THe benefit that I get since I use it mostly at work is been able to assit our clients fast and also been able to easily explain to them over the phone how to install it.

Pros

What I like most about team viewer is that it has a great quality when it comes to taking remote control. ALso is fast and you are able to copy and paste on the othe pc. Fast to download program and it only requires a user/ password to access to the other pc. Easy to explain onhow to install as I iuse it at work to take remote on clients computer in rder to assit them on any issue they may have.

Cons

I have only use the freetrial as I think is kind of expensive program. The freetrial is really short time that they let you use it. Other than that is great program

Pros

Very easy to deploy across multiple units. Very stable connection and can use wherever I’m the world.

Cons

Updates needs to be uniform Across all devices otherwise usage becomes cumbersome. Need to make sure updates are timely otherwise usage is hindered and poses problems with impromptu usage

Pros

I am happy that the software is easy to install and use. It was very help when troubleshooting with my team.

Cons

I disliked that there was a long wait time before the fee version could be used again. It was not great when something took longer to do.

Pros

its a free software for personal use in case their is an emergency and the user is not available at the desktop team viewer is an complete solution to that problem. It's easy to install and available across platformsIt's user interface is very easy to understand and first time users can easily understand it.

Cons

The commercial version for business is a bit expensive and quite a bit of strain of the budget of a startup company. Sometimes while working with slow internet connection the file transfer is very slow.

Teamviewer has made it easy for us to get the remote assistance from several vendors in our distant located branches.

Pros

Teamviewer has made it easy for us to share the files and contents over two remote desktops which can't be shared online or through mails. It has facilitated us lot in terms of getting remote desktop assistance. We can also share messages and calls which further simplifies the process of communication. The servers are also much secured and safe that we can rely on.

Cons

Teamviewer is a great tool but while running the connection , it slows down the working computer and internet connection. So it can't work much well, when you have a slowed down internet connection.

Great experience overall. As mentioned above I use it for everything!

Pros

It is free for home use and available for instant download. It allows me to remotely fix PC issues for all of my family members. I use it on a daily basis for my PCs in my house, so if my kids have an issue, I can fix them from my personal laptop without moving from my work area. In addition, I use it for my families remote PCs to troubleshoot and fix issues that prevent me from having to go over to their house. It is quick, easy, and very efficient software!

Cons

Nothing, It is an excellent built software and great to use!

Pros

Makes remote access to computers or smart phones so simple. I work remotely, so being able to make video calls and participate in meetings, or collaborate with the team online is so great. The download is quick and the program is easy to install. I like that you can define whether you want to take control of another computer or whether you want to allow another user to take control of your computer. I also like that security is a big deal to them, so when I transfer files using TeamViewer I am confident that they'll remain secure.

Cons

Teamviewer offers options to control computers, Android devices, or Windows 10 mobile devices, but does not support ios, so you have to download a separate app.

Pros

We implemented TeamViewer awhile back and saw an instant ROI. It's a great offering to use internally and recommend to customers.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind. We did have to limit internal staff so they couldn't use the service personally.

Used for ad hoc login to remote client PC s to update Financials for end of year accounting and taxes. Stable product, quick and responsive

Pros

Modestly easy to implement. Easy to walk non-tech clients through installation. Great intro offer of free for occasional non-commercial use.

Cons

Small user cost can be pricy $300ish for 3 remote users from one control point. Requires to install printing for each session.

TeamViewer provides the best connection quality. TeamViewer makes it very easy to connect to any remote desktop system, we can manage remote systems that are connected to our Network. So we can solve any one problems from anywhere. To take control of any device it only requires ID and password. TeamViewer supports many platforms like linux , Android, Windows, Macs

Ability to connect to another computer remotely, I used it to help clients with QuickBooks Desktop troubleshooting but also accessed my home computer while traveling.

Pros

It's fairly easy to install and setup. It's convenient for personal use to access my computer from my mobile device while traveling. Decent security settings and setup of unattended access. Ability to transfer files and print remotely.

Cons

I often get disconnected for no apparent reason if working for long periods of time. This happens on different devices and networks leading me to believe it's a Teamviewer issue. The paid version for business is expensive, I ended up switching my business to a product that achieved the same results for a fraction of the price.

Pros

I love being able remote into a teammates computer during meetings. It's awesome! Especially when you are connecting/meeting from coast to coast!

Cons

There is a delay at times, it's happened mostly when you've gained control of the other person's screen. Typing as well as screen toggling definitely shows a delay.

The overall reporting capability is somewhat lacking, which doesn't affect day to day usage

Easy access to my customers computer to solve problems or explaing remotely how to do something

Pros

You can easily and quickly ask someone to download and open the app and allow you to access his computer looking to solve or check any problem or doubt that he might be having. It is great for customer service when you need to see an error happening or show to your customer how he can do something.

Cons

There is a delay to do anything on the computer you are connected with. The chat between you and the person you are accessing is not a great experience too, It could be easily and more clear for the user that offers no treat and you can only access his computer when he authorizes it.

Pros

There are so many benefits of this incredible software. The most interesting function of this software is the remote assistance. It helps us in explaining the problems directly that user face with the Pc. The best part of this product is that it is extremely easy to use, download and understand. It let us arrange online meetings, make videoconferencing and transfer files easily.

Cons

TeamViewer is no doubt a blessing indeed with no negative aspects at all. One of the drawbacks is that the cost of licenses is quite high but it is the necessary tool. Except this it is the most effective and powerful tool.

We liked the simplicity and the customization of the software we could do on the software. Clients loved it then.

Cons

Software quickly gets outdated with new version releases which becomes costly over time. We moved over to AnyDesk and not looking back now.

In order to work well and properly you can say that it is a good thing and being able to highlight is a very good process however we could not say something simple this software to be able to use several users.

Pros

Being able to access in a very safe and effective way is a very good option that this software has to be able to access in a secure way, the administration of this software is another thing that has as security to be able to establish a good follow-up within it, that means that is a very good source to establish a clear and fair link with our users, also has different forms or links to develop a good continuity which can be established within it and then work in a way more comfortable and secure.

Cons

The tools with which they have are very limited and that can say that we can be generating problems often by the simple fact that we could get a better benefit however establishing a good criteria is very difficult to establish something good and safe with this software to be able to access remotely.

Does a pretty good job with supporting our customers.

Cons

I have been a corporate Team Viewer user with a paid annual subscription for over 4 years. All in all it is a pretty good tool. I do however question the leadership decision making as far as new wiz bang features vs. completing just basic functionality. I have been asking for an audio cue when a new customer requests a session for over 3 years. They provide an audio cue when a chat message comes in, and an email when a session is requested, but not a simple basic audio cue. When working with multiple machines and monitors, this is a critical but simple ask. Their stubbornness is troubling and diminishing my confidence in the product.

### "Best Feature Set for the Money"

The best thing about TeamViewer is that it is dead simple. Users get it clearly when they need to setup a remote screen share for the first time or join a meeting. The whole platform seems very stable (v12 and 13). Also, it is fast! Much faster than some alternatives that I have used.

Pros

Easy to use Extremely capable Stable User Friendly

Cons

Pricing is confusing Cannot easily chose the free tier because of the upsell strategy I needed a multi-tenant solution and TeamViewer didn't work for me
