should match for both ends.

I almost am ones of the first user of this app. The main use if you need to teach someone to use some application or simple if you want to get access to server or computer in other systems this app is very nice. For me has the reliable security system to connect, and is very fast in low bandwidth that is important when you use this kind of system

Cons

So I have heard a breach which China try to get connected through this, I always disability just for stayed secure that anyone tries to get a connection to my desktop without permission. I do not know is paranoia, but when you hear new about is impossible to not take actions about.

Our business uses Teamviewer to allow employees to access their workstation remotely. Several employees rely on desktop workstations that cannot easily be moved, so Teamviewer allows quick and effective access to files and programs remotely.

Pros

Ability to quickly and easily access remote computers and collaborate remotely. Ease of establishing new connections and managing remote workstations. Ability to utilize a wide variety of devices.

Cons

Although it has been an excellent experience overall, combining the host and viewer apps into one would further simplify the overall experience.

Pros

This tool provides the access to the other user computer with all the handy access which could be widely used for many purposes. I was able to get the computer fix it with this software. Since after that , I have been implementing it everywhere in my routine. The audio calls during the session is also a life-saver which has always inspired to do the right things in the right directions. It's customer care service and pricing are also on point.

Cons

Been using this tool for a while , but haven't encountered any major issues yet.But often calls cut during the chat and shared files often drops on their way which is a bit irritating. Other than that, it has always been a great deal for me using it form time to time.

Pros

Its very respnsive, easy to connect, super secure and very easy to use with the tools provded. Helping out my business mates remotly or having business mettings on projectors using this tool. Also very good for home usage in case if you want to help a frined to set something or show something up.

Cons

Nothing yet, its perfect. But maybe probably the colors and design, but thats really minimal and its actaully very acceptable :)

Pros

TeamViewer is easy to use yet full of advanced settings for IT professionals. I particularly like the intuitive interface for "conferencing" with the customer, and the file transfer capabilities. Casual users will be happy to know that the software is free for personal use every now and then, with almost the same capabilities as the paid version.

Cons

The price of the paid subscription is quite high, maybe intended for corporate use. With the amount of people now working from home, maybe it is a good idea to consider a plan for small customers.
