We purchased TeamViewer licenses which were a one-time fee, but today TeamViewer offers monthly subscription pricing which may be better for small businesses without a lot of cash. I have used LogMeIn, VNC, etc. and TeamViewer is the best! Pros It's one of the first remote control software that has been released and it's so popular. A while ago, I had a problem with TeamViewer so I had no choice but to use AnyDesk. One of the options that TeamViewer is better at is communication options. You are able to have audio conferences and video calls besides remote controlling or screen sharing. Cons The "Unattended Access" option is a bit difficult to set up. Sometimes it stops working and I have to reset it. It also helps to copy files to and fro in a quick manner with not much delay. Cons There could be network-related issues and this we suggest to connect only with a good network. Teamviewer in mobile view looks really cramped up in terms of spacing and the overall User Interface can be improved in a better fashion. It is worth noting that due to the current pandemic, the company is being very lenient with the use of the software for businesses.
