Pros

so easy to use for any remote support or collaboration, easy for customers as well, just download a quicksupport and off you go, works with customers as well as it does with parents and grandparents;-)

Cons

if you use too many sessions at once because you can, it is very easy to get confused;-) kidding aside, not much to complain here other than the rather high licensing fees, but totally worth it

Overall I have had a great experience with TeamViewer so far. It is easy to use, grants a fast access to the remote device and is super useful in everyday worklife.

Pros

I love how easy it is to use. I have never had a problem with TeamViewer and have always been able to solve any problems, that I needed help with from remote users or grant them help using TeamViewer myself.

Cons

So far there aren't any cons that I can think of. TeamViewer has fulfilled it's purpose in everything, that I have been using it for.

Overall experience is fantastic. TeamViewer does what it says it does and lets me do what I need to do from wherever I am.

Pros

TeamViewer allows me to free myself from having to be at the office to access specific machines. Sometimes I need to do something on a certain machine, but I no longer need to do it in person! Remote access works very well and saves me a ton of time. Being able to do everything I need to do is a good feeling.

Cons

Can be a little tricky at times to set up. I had a hard time enabling remote access without a password, but eventually got it. There are rare times when it does not work and it's not clear why. I have to access the physical system to restart before TeamViewer works again

Overall experience with Team viewer is neutral. In some instance it works well but I am not very much fond of this software. It is actually meeting the needs & aspiration of our organisation. But from an individual perspective I am skeptical about using it further.

Pros

Working in an IT company made me realize the need of this software. Remote working in the beginning was quite difficult in managing the client issues but TeamViewer has made this easy for us. It is helping our organisation in managing and solving technical issues effortlessly. It is also helping the internal teams to deals coordinate with each other via screen sharing and chat.

Cons

There are two things which I dislike about this software and they are its price and lagging issue. The price is bit expensive and whenever I update my windows or PC it starts lagging. Sometimes I am unable to share the large files with my team.

Pros

For remote control software, this is awesome. When I first purchased the perpetual business license, I could add as many machines as I wanted. Super easy to install, it's fast to connect and just works.

Cons

Like most other software companies, they decided to go to a subscription based model. Even though I renewed my support and upgraded a few times, it's not worth it to me to pay for an annual subscription when there are other options.

Since having to shift from a work from home environment due to the pandemic then the ease of transitioning people to do their job has made it easier with TeamViewer for the first couple months while we integrated a better work from home setup.

Pros

The pros for this software is the ease of using the software is only the installation phase. Using this platform for team meetings is also helpful and the quality of sound and video is great. The ease of screen sharing works well.

Cons

The connection does lag and sometimes the windows don't appear in full mode and makes it hard to see. What i would change is the ease of logging in because there is a clear lag and if the computer you are mirroring goes into sleep mode say you want to log in remote, then you cannot access it.

The most excellent feature in TeamViewer is its fantastic ability to seamlessly run an online meeting. Chatting is also another outstanding feature that is very good to communicate with my coworkers. I can right away share files and start a chat with my coworkers.

Cons

Large file sharing needs to be faster on TeamViewer. I am able to quickly share small files. However, large file takes time to transfer.

When you need to connect a customer's pc, TeamViewer is there and helps you to do it. TeamViewer is also light-weight application. Its IOS app is also useful.

Pros

We use TeamViewer to fix enterprise customers's internet connection problems. TeamViewer is very easy to use. It works perfectly. I've not been faced any problem while using it for two years.

Cons

Calling on TeamViewer is not good. It sometimes drops. UX for file sharing is not user-friendly.

Reason for choosing TeamViewer ONE

Remote Desktop Connection only connects to Windows machines.

TeamViewer is an essential piece of software that is added to all our employees devices. Its awesome for explaining programs and processes or even solving issues remotely without having to try and get one person to verbally explain what they are seeing and the other person to go from memory. it saves hours.

Pros

Time saving and quick and easy to use. If you need to remote onto someone elses computer and they aren't too tech savvy its still super easy to explain and for them to grant you access.

Cons

to be honest i can't think of any. Maybe the fact that it times out of sessions ? so you have to re-issue access details ? - but then that doesn't happen very often at all.

I used since years teamviewer and is the best remote desktop software as well against the competitor. Is simple to use and set up even on mac system. You can save your remote desktops and access in one click. Related to competitor is the easistest one to setup.

Cons

Sometime is slower that famous competitor, and have some less fuction especially on the mobile version.

Eeasily management of Windows computers behind a NAT.

Pros

It's easy to use and reliable and easy to install as well. Interface is well design and intuitive. It's free for personal use. It allow me to manage desktop computers running behind a NAT and help remote users with their problems. If you happend to have to help your mom/grandma with computer problem by the phone just onece in your life you know how handy it could be to just see and solve the problem instead of listening about it and explaining the solution ;)

Cons

Mac OS version sometimes freezz when client disconnect unexpectedly. Interface is split into two windows but (at least on Mac) they'r strangely stic to each other.

Pros

We have used TeamViewer on and off over the years, mostly for remote access for our computer techs. When the Pandemic started, we were looking for options that allowed our employees to work from home in order to reduce the amount of people in our office and to accommodate if people needed to be home for various reasons. We rolled out TeamViewer to our accounting staff so that they could access the server network and have been more than happy with its performance. We have had very few hiccups since we began using it regularly.

We have not experience any lingering issues with TeamViewer.

It was good for the first few years, though with many limitations. once it started blocking users in my company we looked elsewhere and found better options both in pricing and fuctionality.

Pros

It is very common and easyt to install, so people with little knowledge ,trust it and can use it and allow remote assistant.

Cons

It has time limits that can be very annoying, and unclear rules about commercial use vs. private use. it blocks free users even if they aren't frequent users, and the pricing for the commercial plan is hugely expansive.

Cons

Remote access can't be connected if either party has a different version. From my understanding, the new version of Teamviewer requires one party to have a license for the connection to be successful; therefore, making it a limited software to the public.

Whenever I've needed to remotely access a device, TeamViewer has performed well and connected without error. I believe TeamViewer to be the best remote access software on the market.

Pros

TeamViewer is a phenomenally well-built product that simplifies remote access. I primarily use TeamViewer to access my personal devices and to assist friends and family with computer issues. I've found TeamViewer to work without error probably 9/10 times, which is more than I can say for other remote access services. I appreciate that TeamViewer offers a free license for personal use.

Cons

I do not currently have any issues with TeamViewer as it is a robust piece of software that runs well on basically any major operating system.
