Hierdoor zijn wij gewapend voor de toekomst. Pros Flexibiliteit, vakbekwaamheid, bereikbaarheid en een snelle opvolging. Cons We hebben nog geen minpunten mogen ontdekken. Bijzonder blij met de koppeling met Shiftbase die ze voor ons gebouwd hebben. Iedereen die routes rijdt en personeelsplanningen maakt zou deze koppeling moeten gebruiken! Pros Dropon biedt een perfecte balans tussen een slimme planner en de flexibiliteit van handmatige aanpassingen. Daarnaast is de software supersnel in vergelijking met concurrenten in de markt, dit zorgt voor een enorme tijdsbesparing. Cons De Dropon software is nog relatief jong, daardoor waren er tijdens de onboarding nog wat bugs. Gelukkig staat \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] altijd voor je klaar om issues snel te tackelen. Ook werken ze met een klein team, waardoor wijzigingen en aanpassingen heel snel gebeuren!
