### "Solid Remote Access Product for Small Business"

Very positive. It always does what we need and has all the features we are looking for with a small team.

Pros

This is the goto product I use in all my small installations. Perfect balance of features and capability for the price. I can initiate a remote access session right from the console. It even allows for remote wakeup with magic packet for those that know what it is.

Cons

The learning curve could be a little smaller but still works great. I think it is time to update the interface since it is starting to look a little dated.

The file transfer feature makes working in different computers much easier by allowing direct transfer between machines.

Cons

If the software version if not the same in both computers it generates conflict to access remote computers.

For the meetings we needed a program, and taking advantage of the fact that we already had TeamViewer for remote access, we also use it for video conferences, they work well, especially since they changed the interface, it runs more fluidly.

Pros

For me, the most important thing is the speed to connect to another device if what you need is remote access and the ease of doing so. In addition, the menu is very intuitive and helps you do everything in a moment. Copying files is easy and you don't need to touch anything other than Control + c and Control + v

Cons

Sometimes an option or a better option configuration is missing, but nothing important is missing either.

Pros

We used teamviewer for all our internal team collaboration work during covid lockdown, and also for remoting into our work PCs from home when we couldnt get to the office. Honestly, without teamviewer we could not have survived being locked down at home.

Cons

We don't really use this to communicate with external companies because they have adopted other platforms such as Zoom or Teams, so we are forced to install many different softwares for the same purpose.

I use teamviewer mainly for screenshares. It works excellent for that purpose. Easy to connect and reliable. I wish installation was easier for the meeting host, as my customers are often not that technically literate.

Pros

Easy to use. It is a reliable piece of software which does exactly what you expect from it.

Cons

Every version update is not compatible with the previous version. I’m constantly having to ask customers to update teamviewer. And updating/installing software is the greatest bottleneck for my often technically challenged customers.

It is a very complete software in terms of its function, allows the administration of several devices at the same time, make meetings via remote and most importantly, control a PC that is in another place.

Cons

It consumes too many resources, more than it should normally, consumes an absurd amount of internet at the moment of initiating session.

Pros

Speed of the remote session- able to connect to a workstation in just few seconds, ease of use and clean interface

Cons

Maybe a web portal that is missing for setting up the custom password for each workstation. Other than that there is no other cons.

Pros

Ease of use Multi platform can be used on mobile and desktops in built chatting software is great

Cons

A bit expensive if you compare with other options available. But the features it provides cope up with the pricing

Simple to use and easy to deploy, TeamViewer is a good remote access tool if you have many members who work from home or are in different locations.

Pros

Text chat, remote control and whiteboard make it easy to explain and solve problems remotely. Cloud usage is also helpful for users who dont need it all the time on their PC.

Cons

Number of concurrent sessions is restricted. Or a much higher cost plan is needed. This makes it difficult to use with more than 3 users, so we had to try work arounds.

It is simple to comprehend the settings and does not take long to learn. One can easily share files and exes and can execute them remotely.

Cons

The only bad part is that while transferring 'BIG' files takes a lot of time and often request time-out issues are there.

Very positive, highly recommended! And make sure to have your team download the mobile app as well for extreme remote access capabilities!

Pros

We installed TeamViewer on dozens of remote servers with extreme ease. The gamechanger is the mobile application -- at my kid's soccer game Saturday AM I was able to login from my iPhone, adjust a server setting & save hundreds in system admin costs. TeamViewer is great!

Cons

Occasionally there are errors, we get bumped from a server, or we have to restart a machine locally to re-connect -- but those issues are few & fear between. This is an issue maybe ~2% of the time...

TeamViewer is a nice application for little and moderate size business associations in light of its moderateness and evaluating that makes it logically less complex and harmonious for the customer ever.

Pros

TeamViewer is a best response for having relationship with your work territory at whatever point any place. Affiliations can in like manner plan a social occasion, phone or video call and to make any kind of introduction with it. It has been a satisfying product I have ever used.

Cons

Downsides of the application that I consider is its cost is more and can't be handle by little organizations too and besides the participation issues when I needn't bother with the membership they don't drop it and conceded it further which charges me a lot without using the application.

A program that works very well, the experience through the computer it has been very nice. It has allowed me to remotely control my computer equipment. Good response time. In addition to being able to do my videoconference remotely, I It has helped a lot in the transfer of files when I forget the information at home TeamViewer is very useful.

Pros

The remote access to be able to control another computer and be able to work from a distance creation of online meetings, in addition to creating video conferencing and the most important file transfer for work In addition, it is easy to handle and learn its characteristics.

Cons

A program that works very well, in my opinion a product with a very high price. For the user to learn how to handle it, it would be advisable to put a guide on how the program works.

Pros

TeamViewer is the best. We've tried about all the remote control tools out there and nothing has worked as well as TeamViewer. It's the fastest, most responsive, and well-built offering by a long shot.

Cons

No cons with TeamViewer. Actually, one con. The Mac version doesn't have all the same options as the Windows version. Small gripe though.

Pros

Ease of using this product makes it super accessible to everyone. Super easy connectivity and works even in slow internet speed connections. I don't think my data was stolen ever while using this software.

Cons

I dont think i've any negative review for this tool as of now. As much as my need is, this works best for me. I dont see any problem with that. But probably UI can be improved a bit.

Amazing experience, this is my life saver when something wrong happens with my computer usage and I need immediate help from whom I can trust.

Pros

The best part of Teamviewer is the ease of connection and screen takeover. I often use it it when I need technical support, and it's been a great tool so that the person I'm asking for help can take control of the screen and resolve the issue. The app is so user-friendly and convenient. I also use it with my brother when I want his help on my computer. Due to the trust between us, he can easily get it my computer sometimes, and I just need to open the application, no more action needed. All the ID and password is the same and I don't need to copy and paste them to him like on the very first days that we used this application - which is several years ago. I also like the fact that the files can be transferred easily and quickly with Teamviewer.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints with the teamviewer on desktop, but sometimes the version for mobile devices doesn't work well with the slow internet connection.

Pros

During the pandemic, this software is very useful remote software for solving the customer complain and configuring the network and system infra. Its display resolution is outstanding.

Cons

The user interface is much more complex compared to other remote software like AnyDesk. Pricey compared to other remote software.
